Present Day,

Ram, Priya, Neha & Vikram were present in the hospital room where Krishna was admitted.

Priya was narrating to them about the things that happened in the past.

Priya was weeping badly while she was explaining the difficult times she had gone through being away from Ram & kids.

"I didn't want to leave but I was forced to. I was kidnapped and kept in a remote place. They put me into trauma as Niharika said she will kill our sons & Ram if I don't obey her words. I was afraid to lose Ram & kids so I had to stay away from all of you. Niharika and Siddhant used to threaten me. On top of it, Ashwin used to harass me a lot. He even tried to..." saying this Priya covered her face and started sobbing.

Ram, Neha & Vikram were utterly shocked.

Ram was devastated hearing from Priya and took a few steps backwards before his back hit the wall.

"If Ashwin would have done anything to me, I would have killed myself." Priya's voice choked.

Ram was so angry and his knuckles turned white when clenched hard.

Neha immediately hugged Priya trying to console her. Tears brimmed in her eyes too. Neha felt so bad for Priya as she had to go through all alone.

Priya composed herself and said, "Later, Niharika told me about Krishna Maa and I was shocked by her condition and what they did to her. I couldn't leave her with those monsters after I understood that Krishna Maa was framed badly. Niharika made sure everybody believed that Krishna Maa was wrong. Even Ram believed it and started hating his mother." Priya looked at Ram sharply.

Priya continued saying, "I knew that Ram would hate me for leaving him & kids but I had no other option."

Ram couldn't look straight into her eyes. He was so upset with himself as he always thought his mother disowned him.

"After that, I got to know I was pregnant and I wanted to share that good news with Ram. I know how much Ram wanted a baby girl but I couldn't do it. When Riya was born, she was the reason for me to be alive but then I failed to keep her safe." Priya cried badly.

Ram couldn't control his tears as he regretted that he lost the trust in his Priya. He felt disgusted about himself as he filled his heart & brain with so much hatred for Priya and his mother. After Priya left him, he somehow got convinced that she left him & kids for some other man.

Ram was ashamed to face Priya. He quickly stepped out of the room followed by Vikram.

"What have I done, Vikram? How could I distrust my wife? Why did I not see this coming from my step-family? Priya had to go through so much due to my step-family. Even after I found Priya, she was trying to stay away from me but I didn't let her. I kept torturing her out of anger and I behaved like an asshole instead of knowing why she left. I feel so little in front of what she has done for me. How can I face Priya?" Ram felt ashamed.

Vikram could see that his friend was in a pretty fragile state.

"This is all my fault. I couldn't keep her safe." Ram was very upset.

"Ram, don't feel guilty. It's not your fault or Priya's." Vikram said.

On the other hand,

"This is my fault. If I didn't come back, Riya wouldn't be missing. She is just a small baby and I couldn't keep her safe. How could they kidnap her? I want my daughter back." Priya was sobbing badly.

"We will find out Riya, don't worry." Neha tried to console her.

Ram to Vikram, "Where is Ishaan & Ayaan?"

"They are safe, don't worry about them." Vikram assured him.

"Find out where Ashwin is. How dare he behave with my wife like that? He needs to be punished and he should realize that he messed with Ram Kapoor." Ram roared.

Vikram nodded and said, "Sure but our first priority is to find Riya." Ram nodded in agreement.

"You go and meet the commissioner and I will file a complaint in the police station." Vikram said to Ram.

Keeping a hand on Ram's shoulder, Vikram said, "Don't worry, everything will be alright."

"I hope so." Ram took a deep sigh.

They came to the room and Ram told Neha to take Priya home while they met the Police.

Moments later, Ram met the commissioner seeking help to find his daughter. Ram informed Police that his step-family had kidnapped his daughter.

Police started tracking phone calls and informed other stations to search for Riya.

Ram & Vikram started to search everywhere for Riya. Ram became restless when they couldn't find her.

He was helpless and waiting for Niharika's call.

Ram & Vikram were back home in the late night while Neha & Priya were desperately waiting for Riya.

"Did you find Riya?" Priya asked anxiously.

Ram shook his head sideways. "Police are also searching for Riya. We will find her soon." He said in a low tone.

"How soon? I can't even imagine what Niharika must have done with Riya." Priya was restless.

"Priya, calm down." Ram tried to calm her down but Priya was not at peace.

"I will go and search for her. I cannot just sit and wait forever." Priya tried to move out.

Ram clutched her wrist and stopped her.

"What are you doing, Priya? We are doing everything possible to find our daughter. You are not well and I cannot risk sending you out. Please understand." Ram pleaded, holding her by shoulders.

"No, I have to see my daughter. She must be hungry and crying for milk by now." Priya got emotional.

Her chest started to hurt as she couldn't feed Riya for a long time now.

Ram felt miserable thinking about Priya & his daughter.

"Let me go." Priya was adamant to go out and search for her daughter.

"Priya, please understand. I cannot take any chances now. I can't put you at risk once again. Give me some time, I will get our daughter home. Trust me." Ram pleaded.

"Please take some rest, Priya. You are not feeling good." Vikram suggested.

"I don't need rest. I have to see my daughter." Priya said, adamantly.

Ram sighed in a helpless state looking at Neha.

"Priya, please try to understand. Ram, Vikram and Police are searching every corner in the city. We will definitely find Riya." Neha said.

Priya was so desperate to see her daughter and she was not in a state to listen to anybody.

"I cannot just sit at home and whine." Priya said before moving towards the door.

"What about Ishaan & Ayaan? Have you cared about them since you came back home?" Neha had to say this to stop Priya.

Priya stopped in her tracks when she heard about her sons.

Before Priya could say anything, her mobile started ringing.

She picked up the call immediately. Ram was alert and moved towards her while Vikram was trying to get some information from the Police.

"Hello!" Priya's voice was low. Ram put her mobile on speaker.

"Hello my dear Priya." Niharika replied.

"Where is my daughter?" Priya asked desperately.

"Sounds like you are very desperately waiting to see your daughter." Niharika smirked.

Priya closed her eyes letting her tears roll down.

Taking a deep breath, "I need my Riya back. Tell me what do you want?" Priya asked.

Ram was controlling his anger but he was letting them talk to track their location.

"Too late, dear! Too late! You can't get her back." Niharika said, dramatically.

"Niharika, don't involve my daughter in this. Tell me what you want to release my daughter. I will do anything you say but dare you harm her." Ram couldn't tolerate it anymore.

"Ram beta!" Niharika mocked. "Is this the way to speak to your mother?" Niharika said sarcastically.

"Step-mother!" Ram stressed more.

"Whatever!" Niharika shrugged her shoulders.

"Where is our daughter?" Ram asked, impatiently.

"Not that easy." Niharika replied.

"Feeling so bad for you guys but can't help it." Sid said.

They hear a loud cry of Riya. Priya's eyes brimmed with tears hearing Riya's voice.

Priya was moved by her cry, "Riyaa...Riya...baby. Please don't cry. Mumma is here." Priya tried to talk to her daughter.

She was searching for her mother here and there. Riya shrieked in fear as she's not used to new people around her.

Ram too had tears in his eyes when he heard Riya's cry. Ram felt so helpless and powerless.

Priya interrupted and said, "Don't do any harm to my daughter. We need her to be safe & sound."

"You are facing consequences for not obeying my conditions. I told you to stay away from Ram but what did you do?" Niharika asked in a stern tone.

Priya gulped a lump down.

"Just shut the fuck up. I will destroy you guys, if anything happens to my daughter." Ram roared.

"Ram, please." Priya tried to stop him.

"I didn't want to come back. I am sorry. I will go back again if you want me to. Please tell me where Riya is?" Priya asked.

"Not interested in this deal anymore." Siddhant intervened.

Priya's breath stuck, thinking about Riya. These people can stoop so low to get what they want.

"Riya has nothing to do with this. She is just a small kid, spare her out of this. Ask me anything you want, I will arrange." Ram said.

"We need to make your life miserable, which we are already doing. That's all." Niharika replied.

"Please don't do this to us." Priya pleaded.

Pausing for a moment, Niharika said, "Well, let me give you a final chance."

Priya looked a bit hopeful. "Tell me." Priya asked.

"You have to come to us, alone." Siddhant said.

"How dare you, Siddhant?" Ram gritted his teeth.

"You have no other choice." Sid laughed.

"Ram, I know you must be tapping our calls and seeking help from the Police. Just remember we have your baby girl with us before you try to be over smart. We don't even think for a second before ending her life." Niharika warned.

Priya was frozen in place. They would definitely kill Riya if she doesn't go as per their words.

"Are you ready for this?" Niharika asked.

"Yes." Priya replied instantly. Her priority was to keep her kid safe rather than her own safety.

"Priya, don't be afraid. They won't do anything like that." Ram tried to convince Priya not to fulfill their demand.

"No, I cannot risk Riya's life. I will go." Priya said while wiping her tears away.

Niharika and Sid looked at each other and smiled in victory.

"Priya, are you crazy? They are just trying to separate us. They are not dared to harm our Riya, it's just their bloody trick." Ram said.

"I don't care." Priya replied.

"I will come wherever you say but nothing should happen to Riya." Priya responded on the phone, strongly.

"Good! A vehicle is waiting for you outside the Kapoor Mansion. Hop on it immediately." Niharika said to Priya.

"Ram, don't follow that vehicle or take help from the Police. If you don't obey, be ready to hold your lifeless daughter in your hands." Niharika warned and disconnected the call before Ram could say anything.

Ram was beyond angry and agitated.

Holding Priya by her shoulder, Ram looked at her and said, "I won't let you go this time."

"Either you let me go or let me die. I cannot survive if anything happens to Riya." Priya made it clear.

Ram was perplexed and stood numb.
