So some of you here may be aware of the three magic academy stories that I've talked about, those being: magic academy the story of the black queen, magic academy: the record keeper, and magic academy: T.W.I.S.T.E.D. truths. You may have also noticed that only one of those really features any kind of actual magic academy while the other two only mention it as more of a backdrop well a lot of that comes from the fact that these three series are spin off series of the original magic academy stories. This is essentially a guidebook for anyone looking to go back and see what the magic academy has done in the past

1) magic academy (original): the original magic academy actually didn't even have a magic school in it. Instead all those involved in the rp would split up into the different magic "schools" or "factions." The story essentially follows these different factions in the events which lead to the Great War. A lot of what happens in this book is reference in passing but the story has since been rewritten.

2) magic academy next generation: pretty much all of the characters from this book come from magic academy next generation. Essentially this story was more focused on individual rps and each had their different stories. The story of the black queen was a short usually given to a teacher character, T.W.I.S.T.E.D. Truths was one of the first stories to ever be featured in that story and the record keeper was originally based off an event I had for that story. This rp was a lot more focused on light hearted high school antics then any of its spin offs, it also featured seasonal events and a more blatant rip off the te FATE servant system (I called them servants and just gave them different abilities and appearances... I never said I was proud of it).

3) shattered magic (magic academy redux): two rp books which told the story of the original magic academy but got rid of the servant idea and replaced it with the idea of circuits that you may be more familiar with. There is one character from this story that features in the story of the black queen (serenity peacepipe) and a lot of things which happen in the these stories are reference in passing (the Great War, the sisters, creation of circuits).

4) magic academy glass fake and project aegis: two small interludes that took place between the original magic academy/shattered magic and magic academy next gen to explain certain changes that had been made between the two stories (there was like a 20 year gap between the two so there were some things that deserved explaining). They both feature small casts and are much shorter than the rest of the franchise.

5) magic academy phase 3: the spin offs that you are properly famously with. Each one of them took a story from the next gen and expanded upon it. There are two more phase 3 projects planned but I'll get to them next.

6) magic academy kingdom of all seasons: a alternate version of T.W.I.S.T.E.D. truths in which the organization has a very different plan to bring about a new age. Featuring a set of 4 different schools with their own storylines, the kingdom of all seasons route focuses on a war between 4 kingdoms of the dreaming world which spills over into the waking world. Each route tends to have a character or two at its center (ivy and Ramses fill the role in the black queen and Sarah and mirato are the focus of recordkeeper). The kingdom of all seasons puts the focus on Selene lunatelle and one other character depending on the academy (y/c) decides to attend.

7) magic academy siren song: the final phase three project that has yet to release. Focusing on an all new set of characters with only a few returning cast members. When the world is attacked by a magical force hailing from a different world, it's up to a unique group of high schoolers, capable of using a special magical device which makes them capable of traversing the space between the worlds, is capable of fighting them back. This story is reference in the mordred route of this story.
