"Merlin!" I yell through his chambers with a nervous smile on my face. "Yeah he says walking over with a stupid grin on his face, "I want to show you something that I discovered a few days ago." I say and he nods his head, "Ok" he says and I walk into his room and find his necklace on the bedside table. "What are you doing?" He questions and I roll my eyes ever so slightly, "Just watch" I say taking my necklace off, then I place the two together and they begin to glow, "What is that!" Merlin exclaims but then something happens that didn't happen the last time, I try to pull them apart but they don't budge. "Merlin come help me!" I yell and he runs over and tries to pull them apart but when he touches them they glow even brighter. We drop them and back up and they continue to glow brighter. "What is happening!" Merlin yells to me and I just shake my head, "I don't know, they've usually come apart." I yell back to him, suddenly the light becomes blinding and seems to fill the whole room, then just a quick as the light came it was gone. "Ok you are never doing that again." Merlin says and I roll my eyes at him, "Well they never did that before." I say crossing my arms but when I turn to look at the necklaces they and the strings that held them are gone. "What happened to the necklaces!" I exclaim staring at the yellow-blue stone in it's place. "We need Gaius." Merlin says turning on his heel and I pull up the stone, then follow after him.

"So what is it?" Merlin asks Gaius and he shakes his head, "I'm not sure, but I have one more book that might have the answer." He says and I exhale deeply trying to ignore the curiosity gnawing at the back of my mind. "Found it!" Merlin exclaims and I jump a little surprised. "It says that it's called the earth stone." I Gaius says pointing to the picture of the stone at the top of the parchment page. "Well what 'is' it?" I asks still not knowing exactly what it was. "It says the earth stone is a magical object that can only be contained by the two most powerful wizards of their time, and that it will be used to fulfill their destiny but no one has ever seen it." Gaius says but then I get more confused, "Then how is there a picture if no one has ever seen it?" I question and Merlin shrugs, "I don't know but what I do know is this book is signed and we can go ask them more about this earth stone." Merlin says and I shake my head, "Whoever they are how do we know where they live?" I ask and Merlin frowns, "Because I've met them." He says and I begin to wonder who it is, "Merlin who is this person?" I ask and he frowns even more, "Her name is Lamar and we have a small history together." He says and I shake my head, "Well then let's get going and find out more about this earth stone." I say and Merlin smiles and I hug him, Gaius gives us this weird look so I release him. "I really like to give people hugs I say." I say and Merlin and I laugh.
