They say knowledge is power, but knowing too much can be dangerous. For Lizette Reyes, this becomes all too real when her escape into the comfort of watching TV turns into a doorway to a whole new reality. As a twenty-three-year-old college student juggling her studies and working long hours as a server to pay for tuition, Lizette hadn't watched Supernatural in years. She used to be obsessed with the show in high school, but life's responsibilities pulled her away from her beloved series. One moment she was drifting off to the familiar sounds of Dean and Sam's adventures; the next, she woke up in a desolate field with a cross at its center—a place she recognized from the series. Convinced she was dreaming, Lizette pinched herself. Nope, still there.

Stumbling through this eerie reality, she soon encounters Dean Winchester, freshly resurrected, very real, and as bewildered as she was by her presence. Armed with an uncanny knowledge of the Winchesters' lives, Lizette convinces a skeptical Dean to trust her. They set off to reunite with Sam, navigating a world where her fragmented memories of past seasons become their roadmap.

As Lizette travels with the Winchesters, she experiences moments of déjà vu and altered reality, seeing flashes of potential futures, each one varying based on different choices and outcomes. Her relationship with the brothers grows, and they come to rely on her mysterious insights. Lizette warns them about the dangers they face—dangers she slightly remembered from the show, but without concrete details, her warnings are often met with skepticism.
