Part - 33

Manik immediately lifted her in his arms and carried her to their room. Nandu didn't protest .he placed her on the bed Carefully and he himself removed his shirt and threw in the corner and jumped on the bed to sleep ....he hugged nandu tightly making her happy. ..

Manik : don't think of anything jaan , sleep for now .... tomorrow morning let's talk about anything else , we both need sleep .....he said kissing her forehead , nandu snuggled more into him almost sleeping on him .....

Next morning ....

Manik woke up to find himself alone on the bed , he found his room empty .....he wore his shirt and left the room ....

He moved down in search of his wife , but saw Stella , Robert and Shane decorating the whole house and he can hear nandu voice from kitchen , she is singing and dancing while cooking breakfast for manik .....

Stella , Robert and Shane wished him and excused themselves giving malhotra couple the much needed privacy .....

Manik stood near the kitchen entrance watching his cute wife dancing holding a spatula in her hand , she is decorating the food , there are many dishes placed on the counter ....

Manik in mind ....when did u wake up jaan ??? U filled the kitchen counter with full varieties of dishes ....

Thinking this to himself he tip toed to her and hugged her from back making her jump on feeling the sudden touch .....

Nandu : u scared me okay , she said turning to face him still being in his embrace ....

Manik : when did u wake up ?? He asked pointing the dishes with a stern look on his face ....

Nandu : actually , Kal raat ko I spoiled everything , so I just made it ....she said smiling sheepishly ....

Manik had the urge to laugh loudly looking at her cute faces but he didn't laugh , still maintaining a stern look on his face he demanded an explanation....

Manik : why did u leave me alone on bed ??

Nandu : you are sleeping peacefully and Roby Said u didn't sleep properly all these days , so I let u sleep ..... she said playing with his shirt buttons.....

Manik ; instead of making all these , u could have stayed with me on bed u know , he said holding her tight in his embrace....

Nandu : go freshen up chodo mujhe , she said struggling to come out of his embrace....

Manik : let's freshen up together , he asked her mischievously with a smirk ...

Nandu pushed him back with an angry glare ...

Nandu : I'm not letting u touch me as punishment, she said with a smirk...

Manik : punishment for birthday boy , not fair jaan , he said whinning like a kid ....

Nandu: u could have thought about that before leaving me alone here , she said and continued cooking .....

Manik immediately lifted her in his arms and started moving out , nandu is wriggling in his arms to come out ....

Manik : no use , so stop struggling .....saying he moved to the room .....

He placed her  in the bath tub making her completely wet and joined her making her hit him , finally she gave up on fighting with him and both of them had a relaxing bath together and came out ..... They both dressed up and moved to the dinning hall , as instructed by nandu the house is looking beautiful with decorations ....

Nandu : happy birthday , saying she pecked his lips making him happy ...

Manik cut the cake and fed her , they had breakfast together .....

Nandu sat on the couch having no work to do , she is sad that she is caged here but don't want to ask anything and make him sad .....

Manik is busy checking the files in his laptop , nandu just got up from her place and is about to go upstairs to library , manik held her hand still immersed in his laptop...

Nandu : chodo mujhe ....she asked him angrily ,  he immediately put the laptop aside by closing it and pulled her in his lap....

Manik : kya hua jaan , he asked holding her close to him as she sat comfortably on his lap.....

Nandu : nothing , she said sadly and closed her eyes snuggling closer to him ...

Manik : do u want to change , he asked her slowly....

Nandu : no thanks , I'm comfortable in my pajamas ....she said sadly ....

Manik : there is something for u in the cupboard , go change and come I'm waiting ....he said making her stand ...

Nandu : I'm not changing into any heavy clothes to stay at home , so no , saying she sat on the couch being stubborn ....

Manik : what if I say , I'm taking you out  to enjoy  a vacation , he asked  her and she looked at him in shock ....

Nandu : no,  your are just playing around , I know . She said not believing him....

Manik : I promise jaan , I'm taking you out on a small honeymoon , only u and me . Plz get ready , plz , he requested sitting on his knees in front of her .....

Nandu : it's not a prank na , she asked again still not believing the fact that he is taking her out from here....

Manik: I don't lie to you jaan , he said holding her hand ...

Nandu : u don't even share anything with me , saying she took her hand back  making Manik sad , but moved to the room and got ready in the dress Manik kept in the cupboard ,she came down fully ready to see luggage getting loaded in a black car , they are nearly ten black cars of same model with same number  plate , any one will get Confused seeing all of  them together in one place .....

Manik : come let's start , saying he gave his hand to her , she immediately placed her hand in his , he made her sit in the car and Roby took the driving , Stella took the front seat and Shane took the car with gaurds .....

Nandu just observed how the cars shifted places continuously , their car is continuously being changed to front or back ..... Finally they reached a huge building.  All the cars drove into the huge building cellar from different directions. The car directly drove Inside the lift and reached the terrace , nandu saw a helipad there and a helicopter ready to take off ....

Nandu felt out of words seeing the helicopter , they are about to move forward but heard a series of gun shots from the opposite buildings , all the gaurds immediately took guns and positions , Manik immediately took nandu and hid behind a wall ....he took the gun from his both pockets and started firing ....

Nandu is shocked at first but she trusted her Manik so she didn't panic  , she saw someone is about to attack Manik , she took the gun from manik's back pocket and fired at him ..... the training she took from Stella by staying alone came handy to her now , not perfect shots but she could shoot holding the gun without fear ....

Manik looked at her  in shock but she asked Stella for more guns and caught them in air and shot the enemies , Manik just lost the track but came back when nandu shouted at him....he even continued to kill and finally manan boarded the flight after seeing most of them are dead and rest are handled by Stella , Shane and Roby ......

The helicopter flew away from the building , both manan are panting heavily in their seats , the pilot offered them water.

Nandu took it after thanking him , she drank in haste spilling most of the water on her dress , she saw Manik just looking her in shock so she sprinkled water on him making him come out of trance and gave him water to drink ...

Manik ; you didn't tell me that u know how to use a gun ??

Nandu : even u didn't tell me you are mafia , she said and turned the other side without looking at him.....

Manik : thats not the answer to my question ?? Tell me how you know gun firing ???

Nandu ; I don't want to tell you bcoz u never share anything with me , so even I don't want to say anything or ask anything , she said without looking at him....

Manik : I'm sorry nandu , I said I will tell u everything right , he said in a pleading tone.....

Nandu : the day you find courage to share everything , than I will tell u my part of secrets as well bcoz the day I came to share my secret with you , I got to know the biggest truth you are mafia. You know I hate mafia the most in my life , she said making Manik look at her but she slowly moved to him and sat on his lap and fell asleep .....

Manik didn't knew what to do but all he knew is that he has to share everything with her in this trip , bcoz even after all the happenings of their life , she still is sitting on his lap sleeping peacefully finding her solace in him....he just kissed her forehead holding her close to him ......

After nearly for five hours of journey , the helicopter landed in the sand of a beach , Manik took nandu in his arms and landed there , the security took all bags of manan and dropped everything in a  van waiting there....

Manik made nandu sleep in the seat and took the driving seat after thanking the pilot and asked everyone to leave . Bcoz he wants to stay alone with nandu ....

They reached a small tree house in the forest behind the beach ..... Nandu woke up with the sounds coming , she saw everything in daze.....

Manik : you like this place , he asked her slowly in her ears hugging her from back .....

Nandu : I love it Manik , r u gonna lock me up here , she asked in fear and manik felt bad listening to her but turned her to face him ....she has tears running down her eyes , Manik hugged her immediately ....

Manik : I'm sorry for letting u stay alone there , sorry ..... saying he kissed her forehead numerous times. ....

They both moved inside the house and Manik carried the luggage inside .....

Nandu : Manik ten bags , how many days are we gonna stay here ....she asked looking at the luggage ....

Manik ; clothes is only three bags , rest all are grocery , snacks , fruits and vegetables and many more house hold things ....

Nandu : oh ....let me set them in this cute kitchen....saying she took one bag but is unable to lift it ...... Manik started laughing looking at her.... " Youuuuuuuu, I will kill u Manik Malhotra , for laughing at me " , shouting this she started chasing him .....he ran around the tree house escaping from his mini monster .....

Manik : jaan , bhook lagi hae let's stop fighting na , he said panting heavily yet running ....

Nandu : say sorry , she demanded and he laughed loudly again ....

Manik immediately stopped on his place and nandu started hitting him....

Manik : ouch .....ok ok ...stop ,  sorry jaan ....he said holding her hands....

Nandu : say I love u , she demanded and he smiled looking at her cute face ...

Manik : I love u so much , much more than anything Mrs Nandini Manik Malhotra.....he said and they kissed .....

Finally after a long time ....

I'm sorry bcoz I don't even have one holiday to write , not even Sunday , I'm still busy with books yet I thought of updating bcoz it's been long ....

I wake up at 4 in the morning and sleep at 12 in the night bcoz of my busy schedule , no time to atleast check my mobile ...

Hope u guys understand my situation ....
