CASSIDY RAVEN WAS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DONE WITH THE GODS. They had never really liked the idea of all-powerful beings who controlled the world and they certainly didn't like the idea of having one of those all-powerful beings as their father yet here he was! Being a half-blood had never been easy. It got you killed in painful, nasty ways. It meant going around, waving your weapon, and risking your life for Gods that didn't give two shits about you. And after two wars and hundreds of deaths, threats about ways they could kill you painfully grew rather old.

Unfortunately the fates refused to let them live their life in peace, yet again throwing them in the middle of a great prophecy.

-I love TOA so much but it's so underrated! I think Apollo/Lester's character arc is probably one of the best I've ever read/watched.

-Plus Lester is my favourite Riordanverse MC

-And since I couldn't find any TOA fics I decided to take matters into my own hands.

-Just warning you now, when I say this fic is a slowburn I mean it's a slowburn.

-Not a very experienced romance writer but I'm trying.

-Horrible at subtlety when it comes to romance but again, I'm trying.

-I got the idea for Dionysus kid powers from various Tumblr posts and a few reddit posts as well, I'd credit them but I genuinely can't remember which ones I used.
