A well-dressed lion got out of his 15' yellow Camero and walked into a big building and walked through the lobby and nodded to the receptionist at the desk who giggles and nods at him.

The big cat went on the elevator and pushed the button waiting for the lift. A pretty jaguar wearing a white blouse and black slacks with a briefcase in paw and stood next to the lion.

''Well, if it isn't the pretty Gia.'' Alex winks.

''And it's Alex the playboy. So which girl did you take home last night?'' She asked.

''A female lionness, but she was gone this morning.'' He replied.

''If a girl leaves you did something wrong.'' Gia replies as the elevator opened.

''Nah, it means she regretted what she did, and for the record she hit on me.'' Alex explained.

''Shows her taste.'' Gia snapped.

''You know you could come over and we could have a night together.'' Alex replied as his hand went to her butt and she used her tail to smack his big paw.

''Yeah, sorry I'm a one man guy besides my uncle would beat you up if he caught you in bed with me.'' She smirks.

''He's not that scary. Come on one evening out with me.'' Alex tried.

''No and asking me over and over isn't getting you anywhere.'' She replied.

''All news reporters do that at least once.'' Alex said as they went to their certain cubical.

A female lioness was walking to the office area where Gia and her team were working on a project.

''Morning ladies.'' Angelina replied.

''Morning.'' The girls all called out.

A hot looking panther named Carla looked up.

''What do you got for us Angelina?'' Asked Carla.

''Well, I got a new assignment for Gia.'' Angelina replied.

''For me?'' Asked Gia surprised.

''Yes, Gia follow me to my office.'' Angelina smiles and they walk into the office.

Gia took a seat as her boss sat down. 

''So, there is a project where you are going to a dance club and studying to figure out what makes the dance night clubs so popular.'' Angelina replied.

''I'm happy to do it but why me?" Asked Gia.

''See, you've been here for 5 months and your work on reporting stuff is really good, I want to see you do something big that will get attention, and you will be having a partner you're working with.'' Angelina replied as she hung up the phone.

''Oh, and who is that?'' Asked Gia.

''Here he is now.'' Angelina replied.

The jaguar turned and was shocked when she saw it was Alex.

''Gia, have you met Alex?'' Asked Angelina.

''Yes.'' She replied.

''He will be working with you. You two have this weekend to work on it and results will be on my desk on Monday.'' Angelina replied sitting back.

''Um is there someone else I can work with?'' She asked.

''He's the best cat for the job. He has the experience and time, why something going on between you two?'' Asked Angelina with a grin.

''No.''

''Yes.'' Alex replied.

She looked at them.

''He wishes there was.'' Gia replied.

Angelina giggles. ''All the more reason to work together.''

Alex nodded. ''Thanks Angelina.''

''No worries I owe your brother.'' She shook her head.

Alex and Gia walked out.

''So, looks like we will be going out on a date.'' Alex smiles.

''No, it's not a date just two animals going to report.'' She replied.

''Fair enough. I'll pick you up after work.'' He winks and takes her paw and kisses it as he left.

Gia sighs it was going to be a long night.

That evening Gia was dressed in a black sparkly strapless dress, and she heard a knock on the apartment door, and she opened it to see Alex in a suit jacket and he looks at her with a smile.

''You look hot, well, shall we?'' He asked.

Gia nodded and followed him as he went to the passenger side and opened the door for her as she got into his Camero, and he got in himself as he took off.

''So, there are a couple of hot spots for clubbing that we can go to.'' Alex replied.

She looks at him. ''Figures you'd have it all out.'' 

''Hey, look I'm not that bad of lion, I just like enjoying life and you'll see tonight.'' He smiles as he pulled to the first club.

Gia grabbed her purse that had her notes in it, and they walked in and Alex took her paw as they saw animals dancing all over.

''Let's go dance.'' He replied as he pulls her to the dance floor, and they dance. 

Gia was impressed by his dancing, and she spins and dances around Alex as the song ends, they go to get a couple of drinks and they saw a group of four talking as they go over.

''Hey there.'' Alex called.

They looked and smiled.

''I'm Alex and this is my girlfriend, Gia.'' Alex introduced.

''I'm Martin and this is Amy.'' The tiger replied.

''So, what brings you out here?'' Asked Gia with her arm around Alex.

''Well, we usually come out clubbing on Fridays.'' Amy replied.

''Why? Doesn't it get boring?'' Asked Gia.

''Not really, see me and Amy are friends with benefits and so we can go clubbing and find new couples to hang out with or just sleep around.'' Martin winks.

Alex grins and smiles. ''Sounds like fun.''

The couple left and Gia went to get a couple drinks as the couple drinks.

''That is interesting.'' Gia replied.

Her and Alex went to a couple more clubs and finally it was 3 in the morning and Gia yawned as they got in the car and sat there.

''What a night.'' Alex replied.

''Yeah, it was.'' Gia giggles.

She had a bit too much to drink.

''Well, time to go home.'' Alex replied.

''Yeah.'' Gia giggles.

He took her to her place, and she smiles. ''This was fun, and it was nice hanging out with you.''

''Yeah, it was.'' Alex replied and got out to open the door for her as Gia stumbled and Alex caught her and lifts her bridal style in his arms and took her to her door as she unlocks it, and they walk in.

Alex let her go and she turns around and smiles at Alex. ''Want to stay the night?''

''Um sure if that's ok with you.'' He asked shutting the door.

Gia giggles and moves towards him and kisses him on the lips. Alex surprised kissed back giving he was a bit tipsy and wrapped his paws around her.

''Take me to the bedroom. This will be our one-night stand.'' She whispers.

He lifts her up taking her to bedroom for a night of fun.
