"Look around if anyone else is in my cabin before you start discussing any personal issues." Ram said to Zoya as soon as Priya left with Romila.

"That's okay, why do you bother so much? She is just a new employee in the company. What is her name? Yeah, Priya." Zoya sounded disinterested rolling her eyes.

Ram exhales deeply controlling his anger.

"What were you saying about your house?" Ram asked Zoya.

"I need your help to find a new place for me to stay till the construction of my new house is complete." Zoya asks him a favor, taking a seat in front of him.

"Okay that's not a problem. I will arrange something for you, don't worry." Ram smiled at her reassuringly.

"You are my savior as always." Zoya smiled broadly at him.

Romila shows Priya her seat and Priya hovers her eyes around the surroundings. Every block is spacious unlike her previous company and looks Hi-fi. She exchanged glances at a few of the employees and responded to them with a soft smile.

"Thanks Romila, I will check with you if I need anything." Priya told Romila after she adjusts herself in her seat.

"Ok Didi" Romila said. Priya's eyes popped out hearing Didi from Romila.

"Didi? You can call me Priya" Priya said with an awkward smile.

"Arre Didi, I am going to assist you from now onwards. Wherever you go, I will come with you so you are like my sister." Romila said grinning at her.

"Romila this is office, I think it would be professional if we refer each other by our names. Please don't mind me." Priya managed to say softly, trying not to hurt Romila's feelings.

"You are absolutely correct Didi." Romila lost in her thoughts tapping a finger on her chin.

"I will do one thing, I will call you by name only when others are around else I will call you Didi only, Okay?" Romila said with a bright smile.

Priya did not know what to answer but she surely knew one thing that it is going to be very difficult for Priya to manage with this crazy Romila.

"Okay Romila." Priya flashed an uncomfortable smile at her silently cursing Ram under her breath for appointing Romila as her assistant.

"Didi one more thing." Romila said curiously.

"What is that?" Priya asked, less interested but quickly covered with a formal smile.

"If you need any details, you can ask me as I have all details about everything and everyone in this office." Romila winked at Priya.

Priya gasped at her reply trying hard to control her laugh. "Okay Romila."

"One last thing Didi." Romila said again.

"Now what?" Priya raised a brow at her with an amused look.

"We have a meeting in 10 minutes and you will be introduced to the team members in that meeting." Romila said.

"Thank you Romila." Priya thanked her.

After a few minutes, the meeting began and Ram along with Vikram introduced Priya to the remaining employees. Ram has informed that Priya will be assisting him and will be managing a few of the major projects. Everyone along with Zoya are surprised to know that Priya is in a big position. Priya gaped at him and quickly composed her posture thinking to speak to him about this later.

Everyone congratulated Priya and wished her good luck.

Others leave the room as soon as the meeting is finished.

"Priyaa" Ram stopped her when she was about to leave the room.

"Yes sir?" Priya asked her confusingly.

He gets irked hearing Sir from her mouth. She calls him Mr Kapoor already and on top of it, she is now referring to him as "Sir".

"Don't call me Sir; I think I am now happy even if you call me Mr Kapoor rather than Sir." He said shaking his head in disbelief.

She nodded her head simply hiding her chuckle.

"I am still not able to believe that you are here right in front of me in OUR office." Ram smiled broadly at her with an amused expression.

"Your cabin will be ready soon. I have no clue about your joining otherwise I could have got the cabin ready before you joined." Ram said.

"I am comfortable working along with other staff. I don't need a separate cabin." Priya could not help the quiver in her voice.

He could not hold back his chuckle. "But Mrs Priya Ram Kapoor will be working from the cabin right next to her Mr Kapoor's cabin. I would not mind you working from my cabin itself but I know you won't be agreeing to that." He said, making her gasp.

He is giving back-to-back shocks to her, right from appointing Romila as her assistant, announcing her position as a managing head and now a separate cabin, like seriously. She trembles at her own thoughts.

"Nooo Mr Kapoor. I need to know more about the work culture and the projects we are dealing with so it would be better for me to interact with other staff if I sit along with them and understand how things work here." Priya managed to cook up something to escape from the situation.

"Make sense. Let us do one thing; it will take at least a few days for you to get comfortable with the work environment here so until then you can work along with the other employees. By then the cabin will also be ready." He told her.

She thought of denying but chose to remain silent for the time being.

"Tell me one thing, when did you resign from your previous job?" Ram asked her curiously leaning on the table near her chair.

"Last month." She said nervously.

"Oh! If I am not wrong then the last party was your leaving party?" He guessed.

"Yes." She nodded in confirmation.

"And what made you resign that job?" He asked, winking at her.

"Looks like you are much interested to know the reason rather than me working here." Priya retorted back.

"Not at all. Anyways I don't need that answer from you as I already know the reason." He said raising his collar with a winning smile dancing on his lips. Priya rolls her eyes seeing his never-ending antics.

"I think we should leave before the employees start wondering what we are doing here from so long." She said rising up from her seat.

"Like I care." Ram smirks at her.

"I do care so let me leave." Priya said leaving out of the meeting room.

"Ram, don't you think you have appointed Priya straight away in a higher position?" Zoya started shooting her question as soon as entering Ram's cabin.

"Why are you asking like this? Do you have any doubts on my decision?" Ram said popping his head up from his laptop with a serious expression.

"Not like that." Zoya stammered a little trying hard to hide her insecurities.

"Then?" He raised his brow at her.

"Nothing. I hope she will do well in her role." Zoya managed to sound normal.

"Yes, she will. I am sure about it." Ram said clasping his hands together with a confident face.

Zoya has nothing to say but she finds a strange behavior in Ram. She ignored the thought; left the cabin after discussing work with Ram.

Priya speaks to other colleagues for some time and gets to know the names of a few employees.

"Didi" Romila dragged herself near Priya's seat sitting in the rolling chair.

"What happened Romila?" Priya was surprised by her sudden movement.

"Did you see that witch coming out of my Jaanu's cabin?" She said, narrowing her eyes at Zoya who just came out from Ram's cabin.

"Haaww! Romila. Why did you call her with that name?" Priya asked with an open mouth.

"Because that name is apt to her personality. She always tries to steal my Jaanu away from me and doesn't leave a chance to stay with him." Romila said, gritting her teeth angrily.

"Please stop it Romila. This is the office; we shouldn't be discussing all these things here." Priya said, focusing on the files placed in front of her, leaving Romila sulking.

Peon came to inform Priya that Ram sir is calling her to his cabin.

"Didi, give me every single detail about my Jaanu." Romila flashing her silly smile.

"Oh god! I am going to kill Ram for this." Priya cursed her stars and Ram for landing her with Romila. "Okay!" Priya faked a smile before leaving for his cabin.

Priya knocks on the cabin door and enters the room as soon as Ram asks her to come in.

Priya looks around the cabin carefully only to get impressed by his lavish cabin. It has beautiful interior designs, a bookshelf mounted on the side of the wall, an office table is placed at the center of the room, and a cozy couch placed at the other side.

"Did you like the cabin?" Ram asked huskily in her ears, breaking her stance.

"Yes, it is beautiful and quite a spacious one." Priya said, smiling at him.

"It is nothing. Come I will show you something." He holds her hand in excitement and she looks at him confused.

He slides a door, which is almost hidden if not observed closely. She gape at the view in front of her as soon as he let her in a hidden bedroom attached to the cabin.

"This is my personal room; I take a power nap here whenever I feel tired. Now this belongs to us, we can utilize it for doing something-something." He gives an if-you-know-what-i-mean look.

She is stunned hearing him but composed herself quickly. "Forget it." She said shaking her head in negation.

"You don't know me completely. I have better plans in store for us. This will be our romantic hideout." Ram gives her a lopsided grin.

She stood dumbfounded with her mouth wide open absorbing his talk. He giggles seeing her stunned reaction. He closes the gap between her lips lifting her chin up.

He entwined his hand with hers leading her to the couch.

"Leave my hand. What if someone notices us like this?" Priya became worried.

"Relax; nobody can enter the cabin without my permission." Ram said reassuringly. He made her sit on the couch dumping himself beside her.

"You want to have some coffee, juice or something?" Ram asked, sitting comfortably facing her.

"No, I am alright. Thank you." Priya said.

"Now tell me about your conditions. Don't scare me with any weird conditions." Ram said chuckling at his own statement.

"I don't think I am capable of handling a managing head position right now." She said holding his gaze expecting a reply from him.

"I will talk once you finish with your list of conditions." Ram said with a neutral expression.

"I don't need a separate cabin." She tried to read his expression but he did not give any hint.

"Let's not disclose about our marriage like you did last time." She continued.

"Behave as a professional and treat me as your employee only. You are my boss and I am your employee in office not Mr and Mrs Kapoor." She observed his weird expressions.

"I will not do it over time unless it is really very urgent work." Priya remained silent.

"Are you done?" Ram asked casually when she stopped talking.

"Yes, I will let you know if I have anything else later." She said.

"Starting with your first condition, I am very much confident that you are quite capable of pulling off this role brilliantly. Moreover, I do not want you to work like a normal employee, I do have plenty of options for that but I need you to be by my side and handle our industries along with me not just being a mere employee." He said smiling at her. She could not say anything further hearing him out.

"Don't worry, I will help you to manage the things and Vikram is also there to help you." He said understanding her situation.

"Second, I will make sure you get a separate cabin. Leave that to me, till then you can work from the common workplace along with other employees." He continued.

"Third, we have to announce our marriage at one day or other so till then I will not disclose it by myself as per your condition, happy?" He asked, tilting his head towards her. She blinked her eyes and nodded her head in response.

"Fourth, think that your boss is interested in you and flirt with you." Ram said, winking at her. She sighed deeply, shaking her head in disbelief hearing his response. It is a waste of time and energy to argue with him, she thought.

"Fifth, I can't let my beautiful wife work over time but in case if you have to do it your handsome boss will drop you home by himself safe and sound. So don't worry about that." He said with a broad smile.

"You are doing everything as per your choice only. I do not know why I am even trying to convince you with my conditions. I now clearly understand that it is of no use to make you agree to my conditions." She said annoyingly and sulked at his answers.

He laughed out loud seeing her annoyed expression.

"Let's discuss your salary." He said something unexpected to her.

"I did not even think about it." She said casually.

He leaned towards making her jump in surprise.

"How about lots and lots of hugs, kisses and much more." He said in a husky tone.

"Will you ever shut up?" She said composing her irregular breathing. "I am leaving the cabin right now." She stood up from her place.

"What's the hurry baby? Stay some more time." He said standing on his feet.

"No, I need to leave." She said trying to hide her nervousness.

"Okay, take these files with you. It has the key information about the departments we deal with." Ram said, handing over the files, which were placed on his table.

She takes the files with her and moves out of the cabin as quickly as possible.

"I could see few positive changes in you these days and I will make sure you fall in love with me soon my dear wife." He said to himself.

Zoya is passing by and notices Romila is staring towards Ram's cabin.

"What are you doing Romila?" Zoya asked Romila, starling her.

"I am just waiting for Priya to come out of sir's cabin. Actually I need to discuss a few things with her related to work." Romila managed to lie to hide her scrutinizing behavior.

Zoya somehow did not like the way Ram is giving a lot of attention to this new employee but quickly shrugged off her thoughts.

"You should first focus on your work Romila." Zoya said before leaving the place.

Romila makes faces mocking at Zoya behind her.

"Didi, what has happened? Why did it take so long for you to come out of Ram's cabin?" Romila asked not to hold back her curiosity.

"Nothing Romila, we were just discussing work." Priya shrugged her shoulders and focused on the files, which Ram has given to her to go through.

Rest of the day, Priya spends time acknowledging the work pattern they follow in KI, policies and other stuff. Vikram and other staff helped Priya with an overview about the company, clients and projects they are dealing with. Priya is impressed with the details and high profile projects they are handling. She is trying her best to cope up with her nervousness building in her. She has many responsibilities on her shoulders now so does not want to miss out any minute details which she might regret later.
