I know you'll have been waiting for the chapter but as wattpad has been on read-mode only these days there has been alot of issues! I published then unpublished the chapter because of this reason!

Nandini's POV

He can't be serious!

I gulped nervously and all he did was stare at me with a smirk. I know he was waiting for me to take the initiative but how can I?

"Ma-Manik y-you know I-I ...!" I couldn't stop stuttering and he waited for me to complete.

All this was very new for me. I've never let anyone touch me and he was my first but it will take time for me to get used to these things. I've never even let Aryaman invade my personal space. It was only him! He is my first in everything! And will be my last too!

"I'm waiting Rose!" He whispered.

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes tight and standing on my toes I inched closer to him still not ready to see him.

When I could feel his hot breath on my face I knew I was close so I inched more closer but before I could feel his lips he palmed my mouth and my eyes shot open. We stared at each other intensely and I could see the desire in his eyes.

"When you're not comfortable you should say no!" He said huskily and my eyes refrained from leaving his.

Slowly unpalming my mouth he pecked the corner of my lips making my breathing uneven before stepping away.

I don't know if it was because of what he did to me or the way he was staring at me I could feel my cheeks burn as I looked away from him.

"Dii!!" Our moment was broken when I heard Rishabh yelling my name.

I went down and Rishabh suddenly came and hugged me tightly. I slightly lost my balance but steadied myself and hugged him back.

"Diiii! I'm so happyy! Now I will stay with you for forever!" He chirped happily and I felt myself smiling looking at his happy face.

"Yes you will!" I smiled and his eyes shined.

"Thankyou so much Dii!" He said and I shook my head.

"Don't thank me! I didn't do anything! It was someone else!" I said indicating towards Manik who was standing upstairs.

Manik came down and stood beside me smiling at Rishabh.

"He did this?" Rishabh asked and I nodded my head.

"Thankyou so much Manik bhai!" He said and hugged him but Manik looked shocked.

"Bhai?" He yelled and stepped away from Rishabh.

He looked at me and I suppressed my laugh seeing his expression. To tease him more Cabir bhai also added his theory.

"Yeah so why are you shouting? He will call us Bhai only right? What else he will call us?" He asked and Manik glared at him.

"Ohhh! So you are worried for your relation with Nandini? You will be indirectly her brother too man!" Bhai said and Manik yelled.

"Cabir shutup! And Rishabh call me Manik! Just Manik!" He said sternly and glared at Cabir.

We couldn't control any longer as Bhai, Navya and I started laughing loudly and Rishabh looked clueless. Manik glared at all of us and specially targeted me.

Nandini you are gone!

Woof!

I looked down to see Alex wagging his tail looking at me and I awed picking him in my arms.

"Navya let's go now! You need rest!" Bhai said as he took her upstairs and Rishabh too ran away.

The monster was still staring at me so I avoided him as I concentrated on Alex. I cooed him and walked upstairs with him getting in the room.

"And today I'm going to sleep with Alex!" I announced to myself.

He was already half asleep on the bed when I hugged him from behind and closed my eyes.

"Rose!" I heard a hushed whisper but ignored it thinking it of a dream.

"Rose!" I heard someone calling me again but still I ignored frowning in sleep.

The next thing I know was I felt like I was floating in air and that is when I opened my eyes to see Manik carrying me in his arms.

"Manikkk!" I yelled and by the time we were already in another room.

He dropped me on the bed and I sat up immediately. I looked around and noticed the unfamiliar surroundings.

"Whose room is this?" I asked confused.

"Mine!" He shrugged and I glared at him.

"You said you don't have any other rooms!" I gritted and he cared less as he settled himself beside me.

"I lied!" He said as if it was no big deal.

"You liar!" I yelled and hit him with a pillow.

"What the -! Nandini listen -!" He tried to stop me but I didn't listen and continued hitting him with a pillow.

"Nandini!" He said loudly as he grabbed my hands and pinned them behind bringing his face close to mine.

I stared in his chocolate brown orbs which spoke volumes at that moment. He leaned closer and I backed away but he didn't stop and continued to lean on me.

"Manik!" I warned as I saw him staring at my lips.

"What?" He asked as he looked in my eyes.

"It was you who was uncomfortable! I never said I'm uncomfortable!" He said huskily and again leaned down.

His lips touched mine and I felt a current passing through my body and I know he felt it too. The kiss was painfully slow as he took his own time to explore my mouth. In between the kiss he made me lay back on the bed and hovered over me not putting his entire weight on me.

I roamed my hand in his hair and tugged at it making him groan in the kiss. I tried to break the kiss being out of breath but he didn't let me. He continued kissing me with passion and finally when it was necessary to take in the oxygen he broke the kiss. We gasped for air as he rested his forehead on mine.

"You know I would have never let you go if oxygen wasn't this necessary!" He rasped out making me chuckle but it came out as a moan as he kissed my sweet spot.

"Manik!" I moaned as he didn't stop and kissed all over my neck.

Moving down he kissed my stomach making me breath heavily.

He slowly lifted my top and kissed on my bare stomach making my breath hitch.

When I felt him moving more upwards I held his hand and stopped him.

"Manik!" I called and he stopped adjusting my top and getting off me.

"Don't worry I won't do anything without your permission!" He said and my heart melted at his words. I hugged him tightly and he reciprocated the same.

"Thankyou for understanding Manik!" I whispered and rested my head on his heart.

"I would not have if it was for the old Manik!" He said and I knew he was saying the truth.

"But you changed!" I replied.

"Because of you!" He said immediately making me smile.

"Soo Rose! Back then downstairs you were enjoying when Cabir said about us being siblings right?" He asked sarcastically and I pursed my lips.

"N-Noo! I-It's nothing like that!" I said and hid my face in his chest.

"Oh really?" He said breaking the hug and looking at me.

"Manik!" I whined covering my face.

"What Nandini?" He teased.

I angrily uncovered my face and glared at him as he looked confused with the sudden change in my behaviour. I moved away from him and turned the other side.

"Hello? What happened?" He asked but I ignored him.

"Nandini listen!" He put a hand on my shoulder but I jerked it away.

"Atleast look at me!" He said in a pissed off tone.

When I didn't turn he made me forcefully despite my protests and made me look at him.

"Now tell me!" He demanded.

"I don't want to!" I said frowning and pouting.

"Nandini!" He warned as I could see his patience waiver off.

"What is your problem?" I said irritated and that did it.

"Fine! Stay like this!" He said frustrated and getting up from the bed left the room.

I got up and stared at the door as if he would just walk in. I let out a frustrated sigh and left to search him. He was in the study room lighting up his cigarette. I got more angry as I marched towards him and threw the cigarette from the mouth. We both glared at each other but he was more scary.

"You won't smoke ever!" I gritted and he turned to me fully making me take a step back.

He held my arms and pulled me towards him whereas I struggled in his hold.

"Manik what are you doing? Leave me!" His hold was too tight but not painful.

"Why are you here?" He asked and I looked away.

"Answer me Nandini!" His tone was calm and authoritative.

"I don't want to!" I was too stubborn to answer him anything.

"Nandini!" He said loudly but then shut his eyes tight to control his anger.

"Don't test my patience!" He said clenching his jaw and I admit he looked hot.

What? Nandini shutup!

"Speak up!" He yelled and it broke my trance.

"Don't call me Nandini! And if you want to then from now don't ever call me Rose!" I said with a serious face and he looked at me with a blank expression.

"So you were mad because of this?" He asked and I nodded curtly and he burst out laughing.

I huffed and glared at him but he continued laughing. Slowly a smile spread on my face seeing his laugh but I quickly hid it when he turned towards me.

He looked so carefree!

I wish he always stays like this!

"Forget it!" I said in a fake angry tone and turned to leave but he pulled me back almost immediately making my back bang on his chest.

"You seriously are one piece Nandini!" He chuckled and the vibration caused me to shiver.

"Manik!" I tried to get away from him but he pulled me more to him.

"Rose!" He whispered huskily in my ears.

"Say that you love it when I call you Rose!" He nuzzled in my neck making me gasp.

"Say it!" He squeezed my waist and hid his face in my neck.

"I-I ...!" I couldn't speak anything because of the things he was doing to distract me.

With a jerk he turned me around and pulled me closer as if not wanting to leave any space between us.

"Say!" He smiled, he actually smiled instead of smirking.

I stared in his eyes which always got me drowned. When I didn't look away he got amused and asked.

"What?"

"You want to know what I feel?" I said still staring at him and when he didn't say anything I continued.

"I love it when you call me Rose! It makes me feel beautiful when you call me that! I don't know when I got so used to you calling me Rose but I hate it when you call me Nandini!" I spoke honestly and an unknown emotion flickered in his eyes.

"And I don't know when I got so used to you that now I can't let you go away from me!" He confessed making my heart skip a beat.

"What is this Manik?" I whispered.

"I swear I ask the same question to myself Rose! I don't know what this is but all I know I don't want to lose it ever!" He said huskily leaning down.

I didn't knew my life could be this beautiful!💕
