Rank explanation: another victim of caster overpopulation, she isn't strong enough to enter the EX tier on her own merit anyway since solo act is a very bad hidden ability since most fights are team fights, icy core can be good but immunity to fire magic is pretty situational and only really good against aria and the Nero's, her grand magic increases her defenses and gives her regeneration but even that isn't enough to really help her out

Aria flame (winter wonderland)

Personality: an aria from far in the future who has a more calm and motherly temperament to her
Event ability: winter wonderland (double power in Christmas areas, double power to healing and fire magic)
Hidden ability: stay warm by the fire (double power to fire magic, all damage dealt with fire magic pushes her towards a Vague goal that when she meets she can use her second hidden ability)
Present (flame) rank EX (when she meets the goal set by 'stay warm by the fire' she can unleash this hidden ability, all damage she deals with fire attacks is converted to healing for herself and her partners, mana costs on fire magic are halved, and the power of her grand magic is doubled)

Rank explanation: aria is a great servant even before she gets access to her present (flame) her fire magic is 4 times as powerful as most other servants and she has some healing magic to heal her wounds as well as others. Her grand magic deals a lot of damage and buffs her magical power a third time, once she really gets going she can become one of the best casters even competing with Nero (alter)

Mary wings (angel of Christmas)

Personality: a version of Mary that is just as mysterious as ever
Event ability: angel of Christmas (double power in Christmas areas, can give herself and others the power of flight)
Hidden abilities: ribbon body (her body and clothes are made up on white ribbon that can change its color, because of this she can unravel her body to dodge hits or use the ribbon in combat to lock up her opponents)
Assassins presence rank EX (she is extremely hard to spot and find which allows her to sneak up on opponents and sneak away in the middle of a fight)

Rank explanation: assassins fall into 2 categories, those who deal a lot of damage but are defeated by one strong hit and those who serve a more supportive war a la assassin of Arabia, Mary falls into the latter category, she can gift flight to those she fights along side and her ribbons allow her to lock down her opponents fairly easily, she can also put up a pretty good fight with a damaging grand magic and quite a few tricks up her sleeves involving her ribbon body

Takemi and dean bloom (the bloom special)

Personality: dean and takemi have finally found a happy middle ground between the two of them and just in time for Christmas
Event ability: the bloom special (doubles power in Christmas areas, doubles power when fighting together, allows for access to 2 separate grand magic)
Hidden abilities: white flowers and red roses (takemi has double power with her magic attacks and dean has double power with his physical attacks but only when around flowers)
Even the brightest rose withers in the snow (can create a reality marble of a flower field, when fighting in the snow their power is doubled but they slowly lose health over time in the snow)

Rank explanation: dean and takemi are the kind of partner servants which cover each other's weaknesses, dean sucks with magic and has weak defenses against magic but takemi can deal a lot of magic damage and has good magic defense, takemi has the same problem on the physical side and dean can cover that in the same way takemi handles his magic problem.  Their grand magic shows off their partnership, roses in the snow deals a lot of physical damage while the tale of lily white and red rose deals a lot of magic damage

Sophia von sweet (sugar rush)

Personality: Sophia are too much sugar and as such as become quite hyper it's almost like she's trying to impersonate Olivia
Event ability: sugar rush (doubles power in Christmas areas, allows her to regain mana by eating sweets)
Hidden abilities: candy glass (she can teleport around by creating clones made of candy glass in her place and making herself temporarily invisible)
Candy floss (she can use candy floss to trap her opponents in cotton candy so that they can't move around as much as they normally would)

Rank explanation: Sophia is a good archer and there aren't a lot of archers so that makes her a great archer, Sophia doesn't really have much in the form of power boosting but she can keep her opponents away and get away from those same opponents with her hidden ability, she's not going to do as much damage as say Nero (alter) abigail (rosebud) (step to the best) or dean and takemi (the bloom special) but she's a decent archer that can work as a support servant
