Being an elderly, ammomma decided what to do after completely known to adil and sumo. .to be frank, they all pretended that they were not aware of their relationship. .Once it got to be at exhibit mode, ammomma planned a trick. ..

Pushkar too joined them. ..as per the plan, pushkar went to Mumbai to get the family. ..after all, she had promised adil that she won't let him step out of her tharavaadu as a bachelor. ..one thing she was sure that the wedding should be authentically at Southend. ..

Sumo and shravan were at the admiring look at ammomma after they clue to her thoughts. ..they both touched her feet to obtain the blissful wedding in their life. ..

The brother who was  always not less than a superhero stood with glassy eyes in sight of his best brother and bhabhi. ..sumo looked him thankfully. .. he showed his upward thumbs to her with moisty eyes...Whereas adil tugged him tightly. ..

"  bhaiya. ..you are cracking my brittle bones as always. ..I don't know how bhabhi could manage your bone crushing hugs. .."

Naughty pushkie was on his peakest point. ..everyone bursted into laugh with his insane words. ..adil  punched him playfully. ..poor soul sumo could only smile to curtain her redder cheeks. ..

After getting blessings from elders, it was the time for betrothal. ..the corresponding elders at both sides agreed to the wedding of adil and sumo. .they exchanged auspicious things that were  meant to bring the wealth and happiness to the couple. ..

On the ceremony, the couple were given clothes and accessories for wedding. ..

   The auspicious ceremony begun once the bride and bride groom got ready. ..

Adil was waiting to glimpse his princess sumo in the wedding attire. ..He adorned the silk dhoti with a shirt which was a traditional way of clothing for a typical south Indian man. ..He was peeping out to the entrance of courtyard since now and then. ..

" bhaiya. ..so sad. ..couldn't you wait for even a second. ."

He winked at adil. ..nirmala and ramnath suppressed him to stay calm in understanding adil's condition. ..

At long last, there was a palanquin,decorated with fragrant flowers. ..it was curtained partially. ..it was glimpsed to hold a princess ...usually,  the parent and brothers lift the palanquin of the bride to symbolise that she  is her princess. ..here, Joshi and his relatives lifted Sumo's palanquin...

  Slowly, gently. . . the bridal crew reached the wedding mandap. ..everyone awestruck to see the procession. ..it was all under the wrap. ..hence it was a genuine surprise to each one. ..it's needless to say adil's eagerness to see his girl. ..

The curtain was raised. ..sumo yet to get down.

"Suman. ..wait a minute. .." Joshi paused her to stop . sumo looked him with a bit of confusion. ..Joshi looked the crowd and told. ..

" as a brother of today's bride. ..I am not happy with the wedding arrangements. ..I would allow my sister to get down to the mandap if only I satisfied with the arrangements. .."

  
   Sumo was not sure about his idea. .she looked overall view of the decorations. ..it was done quite well with purple lavenders and orchids. ..to be frank, it was indeed a red carpet decoration. ..moreover, the rhythmic mild fragrance included the serenity to the wedding  evening. ..she couldn't find any fault with the arrangements. ..above all, all these might be done by Joshi and his friends. ..then,  how he wouldn't be satisfied with his own arrangements. ..With this it was sure that he was planning something. ..so, sumo opted to stay calm. ..

" what's the problem. ..it's our duty to pacify you. ..how can we help you. .."

Ammomma and sandy came forward from adil's side while the malhothras stood rooted not sure with the happenings. ..

Joshi cleared his throat. ...

" we had brought up our girl like a princess. ..we carry her to
the mandap as we don't want to hurt her feet by walk. ..it would be hurting us to see her walking at the red carpet. .rather, we expected a flower carpet for her to walk. .."

  Joshi said like a courageous lovely brother. ..actually, sumo too didn't expect these kind of melodramas. ..ammomma already had the idea it seems. ..she looked around pathetically. ..

" Oh my boy. ..she is our girl henceforth, we promise you that we would take care of her as you did. ..Please allow her to get into the mandap. Our bride groom is waiting. .."

  Even after hearing to ammomma,  Joshi stood as if he was not done with her words. ..there was a long silence. ..

Adil who was witnessing the whole drama  with a smile,  came down to the palanquin. ..

" yeah. ..Joshi you were right. ..those feet were not less than a delicate flower..so for sure, her feet would get hurt by walk at the carpet. .."

With his words everyone surprised to his act. ..adil leaned to her and scooped her softly in bridal style. ..

" let me carry my princess ..."

With a huge smile he walked towards the mandap. ..exactly this was their plan. ..they cherished the couple with loud applause. ..

Sumo was equal to an empress with the red bridal saree. .the colour red was considered as the perfect one for South Indian wedding. .the saree was silk  threaded with swan and lotus to symbolise the feminity. ..her entire adorned  jewellery had    traditional peacock and lotus design. ..her hair do was pretty long with fragrant jasmine. ..her golden bangles brought a exquisite strains by banging to each other. ..

She was like a ray of hope. ..a bright sunshine, a wild fragrance, a deepened soul for adil. . He was mesmerised as she was the depths of his soul. ..He gazed  her as if he was hypnotised. ..

On the other side, sumo was at the edge. ..she was rarely get to know this kind of situation. ..she was not sure to look up. ..she blushed with no reason as she could sense adil stating at her. ..on the very first look itself, she appreciated his look in wedding attire. ..she wondered how could a simple smile would bring an enormous change in his demeanor. ..He was too handsome where she couldn't resist herself by looking at  him again and again. ..

As the duo appreciate each other in their own way, the wedding rituals began. ..Nanaji did kanyadhan as per the ritual. He gave Sumo's hands to adil. ..

" Beta. ..Hold her hands by your hands now. ..promise me that you will hold her heart forever. ..I wanted you both to be happy always. ..be blessed. .."

It was really a heart touching moment when nanu said his heart felt words. ..adil nodded to accept his promise. ..Sumo's eyes were moist to see her nanu crying out of joy. ..

The priest tied up a sacred thread to adil to hold the evils away. ..same way,  adil tied another one to Sumo's hands. ..they performed pooja and offerings that were considered as auspicious to the ya gna. ..the holy fire. ..

Finally, it was the time for the holy knot. ..the mangalsuthra was sent to all to get blessings...then. .

" mangalyam thanthunane na

Mamageevana kethuna. .."

The priest chanted the Hindu sacred hymn that meant the meaning of wedding. ..With the cheers and applauds adil tied the knot. ..sumo held her breath for a second. ..a lone tear dropped from her eyes. ..adil filled her hairline with sindhoor. ..they rounded the aghni to ensure the wedding  oaths. ..

Their corner of the clothes were tied as a ritual. ..adil held Sumo's hands and by each round they offered their words to each other that. ..they would be with each other in ups and downs. ..they would love each other like today. ..Each other's family was their s too. ..they will adjust to each other. ..

   Sooner, the after wedding rituals began. ..the duo exchanged their garlands thrice. ..at each exchange sumo had to struggle to reach adil's height. ..all around of them would tease sumo to try harder. ..Whereas, they insist adil not to bend for sumo. ..she leaped thrice and anyhow at forth time adil would bend to receive her garland. ..everyone teased him that he had fallen for sumo at immediate. ..

The entire scenario was fun filled and enthralled. ..it was a southern authentic ritual that the couple should play  some typical games to get ease with each other. ..

It was a kind of game where the duo threw colourful balls and rose petals to each other. ...it was so soothing to be there for entire family. ..

Hence, the duo's wedding bells were on. ..Their soulful wait was done. ..the traditional wedding was unique for them to cherish their entire life. ..still they continued to play with each other. ..the elders too included with them. ..they too got back into their childhood. ..they encouraged their duo to enjoy to the fullest core. ..
