Part 14

Manik : you can collect your copy tomorrow.....

Nandu : thank you sir .....

Saying she left the cabin and moved out to go home .....

Nandu moved to  canteen and did something there and left out of the office , she saw driver waiting for her to take home , she bought some sweets and chocolates on the way and left to malhotra house .....

After nandu left , there is a knock on manik door , he gave permission to come in ......

Sir food  for u , a boy  from the canteen said holding a tray .....

Manik : I didn't order , he said being confused ....

Canteen boy : no sir , apki new secretary madam ne bola to deliver lunch to your cabin for you as you have work ......

Manik smiled listening to him and asked him to arrange it on the table near couch and leave , after the boy  left ....

Manik ( self talk ) : so my secretary and my soon to be wife is taking care of my  lunch, itni pyaarse se lunch order kiya mere liye , so I should eat ....

Saying he left his work and sat to eat the food and completed it ......

Finally he did all his works in office and left to home early than usual, he reached to see it empty ....

Manik : Kaka , sab kaha hae. ...

Kaka : sab bahar gayi hae baba ....

Manik : kaha gayi ....

Kaka : mujhe nahi pata baba .....

Manik : acha thek hae , ap jaoo ....

Saying he took his phone and called cabir , he lifted the call immediately....

Manik : where r u guys ???

Cabir : we came to have lunch , uske baad shopping kar rahe hum  and next movie I think so ....

Manik : mujhse kyu nahi pucha , if I want to join u guys or not ???

Cabir : nandu ne bola , u are just busy  with work, that you didn't even have time for lunch , so didn't disturb you ....

Manik : y did u ask her about me ?

Cabir : bcoz she is your secretary......

Manik : fine, kaha ho, I will be there in sometime.........

Cabir : Infinity mall , he says and manik cuts the call ....

Manik immediately fresh up and drove to  infinity mall , he reached there and called cabir  and got to know they are ready with tickets,near the theatre .....

Cabir : you go with nandu , bcoz she likes action movies and navya likes rom com, so we are going together  , take care of nandu , let's meet in food court after movie.....

Saying cabir left dragging Navya as the movie is about to start....

Manik is just looking at nandu , bcoz he is very thankful to cabir for leaving him alone with nandu ....

Manik : you need something , he asked her ....

Nandu nodes in no....

Manik : popcorn , coke ....he asks her. . .

Nandu : but ???

Manik : just wait , saying he moved to the counter and came back with popcorn and coke for both of them , they moved in and sat on their alloted seats.....

Nandu got busy watching the movie eating her popcorn , even manik is busy eating popcorn and watching nandu , his full concentration is on nandu only , but nandu is laughing to the comedy and getting excited when she sees a chase or fight ......

Manik is  so busy on his nandu world that he didn't realise the vibration of phone in his pocket , he took his phone out to see missed calls  from an unknown number and a video .....

He opened the video to see someone is sitting with gun behind cavya , where as cabir is busy making Navya laugh , manik got scared looking at it , he saw nandu busy in watching movie , he stood to run to save cabir, but nandu held his hand immediately ....

Nandu : movie is not over,where r u going ???

Manik : emergency ....

Nandu : what emergency is all ok, she asked getting panicked .....

Manik got nothing to say so he showed his little finger like a school kid who shows to teacher for going to washroom and nandu immediately left his hand and Manik ran away from there to save his brother and bhabi .....

Nandu laughed looking at him running away....he is such a kid , itna emergency hae washroom jane ki ....she thought but got busy with movie .......

Manik immediately came out of the theatre and ran to the second screen which is on the top , he rushed inside and is continuously calling  cabir but he didn't lift the calls as his phone is on silent .....manik saw a person aiming cabir to shoot , he immediately moved behind the person and stabbed him on his back with a knife while he just closed his mouth with a kerchief , he made the person sit in the chair like he is one of the audience watching the movie , he saw three or four people being suspicious , he immediately called his underground team to the theatre .....

Manik slowly caught the team head who is sitting on the  balcony  with cabir on his gun point, he took him away to washroom and both of them started fighting breaking the Mirrors and other things in the washroom , finally after a huge fight , manik got him unconscious and made him sit on the commode of the washroom and closed the door , and got fresh up ....

He moved out to see his men taking away the other members dead bodies in  car who are killed by them for attacking cabir ...

Nandu stood outside the theatre waiting for manik , he came there like nothing happened and stood beside her ....

Nandu : where r u till now ....???

Manik : washroom ....

Nandu : you missed half of the movie ...

Manik ; there is a big line near the washroom and also someone locked the washroom till now .....

As soon as manik said this , they heard  an elder person shouting on the manager for the broken washroom and dirty management and also how it is locked for more than an hour ....

Nandu believed whatever manik said on hearing that person, manik sighed in relief .....

Nandu : but still u missed the movie, very nice action and fights .......

Manik in mind ....I did live action baby , that's y I missed the movie , I hope you enjoy my fights also like movie instead of being scared...

Nandu : manik , where r u lost ??

Manik : no , I'm just hungry , let's go to food court , cabir will join us there ....

Nandu nodded and both of them moved to the kfc in the mall ...

Manik ordered a bucket of  smoky grilled chicken and crispy leg pieces  ,  chicken pop corn , wings and popcorn nuggets .....

Nandu : itna sara ....

Manik : I'm damn hungry , I'm not gonna share , order for yourself ....

Nandu : chicken popcorn with vanilla blue  .....

Manik : get me a large pepsi  with french fries also .........

Nandu laughed looking at him, bcoz he looked cute when he is ordering the food , like a kid ......

Nandu : thank you , she says after the waiter left ....

Manik : for what madam ....???

Nandu : for understanding me that I'm not comfortable in malhotra house and also respecting my desicions and giving me a job .....

Manik : nandu , it's simple , you need to express yourself for others to know what you want , no one is a God to know your inner feelings , life is too short to keep everything inside , the more you keep inside they become rotten and our thoughts will become like garbage which is useless , so say frankly on face instead of dying inside , I'm just saying this bcoz we are friends and you just disappeared all of a sudden without even telling your new friend ....

Nandu : it's just you are busy , I asked Navya to tell u .....

Manik : Navya is not a medium of our friendship , if u want to say anything come to me directly, I'm sure even if I'm damn busy i can spare a few seconds to listen to u and also the same if you want to ask me anything , come to me directly , I don't like mediators ......

Nandu : ok sorry .....

Manik : never , I say never repeat this , this time,  it's the first you left without even saying anything so I am forgiving you ,dare you go any where without saying , I will find and tie you in home .....he says in his Stern voice ....

Nandu : hawww, how mean , I never took permission from anyone .....

Manik : adat karo ,I don't know how u lived before , but you are my special friend , if I feel someone mine , I can never let them go , so remember you are my family , my responsibility , so no running away from family ......

Nandu has tears of happiness, manik just panicked looking at her crying face .....

Manik : oye , kya hua ???? Y these tears .....

Nandu : nothing ,aise pehle kabhi kisi ne nahi bola , so happy tears.....

Manik : pagal .....saying he just hit her forehead and side hugged her ,making her smile ....

Their order came , the waiter placed everything on the table .....

These are manik's order .....

Nandu : r u sure , u r gonna eat all these ....

Manik : koi doubt hae , nandu nodes in yes , than it will be fun proving you wrong , he says with a smirk ....

Nandu's order .....

Nandu just took a sip of her drink and is watching manik like he is a horror movie , but he is eating like a kid not caring of anything ......

At the same time , cabir and navya came there ....

Cabir took a leg piece from manik and started eating .....

Manik : mera leg piece , bhabi dekhona he is eating my food, he cried like a kid ....

Navya : cabir , pagal hae kya , let him eat , order for yourself ....

Cabir : y will he eat all this alone , I'm helping na ....

Manik : if u just you take  one more piece , I swear bhai I will make sure to lock you in your room during lunch and breakfast daily for a week .....

Cabir made a horrified expression, nandu , Navya broke into feats of laughter.....

Navya : order what u want na cabir ???

Cabir made a cute sad face , nandu fed him her pop corn making him smile, manik felt jealous bcoz nandu is feeding cabir , even cabir ordered same stuff like manik making nandu shocked , both the brothers just hogged on chicken  and completed them , Navya laughed looking at nandu expressions....

Navya : adat hojayegi nandu , these malhotras are foodies for sure ....

Nandu nodded in yes , they all moved home together , neo welcomed them and congratulated nandu for her job ...

Next day morning ,

Nandu packed all her luggage and met everyone , she left to office apartment along with cabir , Navya who came to drop her .....

Cabir rang  the door bell ....

Chandini opened the door with a sleepy face and is surprised to see cabir , Navya along with nandu , she hugged cabir first and welcomed them inside ....

Chandini : what a pleasant surprise ??? You guys could have told me before na....

Cabir : oye lady khumbkaran pehle boldeti toh , tu kya meri arati utaregi , chal ready hojaoo office nahi jana kya. ..

Chandini : oh hello , aaj mera afternoon shift hae , bcoz I did late night shoot yesterday.....

Cabir : chal bhook lagi hae , cook breakfast ,saying he dragged her to kitchen ....

Nandu is just smiling looking at them bickering like kids in the open kitchen , Chandini showed nandu the room opposite to hers.....

Nandu just left her luggage like that only , such thay she can set it later ....

Nandu : you fresh up chandini  , I will make breakfast ....

Chandini : it's your first day here , aaj keliye main karlungi , kalse tum karo ya main,same to same .....

Chandini made yummy breakfast , all four had it , than nandu left to office in the cab which comes for employees, cabir Navya left to home , Chandini took her rest as she is having no office in the morning. .....

Will nandu inform manik  if she wants to go anywhere ??
