Nandini's POV

"Wh-What do y-you want?" I asked stuttering badly staring at the man infront of me. He had this evil glint in his eyes which made me shiver in disgust.

"Isn't that obvious?" He smirked and took a step ahead and as a reflex I stepped behind.

"D-Don't c-come near me!" My heart was thudding in my chest as I continued stepping back but gasped as I collided with the table. The intruder continued to walk towards me with that smug face but before that we heard someone groan.

I looked at Navya and saw her waking up. My eyes widened and I prayed for her to go back to sleep but that didn't happen. She woke up and slowly sat on the bed yawning and making an irritated face.

"Hii Nandini!" She smiled when she saw me as she still hadn't noticed the intruder.

"Who the fuck are you?" She yelled with wide eyes when she saw the man who smiled wickedly. He turned his direction and walked towards the bed making me panic.

"Don't you dare go near her!" I warned loudly surprisingly not stuttering. He looked at me amused but then rolled his eyes and bend down to Navya's level.

"Listen here woman! I am not here to harm you or your child but if you interfere in my work I swear you will regret it!" He threatened her and all she did was glare back at him.

Then leaving her he came towards me and trapped me between the wall making me scrunch my face in disgust. He leaned down and inhaled deeply which made me curl my hands in fist.

"You smell so good baby!" He purred and I so wanted to punch him.

"You know I waited for you so long! The things I want to do with you ...!" He trailed off in his guttural voice.

"But now when I have you I am not going to lose over that fucker! Manik Malhotra loses! Andrew Russo wins! Always!" He smirked as I continued to look away.

"Aww don't be like that baby! I promise I'll pleasure you more than he does!" He said smugly and I clenched my jaw.

"You fucker leave her alone!" Navya screamed and I my head jerked at her. I gulped as I saw Andrew's eyes darkened. It was clear he didn't like people disrespecting him.

"I would suggest you to tell your friend to keep her mouth shut! Or else I won't hesistate to punch in her stomach!" He gritted out and I gasped.

"Na-Navya please calm down! See its not good for the baby!" I pleaded her but she was beyond furious. But before she could say anything the guy held my arm tightly and dragged me out of there with Navya still shouting from behind.

"Where are taking me? Leave me!" I screamed trying to free my hand from his hold.

"Shut the fuck up!" He roared and continued to drag me.

"Nandinii!" Navya screamed from behind as she hurriedly stepped down the stairs.

"Navyaa noo! Stop! You'll hurt yourself!" I shouted looking behind.

Suddenly he stopped making me stumble. He turned towards Navya and smirked wickedly. I don't know what he was thinking but whatever it was, wasn't good.

"Well! You know I feel we shouldn't leave a pregnant lady all by herself alone! Don't worry my men will take care of her!" He said and I felt myself going cold.

But then it wasn't the time to just stand like a statue so I did the only thing that came in my mind. I bit on his hand as he hissed and let go of my hand. Instantly I ran towards Navya and stood beside her. Andrew shot daggers at me and looked at the place where I bit.

"Wrong move babe!" He clenched his jaws and sucked on the same spot where I bit.

"Fucking get lost! Don't you dare scare us with your threats!" Navya, all but spat with fury.

"Don't talk to me in that tone!" His voice boomed in the mansion and I wonder why there were no guards running inside to save us.

Suddenly he took out a shiny metal from his pocket and my throat went dry when I noticed what it was. It was a gun. Navya shivered on her place but I held her tight. I knew she was scared for her baby but I couldn't let anything happen to her nor her baby.

"Now let's see how do you open your mouth!" He said smugly caressing his gun.

"Li-Listen pl-please don't! D-Don't harm us!" I pleaded stammering.

"Don't worry baby I wasn't planning to hurt you specifically!" He said staring at Navya and both our heartbeats went wild.

"Y-You are a c-coward! Trying to kill a b-baby!" Navya stammered but it only infuriated him as he loaded the gun and aimed it at her.

"You are a very disrespectful girl! And am going to punish you!" He seethed and before we knew he pressed the trigger.

Next what happened was all a whirlpool for me as at the sound of the firing I pushed Navya aside and the bullet directly hit my arm making me numb for few seconds. All I heard were shouts from Navya and that unknown guy who ran towards me before everything went black.

Navya's POV

I screamed as I saw the bullet hit Nandini and she fell down. I ran towards her but couldn't even bend because of my belly.

"Shit! Nandini!" That guy yelled and ran towards us.

He knelt down beside her and inspected her wound and muttered something under his breath. I was so furious at him so I did the exact thing which ran through my head. I puled him up by his collar and gave him a tight slap. He looked stunned for a moment keeping a hand on his cheek.

"You are a bastard! You killed her!" I screamed on top of my lungs with tears streaming down my face.

Within a second he pulled my hair roughly and pulled me closer to him. I gasped trying to free my hair from his grip but all in vain.

"I didn't kill her! It was for you! You killed her!" He gritted but all I did was glare at him.

Next I knew was his hand on my belly which made me gasp loudly with fear in my eyes.

"There! What I wanted to see! This fear! Keep fearing me or else .." He trailed as he applied a little pressure on my belly and more tears ran down.

"Actually I wonder what would it be like to fuck a pregnant girl!" He pretended to think but I stood rooted.

"But not now! I don't have time for this! I'll deal with you later!" Saying so he jerked me away and I breathed heavily.

After that he took us in his car where he made me sit behind and Nandini in the front. Although Nandini was unconscious I knew she was alive because of her breathing. I didn't protest knowing it would harm my baby, so I chose to be selfish.

He brought us to a royal looking mansion and as soon as we reached he shouted for his men to take Nandini for the treatment. She was taken inside and I was worried for her.

"Let me show you your place!" He gritted and held my hand roughly dragging me along.

I stumbled and kept my hand on my belly to protect my baby. As we reached in a dark corner he threw me inside a room which had no lights. I gulped as I tried to see around but couldn't see anything.

"Pl-Please don't keep me here!" I pleaded but he kept a smug face.

"So now the lioness has turned into a cat!" He raised his eyebrows and I could do nothing.

"You know I'll keep you here today as it is your punishment!" These were the last words I heard before he slammed the door shut making me flinch. I curled myself caressing my belly and tears running down from my eyes.

"Daddy will come soon baby! Soon!" I whispered trying to convince myself.

Nandini's POV

I opened my eyes and moved my arm only to groan in pain. I noticed my arm bandaged and I knew the bullet was removed. I looked around and found myself in an unfamiliar place.

"You're awake!" A voice said making me jump on my place. I turned and saw a girl probably of my age standing there.

"Wh-Who are you?" I asked trying not to run away.

"Relax! I won't hurt you! I treated your wound as I'm a doctor!" She said but the word 'doctor' rang a bell and I gasped.

"Navya! Where is Navya!? Is she fine? Where is she?" I shouted going frantic but winced when a pair of hands held my arms.

"Out!" He said harshly to what I suppose to the doctor and she left.

"Are you okay baby?" He asked checking my arms but I struggled trying to get away.

"Stop struggling!" He growled and pinned me to the wall. I cried out in pain when he pressed my wound as I heard him sigh.

"Now I'll have to wait for a few more days till your wound is healed! I had thought I will get to ravish this alluring body of yours as soon as I get here! But don't worry I will! Soon!" He said running his hand up and down my arm making me shiver in disgust.

"Wh-Where is Navya?!" I asked not looking at him but he forced me by harshly grabbing my face.

"She is where she should be!" He hissed darkly.

"Pl-Please don't hurt her! She's pregnant! Please!" I pleaded and he smirked.

"If you say so but only on one condition!" He said wickedly.

"Wh-What?" I asked fearing about his condition.

"Kiss me!" He ordered and I froze.

"Come on! You can do it for her!" He said eyeing me lustily and I felt like dying.

"C-Can I do so-something el -!"

"No!" He cut me off harshly and leaned in. I shut me eyes tightly and tears streamed down my face. Just when his lips were about to touch mine there was a knock on the door. He groaned pulling away and I sighed in relief.

"This isn't over yet!" He said hoarsely before leaving the room. I slid down the wall crying to myself and hugging my knees.

Come soon Manik! Come soon!

I don't know for how long I sat in the same position crying but next when I heard the door opening I crawled back in fear. Someone stumbled in but I didn't look up.

"Nan-dini!" My head snapped upwards and I saw Navya standing there with her teary face.

"Navya!" I cried standing hastily and hugging her tightly but not enough to hurt her. We both cried in each others embrace to reduce our pain.

"Na-Navya I'm sorry! I'm sorry because of me you have to suffer!" I choked breaking the hug and she nodded her head.

"It's not your fault!" She wiped my tears but I cried more.

"D-Did they hurt you?" I asked checking her.

"No!" She croaked out keeping her hand on her belly.

"D-Did he do anything?" She asked waiting for my answer and I looked down nodding a no. She sighed and hugged me again.

"Shh! We'll find a way Nandini! We'll find a way!" She whispered and I wondered how strong she was. Despite being pregnant she was being strong. Guess years of staying in the Mafia world had made her strong.

Again the door creaked open and we both looked towards it. It was the same girl who had treated me. She walked in and closed the door behind her.

"Who are you?" Navya asked sternly holding my hand.

"Don't worry. I won't harm you. I'm Lily. I'm a doctor." She smiled but Navya still seemed rigid.

"What are you doing here?" Navya studied her for a moment before looking back at her face.

"I have to check her wound! And now that you are also here let me also check you up!" She walked towards us and made us sit on the bed. First she checked my wound and redressed it as it had started bleeding again. After that she checked Navya and asked her few questions.

"Which month?"

"Eigth!" Navya replied curtly and she nodded.

"When did you eat last?" Lily asked.

"Yesterday!"

"You should eat something!" Lily suggested.

"How am I supposed to eat? No you tell me! First of all we are kidnapped and brought here forcefully! Secondly that fucker threatened to rape her and then me, and kill my baby! And now you are asking me to eat?" Navya blasted and I held her hand to calm her down.

"I know this is not the right time to say this but I can understand what you both are going through!" Lily said sadly.

"No you can't! You were not brought here forcefully! You don't have a baby in your stomach! You were not threatened to be raped!" Navya was beyond furious.

"You are right! I was not forcefully brought here! I do not have a baby inside me! I was not threatened to be raped! But I am forced to stay here! I am forced to live like a slave! Infact I am a slave!" She chuckled dryly looking down and we both looked at her confused.

"I'm Lily Russo! Andrew's sister!" She said looking at us and we both gasped as our eyes widened.
