On the same day,

Ram enters Vikram's place.

Neha opens the door and welcomes Ram by hugging him dearly.

Neha: - Fatty! How are you? It's been few days since we met.

Ram: - Hello Neha, I am good, how are you?

Vikram: - Hey fatso, tell me what's the matter? How come suddenly you are here?

Ram: - Simply. Do I need permission to come here?

Neha: - Not at all. Tell me how are kids and Juhi.

Ram: - They are good. How are your 3 monkeys?

Neha: - Crazy like you said.

They talk for few more minutes on random things. Vikram and Neha can sense some uneasiness in Ram. Neha gestures Vikram to talk to Ram separately and find out.

Vikram: - Common Buddy! It's been long time since we had drinks together.

Ram: - Yeah, lets drink. I badly need few.

Vikram: - Let's go inside this room. Neha will handle kids and we will enjoy our drinks.

Ram: - Okay let's go.

Vikram: - Tell me Bro, what's bothering you?

Ram (bluntly): - Nothing.

Vikram: - Look at me. See your eyes are telling me a different story. Let's have a man to man talk.

Ram: - Shup up yaar Vikram. Don't act like Neha. I wanted to have a drink with you so simply came here.

Vikram: - I don't think so. Something is really fishy.

Ram (irritatedly): - Ok, you don't believe me right let me leave then.

Vikram: - Arere yaar! Leave it.

Ram: - Now stop this here and let's drink. Cheers.

Vikram: - Cheers.

Ram drinks non stop where as Vikram tries to control him.

Vikram: - Ram, please don't be like this. I think you are thinking about Priya.

Ram is already high on drinks.

Ram: - Don't even take her name. I hate her.

Vikram: - Rammm

Ram: - Yes, I hate her very much. How could she do this to me and my kids?

Vikram: - Ram, its high time you move on in your life. You are at same position where Priya left you couple of years back. Think about Ishaan and Ayaan, don't you think they need a normal life? They are kids and you are somehow handling their sensible questions about their mother now. Going forward it would be difficult for you and for them as well. Please understand buddy.

Ram is lost in some deep thoughts and keep quiet.

Vikram: - Ok. I won't force for anything. Now tell me what's up with new company. You seemed to be spending so much time there infact you are not even coming to KI.

Ram: - Haa, as I said before I need to pay some attention to that company and settle few things immediately.

Vikram: - Is that the only thing which keeps you there or something else?

Ram: - Vikramm

Vikram: - Why are you getting angry now? I simply asked don't say anything if you don't want.

Ram keeps quiet and emptied his glass once again.

Vikram holds Ram's hand and says: - Buddy, remember one thing I will be always there for you no matter what. Let me know if anything is bothering you.

Ram: - I know Vikram but let me handle it. I will let you know if I can't handle things anymore.

Vikram: - Hmm okay.

Ram: - Okay, let me leave.

Vikram: - Where are you going now? You can go tomorrow stay here for tonight.

Ram: - No, I have to go and stay with my kids. Don't worry driver is there to drop me home.

Vikram: - Ok take care and give me a call once you reach.

Ram: - Ok bye good night.

Vikram: - Good night.

Neha: - Fatty, stay here for tonight.

Ram: - No Neha. I have to go, kids must be waiting for me. Ram bid them bye.

Neha: - Why does he looks so dull and lost?

Vikram: - Not sure, he is not even telling me anything. Let's give him some space.

Neha: - I want to see old fatty again. He look so lifeless sometimes.

Vikram: - hmm, let's see. We have do something to make him happy again.

At Priya's house,

Priya is missing her twin boys badly but afraid to see them directly and on top of it Ram will not entertain her if he gets to know about it.

Priya received a ping on her mobile from Ram. "I hate you". She close her eyes tightly controlling her emotions.

Next morning,

Priya is getting ready for the office but she is thinking about the incident which happened yesterday.

Ved (from hall):- Priya come quickly we are getting late.

Priya comes out fast and asked "Are you going to office today?"

Ved: - Yes why?

Priya: - I mean you can take leave for few days.

Ved: - Its better I get myself occupied with some work. Let's go quickly.

Priya: - haa coming in a minute.

In the office,

Priya enter the office and greets everyone.

Rishi: - OMG today you are on time but it seems like your time is not in your favour.

Priya did not understand what he meant.

Rishi: - Priya now onwards, you are not going to work on Mittal's project and not a project leader anymore. Preeti will lead this project instead of you.

Priya: - Sorry, what???

Rishi: - I'm not saying this, our boss had decided and if you have any problem then ask our boss.

Priya looks at Preeti who looks steadily at her.

Rishi: - Sir also told you to handover related documents to Preeti.

Priya said nothing and enter her cabin.

Rishi (to Preeti): - Have you seen her face, she is not happy at all.

In the cabin,

Priya kept all her thing on the table. She is upset and angry too after all she has put so much efforts in that project and Ram is simply moving her out of that project without her concern.

There is a knock at the door. Priya immediately wipe her tears and gives permission to come-in.

Preeti: - Priya I want all documents related to Mittal's group.

Priya: - Yeah Preeti...sure

Preeti: - Seems like you are not happy

Priya: - No Preeti, why do you feel like this?

Preeti: - You have to accept Priya, I have more experience and more knowledge than you. Everything looks correct now.

Priya simply smiles.

Preeti: - If you don't mind can you give all the documents quickly. I really need time to prepare project report after studying the documents. I don't want to let down sir's expectation.

"Sure". Priya handover all related files to her "If you have any problem then you are free to ask"

Preeti: - Thank you but no need. I will handle by myself.

Preeti turn to go when Priya stop her

Priya: - Preeti...congratulation and all the best.

Preeti said nothing and left.

Priya enter Ram's cabin after getting permission from him.

Ram: - Yeah tell me. What's the matter?

Priya: - Why are you doing this?

Ram: - What am I doing?

Priya: - Why are you mixing our personal life with our profession? I have put in so much efforts for the Mittal's project and you are snatching away that project from me.

Ram: - I am not bound to answer you but I believe you not suitable to handle this. I don't want to risk this project so I have given this to some suitable person. That's it.

Priya is about to say something Ram cuts her in the middle and leave the office immediately.

Ram enter into Kapoor Industries.

Vikram: - Ram what a pleasant surprise...you are here!!!

Ram looks at him irritatingly

Vikram: - I didn't expect you here as you were looking after the new company only these days.

Ram: - I told you the reason already.

Vikram: - Common you have taken over this company without even informing me.

Ram: - Now I feel I made the wrong deal.

Vikram: - Common! You are Ram Kapoor..."The Ram Kapoor" even if he makes any wrong deal he knows how to make it correct and profitable.

Ram sarcastically smiles...yeah

Vikram (thinks):- Something is there which is really bothering him. I need to find it out.

Ram ignored calls from Priya completely engrossing himself in work.

At Priya's flat:

Ved: - Priya, what's happening?

Priya: - Hmm... what? Nothing.

Ved: - You look disturbed.

Priya: - No, I am fine. Let's have dinner.

Ved: - Ok. Priya, I am just thinking can we go to beach this weekend?

Priya: - Why suddenly?

Ved: - It will be refreshment for us and Riya too. What's say?

Priya: - No Ved, I don't want to go and moreover its rainy time we cannot go there because of high tides.

Ved: - Who is asking you to play in water. Just for a change from our day to day activities and moreover its been a while since we go out anywhere.

Priya: - Ved

Ved: - Please Priya, let's go.

On the other side,

Juhi: - Ram what I am thinking why not we go somewhere. Ayaan and Ishaan will also feel good.

Ram: - Ok you take them with you.

Juhi: - Don't be like that. Kids will be happy if you spend some quality time with them.

Ram: - I can't promise but will try to come.

Juhi: - Ok fine, we have three options movie, amusement park and beach.

Ram: - Big no to park for some time, Movie not interested.

Juhi: - Ok then beach. So it decided that we will go to beach this weekend.

Ram gave no response.

Juhi (sulking):- Ram, what are you doing? I said Beach.

Ram: - Wait a minute Juhi

Ram is doing something in his laptop.

Juhi: - What are you doing?

Ram: - yeah, fine. Will see.
