In Nigams mansion

Girls are sitting in hall and angel is sleeping

Vibha: avi and vaishu, i am going to meet some relatives so want to join me?

Vaishu: yes mom, i will come as i am getting bored and avi will also come as she is also getting bored

Avi: no di, i am not coming as i am not feeling well! (She said with a weak smile on her face)

Vibha: what happened suddenly? (Worried as she can see that she is weak)

Vaishu: yes, mom i think we should call doctor as she looks weak! (Worried)

Vibha: yes call fast and we are not going anywhere! We will go tomorrow

Vaishu: yes mom, we will go tomorrow!

Avi: not needed, i am just not feeling well a bit and i also have no mood for going out of the house so you both dont worry about me and go! And di you dont worry about angel, she will be with me only so you both can enjoy (she said while smiling)

Vibha: but..

Avi: no buts and ifs mom, you both go and enjoy

Vaishu: but..

Avi: come on di, you both go and i will calk you both if didn't feel well

Vaishu: ok fine but call, ok!

Avi: ok ok i will so go and enjoy

Vibha and vaishu got ready and left

So right now only angel and avi are at home with workers

Angel woke up and she was staring avi

Avi saw her and took her in arms

Avi: you wake up, baby (in baby voice)

Angel giggled listening her voice

Avi was feeling hungry as she had only one paratha for breakfast as she was not feeling hungry at that time

Avi went in kitchen with angel

Avi was finding something to eat in fridge but she didn't find anything

One worker saw her and asked

Worker: mam, what are you finding?

Avi: hey, actually na i am hungry so finding something to eat

Worker: ohhk, you sit i will make sandwich and give you

Avi: hey that's good idea! Just make one as lunch time is after 2 hours

Worker: ok mam

Avi went and sat on couch in hall

After sometimes worker came and gave her peanut butter sandwich

Avi: thank you (while taking the plate)

Worker: your welcome mam (smiled and went)

Avi made angel sit on couch with the support of pillows and gave her teddy to play

Avi ate sandwich and drank water

Just then sid and three idiots came home

They saw avi and angel sitting on couch .

Avi saw sid and three idiots coming

Avi: ohh hi guys, so you all came!

Sid: yes

Kriti: where is aunty and di?

Avi: they went to meet some relatives and i didn't join them as i was not feeling a bit well but now i am ok

Sid: are you sure? (He asked  while sitting beside her)

Avi: yes i am

Arya: ok (she said while taking angel in her arms and sitting on couch)

Aditi and kriti also sat on couch and started scrolling down their insta

Suddenly avi's hands and legs started turning red and avi was also not able to breathe properly

Sid saw this

Sid: avi, are you ok? (He asked rubbing her back and holding her hands and getting tensed looking at her )

All heads turned towards avi

Avi: si..dd.. (breathing heavily)

Kriti: bhai lets take bhabhi to hospital

Aditi grab the car keys and left to take the car out from parking area

Sid took avi in arms and rushed towards car

Kriti: arya you be with angel, i will update you

With this kriti too left behind sid

As soon as sid went out aditi came with car, kriti ran and opened the car door for sid

They sat and aditi drived the car on full speed

At back seat

Avi is in sid's lap

Sid: avi breathe in and out (he said while rubbing her back)

Avi was not able to breathe, she is sweating and tears were rolling down her cheeks and her body is turning red every second, her condition was getting worst every second

Looking at avi in this condition, tears were rolling down from sid's eyes

Sid: avi dont close your eyes (tears were continuously rolling down his cheeks)

Kriti: aditi drive fast (she said looking at avi and wiping her tears)

Aditi: i am (she said while looking at avi from mirror and tears were also rolling down her eyes)

After 5 minutes of drive they reach hospital

Sid took avi in arms and ran in hospital

Kriti and aditi too left

Sid: doctor doctor (shouting while crying as avi is unconscious and breathing very slowly)

Nurse saw them and told

Nurse: sir plz come with me, fast and you send doctor in room no. 208 (she said last line to one ward boy)

Sid nodded and they ran behind nurse

Nurse took them in room no. 208 and doctor also came

Sid made avi lay on bed and doctor started checking her

Nurse: you all plz wait outside (she said to sid, aditi and kriti who are crying)

Sid didn't move and stares at avi

Aditi and kriti dragged him with them outside

Kriti hugged sid and sid broke down

Sid: avi (the only word coming out of his mouth)

Aditi: bhai, she will be fine

Aditi said this while peeping in room through glass and looking at avi. She gave hope to sid but from inside she was also hopeless

(A/N:- this is me, i also gave hopes but from inside i am hopeless too😭😭)

After 5 minutes doctor came out

They saw him

Sid and kriti ran towards him as aditi was already standing beside him

Sid: how is she? (He asked while wiping his tears)

Doctor: she is .....
