Chapter Five: Something He Didn't Have Last Time

The door to our bedroom opened to reveal many people's faces. I knew just about every single one of them. I brought myself to look Remus in the eyes. There was disapointment in them, and it made me want to cry just seeing the look.

"Madison." Tonks said cheerfully. "I thought you were suppose to stay-"

"She was. Madison Lillian Potter, you are in so much trouble young lady." Remus said in a stern voice.

"What is my punishment?" I dully asked him.

"Hmm... You can not spend time with George for a week."

My eyes went huge. "You can't do that!"

"I just did, though." Remus smirked.

I mumbled a very bad curse word under my breath and grabbed my broom.

"I have to come with you now, don't I?" I smirked.

"No. Hmm... Hestia, would you please apparate her back?"

"Of course. Come on, Madison." She smiled.

I didn't smile back. No, instead, I glared at her. I found myself glaring at everybody.

She grabbed my hand and turned on the spot, and a blur of colours formed around me. I felt the abnormal feeling erupt inside me.

I grumbled as I appeared in the kitchen of the hell-whole. Hestia waved goodbye and apparated back.

I slammed my fist on the table. I glowered at everybody in the room and slammed the kitchen door shut as I ran out.

Suddenly, I broke down in tears as I collapsed against a wall on the second floor. My eyes stung and I sniffled and put my head in my hands.

"Maddie?" A soft voice said.

"Georgie?" I replied.

He knelt down and opened up his arms for me to hug. I did the exact thing, and buried my face into his chest. Tears made his shirt wet, and I said, "I don't know what's wrong with me."

"Nothing's wrong with you, love. Your being human."

"But what's wrong with me?"

"Nothing. Nothing's wrong with you."
