After being inspired by the games, Fran Bow, Cuphead, and a few other horror stories that involve child friendly shows or stories, I thought I would become inspired to create what Mac, Ruby and their genderbends would look like and act like if they were in a horror story that involved both boy and Girl Scouts.

First we have Ruby and her genderbend, Ruben, in this AU, both Ruby and Ruben would start their first day as being part of the Flower Scouts, as they desire to make people smile by helping them and learn valuable lessons along the way.

By the time they enter the Flower Scouts, they already become some of the most popular scouts in the troop, Sasha or Sean, both snobby scouts who long for attention, didn't like the attention that Ruby or Ruben has been getting, so when they heard of an old legend regarding a secret door found inside the woods, which leads to an alternate world, they thought they would take the perfect opportunity to send both of them there to get lost, so that Sasha or Sean could continue to be popular.

So Sasha or Sean gave Ruben or Ruby a fake list of addresses for where they have to sell cookies or popcorn to their clients, once they arrive, they at first thought that selling cookies or popcorn could be just a walk in the park, but once they see their clients, they started to second guess their choices.

And last, we have Mac and his Genderbend, Mal, and what they would look or act like if they were a part of a scout horror AU, in this AU, Mac or Mal would be a part of the wood scouts, a military/boot camp styled troop where they sell cookies or popcorn, and do rigorous military styled training, which may have caused recruit levels to decrease.

Mac or Mal, would be known as one of the more controlled troopers that don't display that much emotion due to an experience that happened in their lives. One of the oldest recruits, Edward Pikeman or Eleanor Pikeman, noticed Mac or Mal's expertise in woodland or military survival and honestly felt a little impressed but jealous at the same time.

So Edward or Eleanor challenged both Mac or Eleanor to go to a part of the forest, over the secret door to test their skills, while also sell popcorn or cookies, to which Mac or Mal agreed, so they both set off to test their skills in the land beyond the secret door, while also selling cookies or popcorn to some people they meet along the way.

At an unknown period of time, Mac and Mal would find Ruby or Ruben in danger because of a mysterious entity wanting to eat them, so with their experience in self defense, Mac or Mal would grab a baseball bat and bash the entity in the head, after Mac or Mall saved Ruben or Ruby, they humbly thanked them for their rescue and continued to go and sell cookies or popcorn.

During the way, Mac or Mal would start to feel strange feelings around Ruben or Ruby, becoming a more self controlled and peaceful version of a yandere, who would only harm or kill others who try to hurt Ruben or Ruby, and while they loved them, Mac or Mal wouldn't go as far as to invade their personal space or steal a part of their hair or anything that they had, instead, they vowed to protect Ruben or Ruby from the dangers of the haunted forest, and would not hesitate to kill, threaten or harm someone that even lays a hand on the one they love.
