Author note: I apologise for my lack of absence. Been fairly busy lately, also had my internet cut off recently, so all I've got is data now. Even so, I'll try to get parts out whenever I can. Just don't expect an as frequent upload schedule, like how it was before.

Sans is a MONSTER and not a HUMAN, so he doesn't follow HUMAN biology like a HUMAN skeleton. Same with Gaster and Papyrus.

---------------------------------

Married, they were actually married. Frisk could hardly wrap her brain around it. Even after the whole ceremony, and having to take wedding pictures with smiles that said, "I'm happy to spend the rest of my life with this person", it was still crazy to digest that: she was actually married.

When she was a little girl, before losing her parents, way before actually, a few years at least, she looked forward to the idea of being someone's bride. Even if she didn't really understand what love was yet, or even what marriage was totally about, she had just liked the Idea, being the innocent small child she had been, to wear a pretty dress. A lot like Luna then. It was adorable how much of herself she could see in her own sweet daughter.

Her own child self had no clue however, that this day would be better than she could have ever possibly imagined; it wasn't just about the dress, or the done up hair, the makeup, and looking like a Princess... It was about celebrating her love for Sans, and his love for her, with their family and friends. Apart from the birth of their children, or Sans proposing to her, or her just becoming Sans' girlfriend, (as those things were very high on her list), this had to be the best day of her life. Without one speck of doubt.

"Thank you..." Frisk had decided to whisper to Sans, as they were holding one another close, having a slow dance with one another, during their after party. They were the only ones on the dancefloor, but even with everyone watching them, it was easy to be in their own world, to ignore the staring eyes around them. She found it impossible not to smile more widely, when Sans had grinned himself and had asked her: what for? "For making me happy. For wanting to be with me." She said, earning a light chuckle from him, as he decided to kiss her upon the forehead.

"it's me that should be thankin' ya, frisk." He responded softly, giving her a very light squeeze within his hold, which only made her feel all the more fuzzy inside. She felt lucky. Lucky, lucky, lucky. There was no other way to put it. She didn't even care to know of other directions her life may have taken, if she even had the possibility to end up with anyone else, because all she ever wanted was Sans. It didn't matter that he wasn't the most perfect, flawless man; it was unrealistic to expect anyone not to have their flaws. She had flaws of her own. What mattered is that she looked past them; saw him as perfect despite his imperfections.

It could never matter if he got a little grouchy from time to time, or if he decided to choose to go back to his job with the Mafia, because he didn't know what else to do, Sans was Sans. A good man, a great father. He had become so much of a better person since they had been dating, and she had noticed it very much so.

She had noticed it in herself too. How much more confident she had become. How she wasn't so easily intimidated anymore. How she could stand up for herself. She never would have become the person she was today if it wasn't for Sans, and she knew she preferred this version of herself, compared to any other previous version. This was who she was, who she was gladly destined to be.

Like Papyrus had decided to say, during his little speech, just as the after party had started, before people had got up to dance, he had said how when he looked at Sans and her, he could not picture two people more perfect for each other. She was perfect for Sans, just as he was perfect for her.

"What makes you think that?" Frisk lightly teased with a bright smile, while Sans pulled away from their romantic embrace just a little, to get a more proper look at her face. With the look of genuine love in his two sockets, and that warm smile of his, it was clear he was also lost in his own world-- their own world, forgetting about everyone that was watching their slow first dance as husband and wife.

"ya made me more happy than i ever thought was possible. when i didn't even think it was possible to love or trust this much again." He spoke, meaning what he said with every fibre of his being, every little bit of his soul which he had trusted her to be in contact with, ever since that first night, a couple of years ago now, only 7 months before Leo and Luna was born, and their souls had pressed up together, in their own little romantic embrace, just like how close they were to each other now.

"I guess getting married wouldn't be too scary for you after all." Frisk joked.

"it was, at first. but i don't regret it." It was the exact opposite actually. His mindset about getting married to Frisk had done an entire 360 turn, and he now just felt like he could live without any regrets, that he couldn't possibly be more happy. Him and Frisk have had bumps in the road during their relationship; never to the point where either of them would gladly decide that they want to be apart.

"I'm glad. I don't regret it either." Frisk said, before they finished their little dance, and a couple of people in the room began to clap, Kai and Papyrus vigorously included, which could only make the husband and wife laugh together at their extreme enthusiasm for them.

"You guys looked so cute!" Kai squealed, when Frisk decided to go over to her. She was standing next to Chara and Asriel. "Hey, you should do that thing that they do at weddings!"

"Thing? What thing?" Chara decided to say, as if to poke some light-hearted fun at the way Kai had phrased that sentence, like she just expected Frisk to know what she was talking about. Frisk giggled, while Kai jokingly pouted.

"You know that thing! Where... Where the bride gets to throw the bouquet!" Kai suggested, while Frisk's eye's seemed to practically gleam at the idea, and on the other hand, Chara looked somewhat alarmed at that idea. Everyone knew when you caught it, it was supposed to suggest that you would be the next bride. Not that Chara thought it was impossible that she would get married to Asriel. Admittedly, she'd like it to happen more than not. But it was way too soon to think about it.

"Well... While you're doing that, I'll just be talking to Blair or someone..." Chara murmured, only for Kai to speak up that she couldn't get away that easily, and that Blair should join in too. That's when the green haired girl called the confused fox over, and even a couple of other girls who seemed to wonder what was going on.

Standing next to his little brother, Sans couldn't help but watch the scene with amusement, as Frisk was getting in place to throw her bouquet that she had had during the wedding over her shoulder, while a couple of the girls were getting ready to catch it, a few steps behind her. Well, apart from Chara and Blair. Those two looked like they would rather be doing anything else, than catching these flowers.

Ironic. Considering the fact that when Frisk decided to finally throw the bouquet, the bunched up flowers went flying through the air, only to hit the fox in the face, who had just been on standby. Noticing that she had caught it, she immediately looked like a deer caught in headlights-- or rather, a fox caught in headlights, as she looked towards her boyfriend Andrew from across the room, who instead of looking alarmed, just went to laugh at the little scenario that just happened, and seeing that he was relaxed and didn't seem to mind, only made her smile more warmly and reassured in return.

"That was fun." Frisk giggled, only to have the next song that came on take her attention away, as it was a song she really loved, and wanted to dance to with Sans. It's all about us the song was called, and there was no song more fitting for a day that was about her and Sans. So, after letting the others know she was going to dance with Sans again, she made her way back over to him, only to offer a hand to Sans, to ask him to dance. Of course, after a small chuckle, the skeleton gladly accepted, allowing them to go to the dancefloor together for their second dance as a married couple.

It's all about us.
