THIS IS MY REWRITE. I wasn't proud of how it was going before, so I'm going to change up a few things and extend their time in the asylum. Make it a much slower burn since before it just felt like a little sizzle, and well I just plan to make it better overall.

As for the storyline; yes the Joker and Harley Quinn were my muse, hence why it's in a mental institution and you'll be his psychiatrist. BUT I will not be making it like their story. The events that take place and the way I'll have their relationship go, is entirely my own creation.

-Torture
-Vomit
-Sexual Assault; not between the main characters
