Next morning manan woke up as usual but today for a change nandini was not in kitchen she was bussy with adore manik's idea worked  with 0% error

But his another woman means his mom replaced his wife in kitchen today

When manik comes down he saw nandini busy with adore he smiled fully but with in no second his smile changed into frown cause his mother was not their

He moved to the kitchen and found nyo busy making manik's favourite peanut pie

Manik sighed looking her working

Ma - maa ap nhi sun skte ho na meri apki bahu ko maine busy kiya adore mai lekin ap chale aye

Ek baat bataiye ap dono says bahu ko kitchen se kitna pyaar hai

Nyo - tune nandu ko kitchen se dur krne k liye adore diya usse

Ma - haa ek yeh bhi reason tha but main reason was that she loves puppies

Nyo - 4 saal pehle shaadi kr li hoti toh yeh sab nhi krna pdta abhi tera ek baby hota jiske saath nandu busy rehti

Ma - 4 saal pehle agar apki bahu se shaadi kr leta toh police le jati mere ko apki bahu sirf 21 years ki hai 4 saal pehle apki bahu 17 years thi or legal age for marriage is 18 

Nyo - toh na tu mujhe dadi bana de jldii se toh mai apne pote poti mai bussy ho jaungi kitchen mai aungi he nhi tera kaam bhi asaan hai

Ma - mom ap shaadi.com se baby.com ho gyi hai

Both laughed  and then manik and nyo comes out

All settle on the dinning table they were having breakfast peacefully when suddenly nandini felt vomit

She put her hand on her mouth and left for washroom and manik runs behind her

Nyo - nandu ko kya ho gya

Cab - aunty lgta hai ki apki wish manik ne poori kr di apko dadi banane ki

All laughs

After some time manik came with a faint nandini and their is blood on manik's and nandini's dress

Nyo - kya hua meri bachi ko ?

Ma - Roy gadi nikalo

Ma - mom she vomited blood pata nhi kya hua isse achanak

Then manik moves out he settled on the back seat with nandu in his lap and he pats nandini's cheeks

Ma - baby wake up , baby pls wake up

Ma to driver - jldi gadi chalao u bastard

As soon as car reached the hospital manik quickly comes out and runs to the reception

Ma - emergency

Receptionist finding manik their immediately called the ward boy the immediately lays nandini on the stretcher and then they took her in emergency

Inside doctors were treating nandini outside manik was walking to and fro

He was half dead after seeing  nandini's condition

Family comes to the hospital after manik

Nyo - manik kya bola dr ne kya hua hai nandu ko

Ma - mom they are treating her

Nyo -  tu tension nhi le sab theek hoga

Manik nods

After some time doctor comes

Ma -  Dr how is nandini ?

Dr - we are treating her Mr Malhotra and shw allergic to something I think she have eaten that but we need o+ve blood group cause she have a lot of blood and as u know she is very weak

Manik nodded

Dh - Dr I have o+ve blood group u can take mine

Dr - okay u go with nurse

Dhruv goes to donate blood after he comes back

Ma - thanku so much buddy tu ni janta ki tune mere liya kya kiya hai

Dh - manik aise thanks bol kr dost ki dosti mat kharab kr or kya nandu mere sister nhi hai

Vaise bhi apni Behan ko toh kho he chuka hu ab yeh Behan mili hai isko nhi jaane dunga kahi

All knows about dhruv's past actually his parents and sister died in an accident when her sister who was coming to home first time after her birth while returning from hospital they died dhruv was with his grandmother at home

He still miss his sister cause he have seen her only one time when he visited hospital after birth

Dhruv have slight tears in his eyes after remembering his past

Cab - dhruv chill na god returned ur sister in form of nandini

Then suddenly a nurse comes out and said to dhruv

Nu - voh apki Behan ko hosh aa rha hai

Dh - kon Behan ?

Nu - are vahi jisko apne blood donate kiya voh apki sister he hai na ap dono ka dna toh same hai

When nurse told that nandini gained her consciousness back manik moved inside with jet speed without listening anything

Dhruv was so happy after listening nurse he cried he falls on the ground he was sitting on his knees

Alia comes near him and rubs his back

Al - see god returned ur sister baby now don't waste ur tears and let's meet nandu

Dhruv nodded in yes

Nyo - Alia I know u guys want to meet nandini as possible as u can but manik has already went inside and only one patient in allowed inside

Both nodded in understanding

Here inside the emergency manik as soon as comes in he cups nandini's face and pecks her whole face

Ma - baby u scared me till death

Nandini gave him a small smile indicating that she is fine

Ma - u was not listening me not at all I was calling u again and again but u were not responding me

Manik was complaining to her like a baby

He took nandini in his arms close to his heart to assure his heart that she is fine

After tgat nurse comes and tells that they have to shift nandini in a room and then dr will visit her

What will be nandini's reaction when she comes to know about this ?

Will she be angry with dhruv for not finding her or she will take time to accept that ?
