"Cabir Bhai! Go! Go! Go!" I panicked as I started pushing him out of the room.

"Aree Nandini what happened? Relax!" He said calmly.

How can he be so calm?

The volcano is about to blast!

And surely the hot lava is gonna be served on us!

I was still panicking when I heard Cabir Bhai shouting more like giving an answer to the monster downstairs.

"I'm dancing with Nandini in your room!" His shout made my eyes go wide yet again.

Oh shit! What did he do!

Goodbye Cabir Bhai! Now we'll directly meet in heaven!

I looked at him for the last time before I heard the door being banged open. I jumped at the sound and gulped seeing the monster standing there like a hungry lion.

Cabir Bhai was still as calm as before! How come he is not scared?

I was continuously staring at him in confusion not knowing what impact it was creating on the monster!

"Nandini!" He yelled and once again I jumped on my place looking at him in horror.

"Stop shouting man!" Cabir bhai said irritated.

Manik gave a murderous look to him as he took predatory steps towards him.

"What.in.the.fucking.world.are.you.doing.here?" He gritted each word glaring at him.

"You didn't hear the first time?" Cabir bhai asked with a bored look.

"Cabir!" Manik glowered over him but I interrupted.

"He was -" Both turned towards me and I nervously fidgeted.

"He was just talking with me!" I completed but they both were still gawking at me.

"What?" I snapped and both looked at each other.

"Dude why do you forget that I am married?" Cabir bhai mocked and was rewarded with a glare.

"Whatever it is! You are not allowed to be in the same room where she is!" He said pointing at me.

"Why not?" I suddenly got angry.

He turned towards me and now his full attention was on me.

Uh-oh! Wrong move!

"What did you say?" He raised an eyebrow challenging me to say that back while he moved in my direction.

"Uh nothing!" I laughed nervously but he didn't stop.

"Manik -"

"Cabir out!" He ordered without even listening to him.

"Buddy listen -"

"Cabir I said get out!" His tone louder than before as he stared at me.

"I won't!" Finally Cabir bhai said and sat on the bed stubbornly.

All of a sudden Manik marched towards Bhai and held his collar. I gasped at his harshness. He started dragging him out by his collar but I stopped him.

"Wait! What the hell is your problem?" I asked him angrily coming in between them.

His temper was rising with each passing second as he was seeing us bonding too well.

I stood there angrily while Cabir bhai was behind me. He tried to calm me down but I was now furious.

"No Bhai! Not anymore!" I said angrily looking at Manik's now amused face.

"And you Mr. Malhotra! What is your problem huh? Your friend is here to talk with you and you are pushing him out!" I said angrily.

"Listen -"

I cut him off and continued.

"You listen! Cabir bhai is now going to talk to you and you won't interrupt!" I said pointing a finger at him.

He fumed seeing my this side. He looked back at Cabir bhai where he surrendered his hands up.

"Okay buddy listen! I was here to tell you that Navya is expecting!" Bhai informed.

"Expecting what?" Manik barked.

We both looked at him in disbelief.

"Expecting a dance from you!" I said sarcastically but that idiot took it seriously.

"What the hell? Why would I dance for her?" He said angrily.

Cabir bhai started laughing loudly while I nodded my head in disbelief. Manik stood there confused looking at us.

"Cabir!" He warned.

"Okay! Sorry! Haah! Buddy what I meant was she is pregnant! I thought you would get it!" He shrugged.

"So couldn't you say this directly? How difficult it was to just say that Navya is preg-! Wait! What the fuck!" He stopped and looked at Cabir bhai in shock.

He just smiled sheepishly in return.

"When did this happen?" He asked in a serious tone.

"Two days back?"

"And you are telling me now!"

Bhai rolled his eyes at his tone and suddenly Manik looked at me.

"Wh-What did I do now?" I asked scared.

"You knew?" He narrowed his eyes.

"I-I ..."

What should I say now?

"Yes! I told her!" Bhai jumped in between and I sighed.

"You told her before me!" He accused Bhai glaring at me.

What the hell is his problem?

"Why are you such a monster!" I blurted out and my eyes widened. I palmed my mouth looking at him horrified.

No one spoke anything for next few seconds before Cabir bhai decided to break the silence.

"Um Manik? I wanted to talk to you about something! Come out!" He said and left.

Manik gave me one last look before moving out behind Bhai. I cursed myself for being such an idiot.

What will he do now?

Why? Why do I have to open my mouth?

Will he - he punish me?

God no please! I promise I won't speak anything but please don't let him punish me.

My trance was broken when I heard the door opening and closing behind. I didn't dare to turn around knowing who it was. He came exactly behind me and stood there. I could feel the heat radiating from his body.

"So Ro -" Before he could speak the door opened and Bhai peeked in.

"Well sorry Manik! But Nandini just wanted to tell you that Navya will be here by evening!" He said and closed the door.

I literally wanted to jump in happiness but controlled myself until I felt Manik cursing under his breath and putting the latch on the door.

"Good now no one can disturb us!" He said as he traced his finger up and down my arm.

I said nothing and stood there making no move. He leaned in and his hot breath fell on my left ear making me shiver.

"So now, I heard you're pretty excited to meet Navya and stay with her!" He said huskily.

"But then how will I spend my precious time with you?" He said and suddenly pulled me back by my waist.

I gasped and held his hand which was now on my stomach.

"Rose!" He whispered.

So now we were back to the endearment!

"You know the things I want to do with you!" He said in a hoarse voice making me breath heavily.

Not that I was excited! I was scared! Scared of him.

"Pl-Please!" I pleaded him to let me go.

And just like then he left me. I turned around shocked only to see him smirking. He again jerked me towards him holding me tightly on place.

"You are right! I am a monster!" He said with an evil smile.

"And you have to stay with this monster! Forever!" He completed and I couldn't miss the evil glint in his eyes.

I looked at him disgusted and tried to get out of his grip but he was hard like a rock.

"Leave me!" I gritted and his eyes darkened.

He held my face with his left hand and squeezed it a little hard.

"Listen here Rose! I won't tolerate your this attitude! You aren't suppose to talk to me like that! Do you understand?" He asked in a demanding tone.

When I didn't answer he again squeezed my face harder asking me again.

"Do you understand Rose?" He said a little louder.

"Yes!" I spat angrily and he left my face smirking.

"Good! Now as you have understood I'll go as I have some unfinished business!" He said.

But I saw his eyes which held anger and a evil glint. This was not going good!

"Where are you going?" The words were out of my mouth even before I knew it.

He stopped in his tracks but didn't turn back. I thought he would shout at me for asking him a question but he surprised me with his answer.

"Aryaman's father!" Those two words held so much on venom that I winced.

"Can I come?" I asked.

"Why?" He turned around furiously.

"Are you showing care for him?" He asked with so much of hatred that I almost wanted to run away.

"No I just want to see him!" I said in a cold tone.

He just nodded curtly and asked me to follow him. I did as told and followed him. While doing so I realised we were going through the same place from where I was going in the morning. When we reached the room I knew it was the same room I was going to enter before Cabir bhai came.

"Are you sure?" Manik asked last time before entering.

"Yes!" I said determined.

He said nothing and opened the door moving inside. I followed him and immediately cringed from the pungent smell that hit my nose. I wanted to puke from the smell. It was that bad!

We moved forward and I noticed a man tied to a chair in the middle of the room. He was covered with blood! His head was hung down.

Manik stood infront of him and spoke.

"So Mr. Khurrana! How are you today?" He asked and the man looked up.

I gasped as I looked at him.

He had cuts everywhere!

He looked at Manik with anger and hatred in his eyes. He looked like he could kill any moment he would be set free.

"You just wait till my son finds me Manik Malhotra! That will be your last day on this planet!" He spitted blood when he finished.

Manik laughed out loudly.

"You live in dreams Khurrana! You know fairytales? I feel like I'm talking to a kid right now!" He mocked.

Mr. Khurrana glared at him with venom but then suddenly his eyes landed on me and he became even more furious.

"You little bitch! This is all because of you! You are such a curse! You dumped my son for such a fucker! You are gonna pay for this you little whore!" He snarled angrily and I cowered back in fear.

Manik glowered over him with a murderous look. He took the knife kept on the table beside and without any warning slit his skin.

He screamed in pain while I stumbled back with tears falling from my eyes.

"Say one more word about my Rose and I'll slit your throat!" His tone was menancing.

Mr. Khurrana just looked down as he had no energy left while Manik threw the knife away and marched towards me. He held my hand roughly and dragged me out of there. I was continuously crying while he was very angry.

When we reached in the room he jerked me away angrily.

"That fucker!" He roared.

"I should have killed him!" He yelled angrily while messing his hair.

He was going to leave but my faint whisper made him freeze on his place.

"You all are the same! You all just want to use me for your own benefit!" I cried hard dropping on my knees.
