"So why did Julian called us again?" Alex asked Marty who shrugged at him puzzled. Today was Valentines Day and the four friends were waiting outside at the penguins' so called secret base which was a tent with tech. Their lemur friend had called them over for something.

"Hello giant freaks!" Julian called out to them as he came out of the tent with Maurice and Mort pulling out a large perfume bottle that the four friends instantly recognized.

"Oh no not again" Gloria said annoyed. It was another love potion bottle that was pink with hearts all over it and it said number 11. Julian stood proudly next to it.

"As you know today is the day of giving love and attention. And I, King Julian, have made a new and more alluring love potion number 11!" Julian announced proudly but everyone else all groaned together annoyed. Far away, Gia was walking nearby when she heard them all groan and she turned her attention to them curious.

"Julian this isn't gonna work" Alex told him annoyed. "What's not going to work?" Gia's voice came up and it startled the lion as he turned around surprised. "Gia! Hey hey hi" Alex told her nervously, smiling awkardly. Julian saw this and a devious smile came up on his face.

"Oh Alex!" Julian called out as he had Maurice hoist him up with a fishing rod with the rope attached around him. The lemur held the potion out to the lion. "Maybe you could use this to make the beautiful freak with spots fall in love with you" he offered the lion.

Alex blushed red embarrassed especially with Gia here. The jaguar looked at the lion surprised and back at the potion. His friends saw him in trouble and quickly stepped in "No way Julian. That potion is trouble" Marty told him sternly, already learning the results from using it.

"Does this love potion even work?" She asked more curious as the lemur swung in front of her, holding the potion "Would you like to try? And maybe you could Alex to find you irresistible" he offered her as she looked at him annoyed too. Alex glared at him, getting irriated by the lemur's attempts.

"Na uh not this year Julian" Alex said, getting between them and pushing the lemur away from the jaguar. "Last time I used it, I stinked worse than a skunk" he reminded him and Gia got surprised to hear that.

"So you did use the potion. But if it was bad, why did you use it?" She asked him suspicious, crossing her arms and Alex looked at her and he got worried. He really didn't want to share the story with her especially because of how embarrassing he found it.

"Well um..." he said awkardly, rubbing the back of his mane nervously. "Ok so um remember the story I told you when we were in Africa?" He asked her and she nodded to him.

"Well while we were there, it was Valentine's day and Julian found a perfume that was suppose to make you so irresistible that anyone would fall for you" he started telling her as his friends made sure to keep the lemur away from the two cats.

"And you use it to get a girl to like you?" She asked him, sounding a little upset at him that he tried to do that. Alex looked away shamefully but he had to tell the whole story.

"Well see I didn't buy it at first. But then Marty tried and it worked. Every girl in the savanna went head over hooves for him" he told her as the jaguar looked at him unimpressed. "Right" she said unamused, thinking he was exagrating.

"He's not kidding! I was going only for one girl but it worked way too well!" Marty called out to back up his friend. Gia looked at Alex surprised as he smiled sheepishly.

"Anyway, I got jealous and Julian made his own potion and I took it. But when I tried it, I stinked. It took me three baths to get the stench off" he told her.

"Alex! Watch out for Julian!" Marty yelled out as the lemur swung from the fish pole and he aimed the perfume at the two cats. "Time to be irresistible!" He yelled out while in the air.

But the wire snapped and just as the lemur pressed the button "Gia backflip!" He yelled to her and the two cats backflipped away from the pink mist as the lemur fell in it. Everyone looked as the pink mist faded and Julian sat there rubbing his head but everyone got shocked at what they saw...Julian was pink!

His entire fur had turne pink. "Ooh my head" he moaned in pain but them he noticed his hand was pink and then started looking all over his body "Ah! My shimmering silver fur! It's pink!" Julian cried out alarmed as he ran back into the lab tent to ask the penguins for help.

"Like I said. That potion is trouble" Marty reminded them as Alex then turned to Gia "Anyway Gia. After what happen last year, I'm not using any love potion" he told her firmly but he got surprised when the jaguar brought her paw up to his face and she smiled at him.

"You don't need a love potion to make me fall for you" she told him as she walked past him and Alex stared at her surprised. He started to wonder if she felt the same for him. He smiled happy that there was hope for him.
