Nandini's POV

"Manik!" I called him lazily lying on the bed while he was reading something from his office.

"What if we go on a date?" I said and he just hummed making me frown. I clipped my tongue but then an idea came in my mind. I smirked and sat up a little resting my head on the headboard.

"We'll go on a date but I'll go with someone else and you with someone else! How's that?" I said excitedly clapping my hands and he stopped reading turning his head and giving me a death glare.

"For your information, you are married so no one will want to go with a married woman!" He said and I glared at him.

"Are you trying to say you can get any girl you want?" I narrowed my eyes at him and he smirked.

"Without a doubt!" He said arrogantly and I flared my nostrils.

"So let's see Mr. Malhotra who gets a date first! You or me!" I challenged him and he raised his eyebrow at me.

"Challenge accepted!" He said and got up moving out. I huffed on the bed frowning but wait, I will show him that even I can get many guys if I want! Huh!

"Oh wait! Mrs. Malhotra what if I win the challenge?" He appeared again in the room and I gave him a fake smile.

"Already too overconfident?" I smiled sweetly and he shrugged.

"If you win the challenge, I will do whatever you say so!" I announced and I could see the smirk forming on his lips.

"But if I win the challenge get ready to do as I say!" I completed and he winked at me.

"Let the game begin!" He said irritating me more.

Like what the hell! I was the one who wanted to tease him and now here I am, getting irritated myself!

Half of the day passed with me worrying about whom I would take as a date. I hadn't even figured it out. It then clicked and I immediately dialed Navya's number.

"Navya I messed up!" Was the first thing I blurted on the phone. After that I narrated the whole thing and she assured me that she'll arrange a date for me.

"Thankyou Navya! I love you! You are the best!" I said excitedly.

"But Nandini why this sudden challenge?" She asked and I sulked.

"That idiot was getting so boring! Always drowned in his work not that he completely ignored me but still I get bored! I had suggested that we should go on a date but he wasn't paying attention to even what I was saying! So to tease him I started this stupid challenge!" I sulked and she laughed on the other hand.

"You know I find this kinda cool! You know some spice is needed in your life bro!" She said and I laughed.

"Okay so your date will be there at 8pm sharp! Now bye!" She hung up after that and I sighed. Manik was roaming in the mansion coolly as if he had already found a date. Whereas I was still huffing on this stupid challenge.

We were going to some place which was already decided by Manik, where he will be with his date and me with mine, if we get one.

It was 7:30 when I was getting ready in my room and Manik in other room. I wore a red gown which contained a slit that exposed my legs and tied my hair in a messy bun. Applying mininal makeup I wore my stilettos and moved out only to get stumped seeing the person infront of me.

Manik stood infront of me wearing black tuxedo looking dapper. I couldn't take my eyes off him as I shamelessly roamed my eyes all over his body. While I was busy ogling him he was doing the same staring at me unabashedly with his mouth slightly hung open.

I cleared my throat and he closed his mouth coming out of his trance. He composed himself and looked at me.

"So your date?" He asked and I opened my mouth to say something but just then the doorbell rang. I excused myself and went to open the door only to see a handsome looking man standing there.

"Hey! I'm Abhimanyu Thakkar! You are Nandini Malhotra?" He asked and I nodded.

"Your date for tonight!" He smiled forwarding his hand and I must admit he looked quite cute when he smiled.

"And my date is just behind you!" Manik came from behind and I could feel his stiffened posture. Out of nowhere a girl came from behind Abhimanyu and moved towards Manik. She hugged him and to my surprise he hugged her back. I looked away in anger.

"Let's go Abhimanyu!" I faked a smile and holding his hand dragged him with me.

"Nandini!" Manik called from behind and I stopped controlling my anger.

"We were supposed to go together!" He stated gritting his teeth. I rolled my eyes and looked at Abhimanyu who just smiled sweetly at me.

"Do you have a car?" I asked him and he nodded.

"Then let's go in your car!" I said and turned towards Manik who was glaring at us from behind.

"I changed my mind Manik! I am going with Abhimanyu in his car!" I said faking a smile.

"Oh and don't worry! You lead the way, we'll follow you behind!" I said forcefully.

"Fine!" He said a little loudly and went with that girl much to anger. Though I was with Abhimanyu in the car my mind was stuck on Manik.

What would be they doing?

"You love him a lot! Then why are you doing this?" Abhimanyu asked all of a sudden.

"He is doing the same!" I said in anger and looked out if the window and he chuckled.

"You are kinda cute!" He commented and I blushed. The ride went smooth for the next few hours as Abhimanyu turned out to be a decent guy and also I came to know that he is Navya's cousin so I could be more free with him. He became my friend instantly.

Once we reached Abhi moved to my side and opened the car for me. I smiled and held his hand not knowing that the monster was watching us. The place was so beautiful and peaceful. Ofcourse it had to be, afterall it was Manik's choice.

Abhimanyu and I sat together on one end and Manik with his date on the other. My eyes would every now and then move towards their direction to see what they were doing. Manik seemed very free with the girl and I wondered if he knew her from first.

"Let them be!" I snapped my eyes and Abhi as he smiled at me.

"If you trust him enough then stop looking at their table every now and then!" He said and I knew he was right.

"I trust him but it's just that -!"

"You are jealous!" He said coyly and my cheeks burned in embarassment. I bit my lip and looked here and there when I heard his laugh.

"God Nandini! You are such a sweetheart!" He said and it came out a little more loudly than intended to. And since it was all quiet around I looked at Manik who was now looking at us in pure rage.

"Uh Abhi! Why are you inviting your own death!?" I questioned nervously and he smirked.

"Is he looking at us?" He asked and I looked at him confused.

"Same feelings girl! You are getting jealous here and he is burning in jealousy there! One more move from my side and there will be explosion! Boom!" He said and I rolled my eyes.

"So ready?" He asked.

"For what?" I frowned.

"The explosion!" He said and I widened my eyes but before I could stop him he held my hands in his and said loudly.

"Nandini I have realised one thing! I like you! I like you alot!" He said and I nervously glanced at Manik who just kicked his chair and marched towards us in rage.

Pulling Abhimanyu by his collars he glared at him with his red eyes.

"She is my wife! You fucking loser stay away from her!" He gritted each word whereas Abhimanyu stayed all cool.

"Manik leave him!" I tried to free Abhi from his hold whereas the girl that was with Manik left. I wondered why though?

Manik left him with a jerk and pulled me to him holding me possessively. He continued to glare at him while Abhi was smirking.

"If she is your wife then why were you with some other girl? Are you cheating on her?" He asked and I looked at him shocked.

"How fucking dare you! I love her! You fucking jerk!" He yelled and I tried to calm him down.

"Abhimanyu enough now!" I warned him and he raised his hands.

"Okay! I'm sorry! This is your personal matter and I am no one to interfere or comment on it! I surrender! And it was nice meeting you!" He winked at me making Manik growl before leaving.

I snuggled into Manik's chest as he held me possessively close to him. I ran my hands up and down his back to soothe him and I could feel him relaxing under my touch.

"Manik why do you get so angry? Do you not trust me?" I asked sadly and he broke the hug with a jerk. Holding me by my arms he stared at me sternly.

"I don't trust the people around you Rose!" He said staring in my eyes. I sighed and hugged him back.

"Who was the girl with you? You two seemed pretty close!" I asked frowning and heard him sigh.

"She was just a friend Rose! An old one! You know right I love you and only you!" He said and I nodded against his chest.

"Good!" He said and hugged me more tightly. We returned home after that bullshit of a date.

I was in the room trying to open the zip of the dress when I felt his cold fingers touch my neck. I gasped leaving the zip and his fingers slowly travelled to the zip opening it slowly. I closed my eyes breathing heavily when I felt his fingers caressing my bare back.

"Manik!" I breathed out and he pulled me back making me bang in his chest, which was bare. His hot breath fanned my neck making goosebumps arrive on my skin.

"Do you know how much I've controlled myself after seeing you in this gown?" He whispered huskily and I opened my eyes to stare in his eyes through the mirror.

"Do you know how tempting and ravishing you look in my favourite colour?" He sucked my earlobe and then moved down leaving a trail of wet kisses on my exposed neck.

"Do you know how badly I wanted to punch that guy for holding your hands?" I breathed heavily as he slid the gown off my shoulder and placed a kiss over there.

"And I so wanted to break his face for saying those words to you!" He whispered and slid the gown from the other shoulder too and I clutched it over my chest to keep it from falling.

Slowly he turned me around and I stared in his eyes which had turned black, shining with desire.

"Rose only belongs to her Monster!" He whispered over my lips making me clutch the fabric more tightly. His hand slowly rested over mine as he bent down and placed kisses all over my neck and the exposed skin.

"Say that you're mine!" He demanded still kissing me and my free hand clutched his bare shoulder for support.

"Manik!" I moaned as he bit me on my neck leaving a hickey. He continued giving me hickeys making me moan over and over again both in pain and pleasure.

"Say it Rose!" He husked over my lips and I opened my eyes.

"I'm yours!" I said and with that he entwined our hands which were on my chest making me leave the fabric as it fell on my legs. We both stared in each others eyes with such intensity that could burn us.

"Today I'll show you how much of a Monster I am!" He growled and with that he picked me up and threw me on the bed.

And thus started another endless night of our love making.
