After defeating the ruler of the pleasure city and being driven out by nito and her allies. (Y/c) and their allies are forced to flee out into the sea where they set sail for the second of the seven major countries of convergence. A city floating in the middle of the sea by the name of flotsam. Flotsam ruled by yet another one of (y/c)'s former classmates is a city full of run always from the other major players and it is completely made up of old shops connected by small wooden bridges and pathways. They want nothing to do with the conflict over the chosen seven however with their ruler being one of the chosen, they have been forced into the fray.
