Theodore the witch (vampirish fright)

Personality: the brother of Mary the witch and the guardian of another world, he keeps to himself even under the influence of the witching hour.
Event ability: vampirish fright (he can drain the life force of those he fights with his magic, doubles power in halloween areas.)
Hidden abilities: devils brand
Witches rosary (all stats except defense are doubled but defense is halved and he can't fight alongside other servants)

Rank explanation: Theodore has almost everything he needs to be a top of the line caster except for one very small eyed very significant problem.  Witches rosary is a great ability but it doesn't work for Theodore since he isn't quite strong enough to win in one shot and his grand magic is a reality marble, his paper thin defenses can be easily ripped through and after that it's all over and since he can't be supported by other servants there's no way to really support him, he still has great stats and a useful grand magic but those defenses can get him in some real trouble

Mary the witch (joyful Halloween)

Personality: Mary seems to be a little confused because even though it's Halloween she's delivering presents like it's Christmas
Event ability: joyful Halloween (double power in halloween areas, her magic has secondary healing and buffing effects)
Hidden abilities: witches rosary
Mirror image (all buffs that Mary are reflected and reversed onto her opponent)

Rank explanation: once again witches rosary holds back an otherwise amazing servant, her ability to buff herself while attacking which in turn debuts her opponent is amazing and her grand magic is a major buff and healing, the healing she gets from her event ability is also able to make up for some of the defenses she loses thanks to witches rosary but in the end it's not quite enough to get her to EX+ status

Loki (devilish charm)

Personality: Loki is just here to make sure Mary doesn't get into too much trouble, he's kinda bored with the whole thing
Event ability: devilish charm (has a chance to charm his opponents with each hit, double power in halloween areas)

Rank explanation: Loki just doesn't have a good kit, clairvoyance is an okay skill but not as good as a more specialized battle ability, devils brand will just slowly drain his health away and abilities that have a chance to charm USA play aren't that good, his grand magic does a lot of damage but that's about it
