Aurora

Staring straight at the water watching the waves crash upon the rocks kind of feels like how my life is going at the moment the man I called father all those years isn't my real father but yet he was there when my mother was killed protecting me tears run down my cheeks slowly not because I'm sad I'm beyond angry that he played with my head making me think he was my father when my real father could possibly be out there slamming my hands on the banister repeatedly as they start to go numb "Fuck" saying softly pulling my hands away seeing that their red as beats, looking up to the sky seeing the sun is already up turning around looking back at the house everyone else passed out but I couldn't sleep much not after what was said walking back towards the house Vincenzo is going to be worried that I'm not next to him in the bed but I needed air to calm down and gather my thoughts from everything even the cryptic answers we we're getting.

Shaking my head opening the door walking into the house closing the door slowly walking towards the living making sure none no one sees me "Ouch" saying rubbing my head feeling a familiar pair of hands grab my waist looking up slowly seeing a worried Vincenzo placing my hands on his bare chest he pulls me close to him "Bambina" he whispers in my ear sending a tingling sensation down my spine "Yes" whispering back he takes both of my hands and leads me to the couch, he lays down opening his arms for me to join him giggling laying down next to him he pulls me close to him leaving no space between us I don't mind at the moment because it's helping me forget everything that's happened the last few days looking up at him our eyes instantly connect no words need to be spoken he place his index finger underneath my chin before I knew it he presses his lips on mine washing away the pain that was brewing inside of me pulling away he smiles before leaning his head on to mine causing me to smile.

"Aurora I want to tell you something, so listen to me" He says slowly rubbing my side up and down give me goosebumps.

"Okay...." Saying feeling my heart racing fast in my chest unsure what he'll say.

"Look I don't care about the contract that my father did with your fake father had made up.What I feel for you is real always has been since we were little, yes I used the contract the first night I saw you once again..Well because I knew you would fight me like you've been doing ever step of the way, but that doesn't matter you mean alot to me Aurora. Your my amore always since we were kids no one ever comes close to you ever,what I'm trying to say is that...I love you Aurora everything about you and I mean everything, I wasn't going to say anything but I keep having a dream about us and our future together and I'm fight to have that with you Bambina" He says looking at me licking his lips causing my heart to flutter like crazy.

"Forget that contract it mean nothing anyways... What I feel for you is real as well Vincenzo, the first night I saw you all the crazy memories of us as kids playing marriage came flooding back to me like a wave. Even when we kissed that night I felt the sparks again, no man can ever come close to you in my eyes ever... I love you to Vincenzo everything even you being the mafia king I still love you, you make me feel safe when I'm with you when others try to harm me. You do everything in your power to protect me, Oh really? Funny because I have the same kinda dream but mine involves something else in our future" Saying leaning my head on his watching him smile.

"Tell me about what you dream about Bambina please.. You know you want to" He says kissing my cheek causing me to giggle.

"Me an you got married, everybody that's with us now we all live in one big house together... Two dogs running around and..."Saying bitting my lip watching him as he glars at me for not finishing what I was going to say.

"And what? A baby? Because that's what is in mine, you holding a baby while I snap pictures of you and the baby"He stats before smiling making my heart skip a few beats.

"That's what I was going to say... Have you been in my dreams? If you have stay out of them they are personal thank you very much"Spatting shaking my head causing him to chuckle.

"No I haven't been in your dream,if  I was I would be fucking you everytime Bambina" He whispers in my ear causing me to bite my lip as he hand slowly goes up the side of my shirt.

"Vincenzo behave! But on a serious note my last name isn't my real last name, that's a problem I don't exist. Demios said to make my real father suffer, what if my real father is out there? How in the hell am I going to know?" Asking leaning my head on his head as he sighs heavily.

"You do exist.. Fuck your last name! Fuck your fake father no one trusted him, and from what you said you didn't even trust him an now you know why. Whoever your real father is will have to deal with me being your man all I have to say, but when that time comes we will handle it together" He stats before kiss the top of my head softly while I nod my head.

"And now I truly know why no one trusted him or believed anything out of his mouth at times... You wouldn't give my real father a choice in the matter, well neither would I because like I said I love you and I don't plan on going anywhere as long as you don't. When ever that happens"Stating squeezing his hand as he grins.

"Oh I'm not going anywhere amore, and your right he won't have a choices in the matter because I love you and I'll fight to keep you. In time Bambina in time" He says before pressing his lips on mine causing my heart to flutter like butterfly wings from his sweet words.

He runs his finger slowly down my cheek the gesture is sweet yet so meaningful he pulls me closer to him that I'm practically laying on top of him shaking my head looking at him in total disbelief after I told him to be behave he grins slowly rubbing my lower back sighing laying my head on his chest moving my fingertips on his tattoos tracing the lines slowly he's literally a walking piece of art and he's all mine he slaps my ass hard a small moan to escape my lips making him chuckle in victory shooting him a glare he grins devilishly, wiggling out of his embrace he glares at me as I get up off of him "Aurora" he says slowly getting up of the couch like a predator watching his prays movement closely rolling my eyes shaking my head at him before I knew it he lunges at me "Nope" saying moving away quickly as possible running in the hallway laughing hearing him cuss in Italian.

Turning around slowly seeing him glaring at me sticking my tongue out at him "Real mature" he says shaking his head "And?" sarcastically saying raising my eyebrow folding my arms in front of me he chuckles as he wraps his arms around me leaning his head on mine kissing me all over my face making me giggle uncontrollably even though I should be a little aggravated at him for his statement that he made but he knows how to wash that all away I've noticed he doesn't like it when I'm upset with him he'll do whatever it takes to make me happy again, "Get up" we both hear Layla yell as she walks down the stairs pulling away he looks at me confused waving him off walking into the bathroom to grab her a Tylenol 3 just incase she's got cramps walking back out in the hallway seeing her looking truly miserable holding out my hand showing her the Tylenol 3 she smiles "Thank you" she says taking it from me nodding my head feeling familiar pair arms wrap around me looking back at him seeing him showing off that amazing smile making my heart skip beats.

Arturo, Joy and Guido walk down the stairs looking grumpy as ever which is funny considering I had very little sleep if anybody should be cranky it should be me "Angel" Arturo says as Layla comes around the corner with a glass of water glancing at Vincenzo he shakes his head chuckling pointing at Arturo who's mood instantly changed turning around placing my face on Vincenzo's bare chest so they cant see me holding back from laughing, "You okay?" Joy asks tapping my shoulder moving my face away from his chest "Yeah" saying giving her a smile she raises her eyebrows at me sighing leaning my head back some cursing myself I can never fool any of them it's like they know what I'm feeling at the moment but honestly I feel fine now since me and Vincenzo's talk on the couch the smell of food lingers in the air causing all of our stomachs to growl we haven't eating anything we glance at once another until we start to run towards the kitchen to see everyone laughing at us as we enter the room shrugging my shoulders looking at the amazing food that's laid out for us on the table to enjoy.

"Seem you all slept well.. You all missed out on dinner broke poor Mac's heart over here" My uncle Knoxs says looking over to Guido's dad who's acting hurt.

"Not all of us slept well...." Mumbling before taking a bite of my pancake while my uncle Knoxs looks at me worried.

"So you lied to me when I asked you if you were okay, now retry that again missy" Joy stats before taken a bite of her apple danish causing Vincenzo to squeeze my hand.

"Speak now...or...I'll have soprano lick your face" Layla says causing me to laugh as she picks up soprano.

"I'm fine I promies.. I just didn't sleep well so I went outside for awhile, cleared my head then I come back in and pumped into well him coming back in the house. But after me and Vincenzo I feel fine thanks to what he said which I will not repeat, if you all are wondering if I forgive the ass hole who made me think he was my father all them years... NO" Saying glancing at everyone before taking a big bite of my pancake while my uncle grins.

"About damn time" My uncle Knoxs says before taking a sip of his coffee causing me to toss a apple at him which he catches.

"Soo...What happens when her fake phony piece of shit father finds out that she knows he's not her real father? Then what?" Arturo asks leaning back looking at Vincenzo who's slipping his coffee slowly.

"Don't worry about him!" Leo snaps causing Arturo to look at him sideways.

"Why not? He practically lied to her all of her life ? Then on top of that supposedly he hired the guy that put her in the hospital when she was a kid, so why shouldn't we worry about him again?" Guido asks before take a bite of his danish while Joy nods her head.

"Because like I told them before he's a sheep in wolves clothing he can't be trusted"Layla's uncle Mr.Wilson says while I take a long sip of my coffee.

"It doesn't matter... He's never going to touch her or see her again not after what was said, and like I told her earlier before you all decided you were going to crawl out of bed around almost 12oclock in the afternoon. If her real father shows up after all this he'll have to accept that me and her together, because I'm not going anywhere I love her and she loves me so I'll fight to keep her" Vincenzo stats causing everyone to nod their heads while my uncle smirks at the corner of my eye seeing Ray walking into the house.

"You all eating without me how rude, hand me a Danish Knoxs" Ray says while my uncle Knoxs hands him one as I lean back in my chair.

"Oh shut it Ray you are up at 5:30 in the morning, you had something to eat unlike them" Guido's father Mac says before taking a bite from his Apple causing Ray to flip him off.

Once everybody got done eating we all pitched in an cleaned up the small mess luckily it wasn't too bad glancing over seeing the dogs looking outside walking over "Go" saying opening the door for them watching run in the yard shaking my head turning back around to see Vincenzo an my uncle Knoxs talking shugging my shoulders sighing both Layla an Joy step in front of me smirking raising my eyebrow they both pull on my arm dragging me outside with them, smiling if it wasn't for these two I'd be lost without them sitting down in the chair watching the dogs walking towards us leaning back feeling the fresh crisp air hits my face welcoming us Layla places her phone down as music starts to play while Joy kicks her feet up "Relaxation" she says causing me an Layla to laugh she flips both of us off.

Layal gasps placing her hand over her chest "Rude" Layal says pointing at Joy shaking my head watching my two best friends sticking their tongues out at one another hearing footsteps they stop as we see Arturo and Guido but no Vincenzo which is odd unless he's dealing with 'mafia' work feeling a little uncomfortable sighing getting up out my chair walking towards the same spot I was at earlier leaning on the banister looking at the amazing view that truly breathtaking, closing my eyes hearing birds chirping as the waves crash on the rocks my mind slowly drifts away memories of my childhood start flowing back things I've heard once but never understood now makes sense after all this time sighing shaking my head only thing that's running through my mind now is revenge I have every right to feel that way and what us woman said is true the Mafia is our family now we do feel complete even though I still feel like I'm missing something but I'm not sure what that is just yet one way or another I'll find it.

Opening my eyes hearing the music being turnt off "Really?" mumbling under my breath sighing shaking my head turning around my jaw drops seeing Vincenzo down on one knee holding a boxs placing my hand over my mouth as tears stream down my cheeks "Oh gosh" saying as he smiles looking up at me glancing around noticing everyone smiling especially my uncle Knoxs he nods his head whipping tears away from his eyes, feeling my heart race as I step in front of my he opens the boxs revealing a gorgeous ring my lip begins to quiver as he stands up grabbing my hand he places a soft kiss on it bitting my lip waiting nervously to see what he's going to say.

"My beautiful Aurora, when we were little we played a little innocent game of marriage, but it turnt out to be something much more. We were each other's first kisses and first crushes, when I moved back here to Italy it felt like apart of me was ripped away. Now I feel complete because your by my side,I love everything about you I wouldn't change anything about you..I know we haven't been together that long...But I don't care like I told you earlier Bambina you are my one and only I can't picture my life without you in it. Will you do me the honour of becoming Mrs.Costa? In other words will you marry me?" He asks sliding the ring halfway up my finger as tears of joy slide down my cheeks.

"YES!! I will marry me Vincenzo I love you"Saying as he slides ring the rest of the way up my finger before our lips collide.

"Congratulations!!!" Everyone yells causing me and him to both pull away smiling.

Layla and Joy come rushing over nearly pushing Vincenzo out the way just to see my gorgeous breathtaking ring "Damn" they both say nodding their heads in approval noticing my uncle Knoxs walking over smiling he hugs me tightly closing my eyes as he rocks me back an forth if anything he's been like a dad to me since I was a teenager so this is a big impact on him pulling away he fixs my hair  "Party" he says smirking, laughing watching my uncle Knoxs dance horribly I know he's doing it just to make me smile "Stop!" Mr.Wilson spats shaking his head embarrassed my uncle Knoxs flips him off as he grabs a drink looking over seeing Layla and Joy both laughing holding their phones up shaking my head our lives are never boring that's for sure.

Walking over towards Layla and Joy as they turn the music back on as we sway our hips of the beat "Yes bitch" Layal says swigging her head me and Joy shake out heads giggling until a familiar pair of strong arms pulls me backwards away from Layla and Joy who seem pretty much okay because Arturo and Guido are now with them dancing which is good to see because they both deserve all the happiness in the world, turning around seeing him showing off that amazing smile that always makes my heart flutter butterfly wings placing my hand on his chest he places he hand on my lower back as we start to slow dance not worrying about the chaos that had happened or that will come along we all need a moment of peace just to breath an nothing will ruin this beautiful moment between me an him still can't believe that we're engaged and to think we made them chase us giggling leaning my head on his chest as he slowly rubs my back.

"I love you Vincenzo" Saying before kissing his lips softly causing him to groan a little as I pull away slowly.

"I love you Aurora" He says before pressing his lips on mine pulling me close to him not letting me go which I do not mind.
