*Isabelle's P.O.V.*

The next day, me and Shawn decided to go on a date. He wouldn't tell me where we were going, but he kept telling me that I would love it.

"SHAWN!!!" I screamed out of nowhere.

"What, Isabelle?! You scared the life out of me! You're gonna make me crash!" He said smacking my arm, lightly, causing me to laugh.

"Pleeeaaasse tell me where we are going!" I whined.

"Nope!" He refused.

"Babe!!! Whyyyyy?!"

"Because it's a surprise!"

"Fiiiiiiiiinnee!" I gave in.

We pulled into a parking lot next to the beach and I turned to Shawn and hugged him. He laughed, and we walked down to the beach. We changed into our bathing suits, and went into the water together. He lead me to where the water was to my stomach and his waist. Why did he have to be so much taller than me? I decided that would go underwater. I held my breath and went under, but a wave held me down. Eventually, I couldn't hold my breath much longer and everything went black.

*Shawn's P.O.V.*

I took Izzy on a date, to the beach! I wouldn't tell her where we were going, cause I wanted it to be a surprise, but when we got there she gave me a big hug! I laughed and we changed. Once we got to the water she went underwater. I waited for her to come back up, but she didn't!

15 seconds...

30 seconds...

1 minute...

I was starting to get worried. I went under, and looked for her. As much as the salt water hurt my eyes, I had to find her. I saw her with her eyes closed, and her mouth opened slightly! I swam down and grabbed her, carrying her to the shore. I laid her on the sand, and checked her pulse. She was alive, but barely breathing. I started doing CPR. A few minutes later, she started coughing. She turned over, and kept coughing, trying to get the water out. After she was finished coughing, she looked at me, and I engulfed her into a big hug.

"I'm so glad you're okay!" I said, sighing in relief.

"Thank you." She said, squeezing me tight and burying her head in my chest.

"You're welcome, Princess!" I replied.

We stood there for a few minutes, just holding each other. We decided to go back to the hotel, and just stay there for the night. Once we got there, I decided to take a quick shower and she changed into her pajamas. After I got out of the shower, I saw Izzy laying on the bed, with the covers over her. I crawled up next to her and wrapped my arms around her. She layed her head on my chest, and squeezed my torso.

"I love you, Shawn." She said.

"I love you, too, Baby." I replied, kissing her head.

After we layed there for a few minutes, I started singing Life of the Party. I know how much she loves that song. She hugged me tighter, and started drifting off to sleep. Once, I was finished singing, she was fast asleep. I smiled, and kissed her forehead.

"Goodnight, Izzy." I whispered, and fell asleep.
