Part 10

Manik got fresh up and is about to sleep but had an urge to see nandu once ....he peeped out of his room to see nandu ki room door closed  ...he slowly moved to it and saw her sleeping peacefully from the window which is beside the door .....he left to his room and fell asleep ....

Next morning .....

Nandu got up with a good smile on her face....she moved to washroom and got fresh up ......she moved out of her room to see manik ki room door still closed ....she is about to knock his door....she is being called by a small girl saying Navya is calling her ....she left to Navya ki room.....she is busy helping Navya to get ready for haldi .... She didn't see manik .....she is very much desperate to meet manik and ask him y he followed her all time .....y did he save her yesterday... And y did he kiss her .....these are the thoughts running in her brain .....she is lost in her thoughts ....

Navya : nandu ....kya hua ....she asks shaking her .....

Nandu ; nothing Navya....chale aunty will be waiting ....

Navya : let's go....

They both moved out of room and reached the garden area where haldi is arranged......Navya is made to stand beside cabir ......

Cavya ki dressing.....

Nandu stood in a corner after applying light haldi on both....not knowing many people ......dadi is just near the mandap where Navya is made to sit ....Meghana gave nandu a small smile to which nandu reciprocated ....Her eyes are searching for the only person she feels comfortable after Navya cabir .....
that's manik Malhotra but he is no where to be seen ......

Her thoughts are being voiced out by neo.....

Neo ; where is manik ????

Before anyone could answer they hear a voice ......

I'm here mom......they heard manik ki voice and turned back to see him.....

nandu smiled the brightest bcoz she is feeling alone here as cavya are busy with rituals .....but her smile changed into frown looking at the girl beside him ........

Neo : mukti ....I missed u ....

Mukti : I missed you mom.....

Neo : that's a surprise....but your late ....

Mukti : that's y I asked manik not to say ....I'm sorry I had my work so came late ...but still I'm here right ....

Pooja  : so chale haldi lagaoo cabir is still waiting .....

Pooja also hugged mukti followed by karan .....

Neo took them to cabir navya who hugged her immediately ....and Everyone got busy with mukti who dumped cavya and manik in haldi .... Nandu stood there in the corner and after sometime she left from there ..... And sat on the terrace watching the lake ........

It's nearly lunch time after the haldi ...all are sitting around having fun ....nandu came down and sat beside Navya who is looking cute in her dress now .....

Navya : kaha ho tum ....haldi lagaya aur kaha chalagaye

Nandu : I'm just in my room....

Navya : no your not there i came to your room....

Nandu : Navya ....vo....

Before nandu could say anything Navya is being taken away by some girls to dance with cabir ......they all are dancing having fun.....nandu stood sat there not knowing what to do ......bcoz she is not happy she don't know y .....

Manik who is sitting with mukti and is lost in nandu.......

Mukti : oye Romeo where is your Juliet....mujhse bhi milaooo ....

Manik : there she is .... he says pointing nandu .....

Mukti : she is beautiful .....

Manik : I know  beautiful both in and out ..... he says admiring her .....nandu saw him looking at her ....but frowned when mukti kissed his cheek .....tears rolled down from her eyes......

Manik noticed this and is about to go to  nandu but mukti held his hand and stopped him.....

Manik : what's wrong mukti ...you never behave like a girl .....what's with this behaviour now ???

Mukti : you want to  know nandu ki feelings ...I'm making her jealous ...by seeing her face I can say she is not at all liking me ...you know jealousy works ....

Manik : but ....

Mukti : I'm your best friend and also engaged to my boy friend....I'm just making her jealous ....such that she could realise her feelings ....trust me it works ....

Manik : I can't see her crying ....

Mukti : Romeo ...you want her in your life or not ....

Manik : I cannot live with her now ....

Mukti : so do what I say ....she will be all yours .....

Manik raised his head to find nandu but she is no where seen ......manik moved away from mukti and started finding nandu...but didn't find her anywhere in the dinning hall .....

Nandu is sitting in her room near window ......she is crying .....

Nandu in mind ....no nandu don't cry .....he doesn't love you .....may be he is behind me just for fun ......
Now you don't have to ask him if he loves you or not bcoz it's clear na ...he has a girl in his life.... I even saw her kissing him..... She is even liked by the whole family ....she looks rich ..... Look at you still struggling to buy a phone..
So now let's just focus on job..... I need to leave tommorow as soon as marriage completes .....I need to pack ....

Saying to herself ..... she started her packing leaving some dress for night and Tommorow marriage......

Evening Navya came to nandu ki room......

Navya : kya kar rahi ho .....she asks sitting on bed....

Nandu : packing ....

Navya : itni jaldi ....meri shaadi kal hae ....

Nandu : I know shaadi kal hae .... I'm leaving tomorrow after wedding ......

Navya : but y... you won't stay for my reception.....mere saath shimla nahi aoogi ....

Nandu : I have a job interview day after tommorow....if I leave tommorow evening ....I can take rest at night and attend the interview.....

Navya : but ....

Nandu : I know I told u I will be there till the end but I got a mail yesterday for interview......but now I can't do anything. ..I can't miss this job opportunity it's in a multi national company...sorry Navya ....

Navya : I know you can never deny  me if it's not important...but still I will miss u nandu ....

Nandu : I'm going to mumbai only drama queen ...we can meet after you come back ....

Navya : yeah first we will go to Shimla  to meet cabir ki dadi and gruha pravesh vaha hogi humari ....
than honeymoon for 15 days ....after coming back let's enjoy our weekend ...dont forget to call me....

Nandu : I will buy my phone after reaching mumbai ....I will call u first....so chill .....

Navni spent that whole evening talking together .......

That night bachelor's party is arranged on the terrace ..... Navya forcefully took nandu with her to party ......

Nandu entered the party to see everyone dancing crazily ......

Cabir : Navya looking hot ....saying he came there and hugged Navya. ....

Navya just blushed listening to him......nandu winked at navya saying told you .....

Cabir : so drinks ....

Navya : cocktail for me....

Cabir : nandu for you ....... ....

Nandu : lemon juice ....

Cabir : okay....I will be back ...saying he left to get the drinks .....

Navya : you know nandu manik loves a girl ...

Nandu : what ???

Navya : he didn't tell me but I heard him saying mom....that soon he will propose the girl after our wedding in our reception.....

Nandu : okay ....after this she didn't say anything but saw manik standing with a  drink and laughing with mukti ...

She just saw him happy and felt he deserves to be happy ..... She just sat there talking to cabir ..... They are joined by karan pooja mukti manik ....

They all shared childhood memories of them....where as nandu is just listening to them.....they all danced but nandu just sat there watching everyone......

Nandu ; ok guys . ..I will take a leave ....saying she stood up to go.....

Thats when manik noticed nandu ki attire ...... he is just starring her ....

Mukti : itni jaldi ..we just met...

Nandu : I know ...but I have headache so want to rest .....
See u morning guys ...bye good night saying she left .....after hugging Navya cabir.......

Manik just silently left from there ......he followed nandu and saw her moving inside her room and locking it ....he too left to his room and made arrangements for the proposal .....

Next morning ....nandu woke up on her time and got ready....she packed each and everything.... She packed manik  ki camera in a small bag.....

She moved out of the room.....to go out to the mandap....bcoz it's morning wedding .......

She saw manik standing there ....looks like he is waiting for someone.....he smiled looking at nandu ......bcoz she  is looking cute in lengha ......giving him a good match ......

He is about to talk to nandu ....mukti came there calling him....

Nandu left from there to see Navya is brought to mandap.....she smiled looking at cabir on mandap waiting for Navya ......

The rituals of  wedding started ..... Relatives of both cabir and  manik ki family started teasing cabir ...nandu stood there laughing at cabir ki irritated faces....manik is taking nandu ki pics on his mobile ....bcoz she is making cute expressions looking at cabir .........

Finally cabir and Navya are tied together in a bond of marriage.... They took blessings of everyone......

The whole family and relatives sat to have lunch ......nandu sat there beside cabir bcoz he didn't let her go after she wished him......

After lunch everyone are asked to take rest ...... Nandu packed her things and changed her dress...... She got a car arranged with the help of Navya ..... She met Navya and left without even meeting cabir ....but gave Manik camera to Navya to give it to him.....

Nandu just left from the wedding place ......

Manik is just busy in his room practising how to propose Nandu..... Karan pooja neo mukti cabir  are helping him....

Finally it's evening ....Manik is the most excited soul bcoz he can propose nandu .......

The wedding reception started with people congratulating the new couple ....some danced to the tunes .....

Manik is roaming around waiting for Nandu to come out ...but didn't find her in reception....he moved to her room to see her if she is well or not .....

He knocked on the door of her room.... but no response so he just pushed it .....

Manik : this room looks empty . ..nandu ki luggage kaha hae...where is she ....????
