This one shot will be about the gender bent version of Mac X Ruby, in this one shot, Mal (Mac's Gender Bent) meets the gender bent version of Ruby (who is named Ruben), at her ex-brother in law, Sean's (Sasha's gender bend) wedding/ birthday party on a yacht that he paid for the wedding to be on. All the characters are gonna be genderbent versions of themselves and this one shot is based on the episode from Inside Job: My Big Flat Earth Wedding

Mal's P.O.V:

Hello, my name is Mal, I am twenty five year old woman who currently works as a barista at a coffee shop, I initially planned to take the week off from work and spend a vacation at the Bahamas, but where do I end up? I, along with some of friends, get hired into planning my ex-brother in law, Sean's birthday party on the day before I'm supposed to get on my flight to the Bahamas.

You're all wondering, why am I sounding upset? And no, it's not about the party being on the day before my flight to the Bahamas, it's the fact that Sean is choosing to turn his birthday into a wedding to marry himself, in order to get the attention of my sister, Terra, and believe me, you do not want to see them argue because one of their arguments caused a massive food fight that caused people with allergies to be sent to the hospital, makes me wonder why Terra and Sean even got married in the first place if all they do is care about themselves and fight.

Right now, I was arriving at the yacht that Sean that his parents paid to have at his wedding/ birthday party, with me carrying the cake for the wedding/birthday party and the suit that Sean ordered from the bridal shop, I was also on the phone calling a few of the other people who were hired to helping with the event, my friends, Wilt, Elana, Coco, Frank, Goo and Bloo helping out with decorations too.

"You fail me again, and I find out where your family lives!" I said to the person on the phone while putting the cake and suit on one of the tables. "Florists, am I right? Thank god my ex brother-in-law's wedding is tonight, I'm so sick of planning this thing."

"Aw, I love weddings." Wilt said as she smiled. "They're a celebration between two souls who loved each other so much, that they decided to settle down and be together."

"Coco coco coco?" Coco asked as he was confused, normally most people can't understand him because he only says his name, but me, along with some of my friends are the only one that could understand him.

"That's the thing, Coco, my ex-brother in law is using his birthday as a wedding to get married to himself." I explained while crossing my arms.

"Oh, wait, if he's marrying himself, does that mean he's still single?" Bloo asked while being curious, Bloo happens to have a one sided crush on Sean, despite him not wanting to return her feelings.

"Sean marrying himself is just another dramatic stunt to aggravate my sister." I explained. "So I've been trying to cover up the wedding/birthday party, if Terra finds out about it, it'll be total chaos!"

"Well I'm more excited that we get to go on a cruise under the stars." Bloo said as she smirked. "It'll be like we're cruising with all the other billionaires who got invited to the wedding."

"For the wedding, I volunteered to be part of the groomsmen, I asked some of my friends if they're also interested in volunteering, and they said yes." Goo said with a smile. "This'll be the first time I've ever been a groomsman."

"Um, pregunta, why do I have to be the security guard again?" Elana asked while feeling confused.

"Because you're the only one who looks scary enough to chase away any uninvited guests that may come here." Bloo explained.

"See, Mal? We got the decorations, the cake, the outfits, the rings, everything for the wedding, so stop worrying about your sister and ex-brother in law and have some fun." Frank said while smiling, I was immediately against that.

"Fun!? You have no idea what Terra and Sean are capable of! One of their arguments or dramatic stunts, caused a food fight to happen at a local shopping mall, and ended having millions of people with food allergies being sent to the hospital!!" I said aggravated but then took some breaths to calm down. "I just need to get through this wedding/birthday party, and as soon as we re-dock, I'm on the next flight to the Bahamas, old Mal here is gonna lay on a beach and enjoy the nice warm sun."

"Wow, that sounds like a lot of fun." Wilt said as she smiled.

"Alright everyone, anchors will be up at three p.m people, be sure to dress your best and be here on time." I said as I then became a little aggravated. "Everything needs to be perfect!"

"Easy, girl, maybe a little massage will help you." Bloo said as she got up on one of the tables to reach my height and give my shoulders a massage.

"Thanks, but I don't need it." I said as I walked away and left the yacht.

When I made it back to my house, I was able to grab some fancy clothes for me to wear to the wedding, but before I could leave, I noticed that my older sister, Terra, was in my living room, using my lab top to host a video chat, she was talking to a couple of other people who looked to have been those who strongly believe in the flat earth theory.

"I saw your protest on the news yesterday, you really showed those dorks on whose boss." Terra said with confidence.

"After years of being ridiculed for our beliefs, it's so nice to see someone else by our side who believes us." One of the flat-earthers said with a smile.

"Terra? What are you doing here? And why are you using my computer to host a video chat with a couple of flat-earthers?" I asked while walking towards Terra.

"Oh Mal, you made it just in time, I'd like for you to meet the chief of the Flat Earth Society, Doris Issac." Terra said as she introduced a woman in her late thirties who had frizzy brown hair.

"Hello." The woman, known as Dorris said as the other flat-earthers said hi to me.

"Why are you in a chat room with a couple of flat-earthers while using my computer?" I asked Terra.

Terra then muted the computer and took me away from the computer so that she could talk to me in private. "I'm pretending to be a part of their group, so that I could mess with them and make them look like complete idiots." Terra said with a smirk. "It'll be like playing these losers like a violin."

"Well, that sounds like a good distraction to do for the next few hours." I said while smirking a bit, being a bit thankful that Terra is gonna be distracted during the whole wedding, I then looked at my watch. "Oh, look at the time, I gotta go to an important event with some of my friends, why don't you make yourself cozy and have fun chatting with the flat-earthers? Bye!"

As soon as I left the house, my sister got back to chatting with the flat-earthers, instantly, I took a sigh of relief that everything was already starting to go smooth, I then noticing my phone vibrating and saw that Goo was calling me, I then answered the phone.

"Hey Mal, so is everything good?" Goo asked.

"Yup, my sister is distracted, and the wedding invitation is torn." I said while tearing up an invitation that was meant for Terra and threw it in a trash can. "Things are going far more easy than I thought they were."

"Sweet, me and the other groomsmen are almost at the yacht." Goo said. "See you later."

Soon after Goo hung up, I put away my phone and sighed while smiling. "Finally, I'll have a whole night without any conflicts, and everything will be smooth sailing." I said to myself while smirking.

As soon as I made it to the yacht, all the guests have arrived to attend the wedding/birthday party, surprisingly, I was wearing a simple dark blue dress and black heels, the yacht was packed, I didn't think people would be that interested in going to a wedding where the groom is using his birthday as a way of marrying himself, that may be because they're just as narcissistic as Sean is.

As soon as two ice sculptures were dropped near the buffet table, the main man himself came to all the guests while tossing his tangerine hair and wearing the suit I got him for the wedding.

"Welcome everyone, me and I thank you all so much for coming." Sean said to the guests while making the same annoying smirk I would see on his face.

Right now, I was walking with Sean. "Alright Sean, I'm gonna need you upstairs in twenty minutes." I said while going through a clipboard of objectives for the wedding.

"Malarie, must you wear that ridiculous headset?" Sean asked as he put a nearby flower crown on my head. "The energy of the day is happiness, not fast food drive thru."

"First, I keep telling you not to call me that." I said to Sean. "And second, I'm basically at work right now, I need to stay on point."

"Oh will you cut down of being a buzz kill and just live a little?" Sean asked while smirking. "I'm not just doing this for me."

"You're not just marrying yourself for yourself?" I asked while feeling confused.

"I'm doing it for you too, Malarie, to show how good it feels when you serve yourself." Sean said as he then gave me a tray of food and a light pink dress. "Anyways, serve our guests, and while you're at it, change out of that dress, dark blue does not suit you."

As soon as Sean walked away to talk to the other guests, I instantly started to hate every second of being here, first he's trying wasting a ton of money by marrying himself on his birthday, and now he's forcing me to wear a dress that is in one of my least favorite colors.

A few minutes later, I was forced to wear the dress that Sean gave me and have finished serving food to some of the guests, I then noticed Goo as he went over to me.

"Mal, there you are." Goo said as he smiled and walked to me, but then noticed his I looked. "Oh, you don't look all that good."

"Yeah, no kidding!" I said while feeling annoyed. "Sean forced me to put on this stupid dress, I look like a whiny princess!"

"Ooh, that's cold." Goo said as he frowned. "But, maybe meeting some of the groomsmen could cheer you up, would you like that?"

I then took a sigh and calmed down. "Yeah, I guess so." I said as I went with Goo to meet the groomsmen.

First, we were taken to see a familiar boy with blue hair, dark skin and had two different colored eyes. "So Mal, you remember Erin, right?" Goo asked as she took me to see the familiar blue haired man.

"Mal, oh my gosh, I haven't seen you since high school." Erin said as he smiled, he, along with her friend Tobii, used to be part of a popular clique that Sean hosted in high school, of all of them, Erin and Tobii seemed to be the nicer ones of the clique.

"Me too, you look great today." I said while giving a small smile. "How have you been doing?"

"Oh I've been doing fabulous." Erin explained. "After high school, I found I had a love for computers, and have now been working as an accountant for a high paying company."

"Oh, that sounds cool." I said while smiling.

Next, Goo took me to see Tobii, he still had his blonde hair tied into a bun, but instead of him wearing an eyepatch, he was now wearing a fake eyeball that was the same color as his good eye.

"Hey Tobii, good to see you again." I said while saying hi to Tobii. "I uh, see you don't have an eyepatch."

"Yup, thanks to a good friend of mine, I was able to replaced my eye with a fake one, and now I finally have two eyes." Tobii said as he smiled but then frowned. "It's a shame that I still can't get the attention of Nel."

"Aw, it's okay, I'm sure she'll come around eventually." I said while comforting Tobii, after that, I started walking with Goo. "I have to say Goo, Tobii and Erin have changed a lot since high school."

"And if you think that's good, you absolutely have to see Ruben." Goo said while smirking.

"Ruben? Who's Ruben?" I asked while feeling unfamiliar with the name.

"He's a new friend that I met near the park, after becoming interested in a painting I was working on." Goo explained as we made it to the buffet table. "Oh, there he is."

When Goo took me to where this Ruben person was, I was completely off guard after I saw him, Ruben had magnificently combed red hair, pale skin, had doll like features such as dollish like eyes, had freckles, wore a white shirt with a black tie, a dark gray vest and black pants.

I wasn't a person to judge someone by their appearance or fall for someone at first sight, but Ruben was stupidly hot, he looked like he was a sweet and gentle fairy tale Prince from fairy tales.

"Hey Ruben, come here." Goo said as he called out to Ruben and that's when he walked over to us. "This is Mal, one of my old friends since childhood."

"It's very nice to meet you, Mal." Ruben said to me while smiling. "And I love your flower crown, it's so pretty."

I instantly became nervous and swallowed a lump that was in my throat. "Oh, uh, thank you, Ruben." I said nervously. "I really like your suit too, it's cool."

I was now completely conflicted, Sean forced me to wear a dress in my least favorite color and made me and my friends plan a wedding on his birthday to marry himself. I should be hating every second of this wedding/birthday party, but Ruben is starting to make me feel grateful I came to this event to see him.

"You feeling alright?" I heard Ruben asked as I came back to my senses. "Your face is red and your sweating a little?"

I then noticed that some sweat was coming from my forehead and became nervous. "Uh, yeah, I think I'm just a little sea sick, that's all." I said while trying to lie to him.

"Anyways, I'm gonna go with the other groomsmen, it was nice meeting you both." Ruben said with a bow as he then left to talk to Erin and Tobii.

I then covered my face with my hands and turned to Goo. "How come you never told me he was gonna be that handsome?" I asked quietly.

"Who? Ruben?" Goo asked as she then smirked. "Wait a minute, do you have a thing for Ruben?"

"No, I think I'm just a little sea sick, and that It feels kind of hot." I said while lying, and trying to hide the obvious red on my face. "Gotta go!"

I then rushed away from the crowd and hid behind a pillar that was in the yacht, trying to calm myself down from feeling nervous, and try to remain as usual for the wedding.

Once the yacht drifted more off to sea, it was almost time for the wedding to begin, first it started with Ruben playing a beautiful violin solo, which melted my heart from how beautiful the violin sounded.

Soon after he was done, everyone in the audience cheered for Ruben, even I started cheering. "Thank you for that beautiful solo, Ruben." Frank said to Ruben as he then put the violin away and stood close to the other groomsmen, Frankie was hired to be the officiant of the wedding. "Everyone, the ceremony is about to begin."

Romantic music began to play as everyone turned to see Sean, tossing a lock of his tangerine colored hair as he walked down the aisle with pride, while getting compliments from some of the guests about how nice he looked in his suit.

When he made it to the alter, Goo gave Sean a full length mirror, in which he starred lovingly at his reflection, making me gag a bit, I turned to see that Tobii also gaged a bit.

"Friends and family, we have gathered here today, to celebrate the union of Sean and himself, here on this special day, that is his birthday." Frank said as he read his lines from a book that Sean gave him.

"I object!!!" A voice shouted as everyone then turned to see who it was.

I was hoping things would go smoothly, but I was wrong, standing at the end of the aisle was Terra, as she looked furious. "Drop the rings and keep your lips to where I could see them!" Terra shouted in anger.

"Oh no..." I said to myself as the moment I tried to keep away was here.

What surprised me that coming onto the boat was Doris and some of the other members of the flat earth society that Terra was on a call at, and they all looked confused.

"Oh god! You brought the flat-earthers?" I asked in annoyance to Terra.

"Uh, Terra, why are we on a wedding cruise?" Doris asked while feeling confused.

"Where's the bride!?" Terra asked as she became aggressive. "She's gonna get a knuckle sandwich from me!"

"Ha! There is no bride, Terra!" Sean said proudly as he walked over to Terra. "I'm marrying myself on my birthday, to make a statement about empowerment."

"What the? You just did this to get my attention, didn't you!?" Terra asked in anger. "Dang it, that's so stupid it's clever at the same time!"

"You narcissist! Coming to my wedding to myself on my birthday, and making it about you!" Sean said in anger.

I knew I had to stop this before things were to get ugly. "I don't have time for this." I said to myself as I then walked over to Terra. "Terra, you're gonna have to leave."

"Does this mean we're not going to the edge of the Earth?" Doris asked as the other flat-earthers became dismayed.

"But I wore my best Fanny pack." One of the flat-earthers said as he showed his Fanny pack.

"Okay, there may have been a bit of misunderstanding." I tried to explain to them. "My sister doesn't think that the Earth is flat, she was just using you to sneak onto our boat."

"What!? You lied to us!?" Doris asked as she was shocked. "But we were so close, like the North Pole, and the South Pole."

"Oh come on, only a complete idiot such as yourselves would fall for something as stupid as the Flat Earth Theory." Terra said with annoyance.

Doris and the flat-earthers gasped in horror. "How dare you!? You sphere mongers has talked down on us flat-earthers for years!" Doris said as she then got out a switchblade from her Fanny pack. "Well no more!"

At that instant, the other flat-earthers got out a wide variety of weapons, which made the other guests shocked  and horrified. "What the? They brought weapons!?!" Terra asked in shock.

"They are adults who still use chat rooms! Of course they would have weapons!!" I said in anger at Terra, while going close to my breaking point, I did not want any of this to happen today of all days. "This is exactly why I tried to keep this a secret from you! To avoid situations like this one!"

Elana then came to see the flat-earthers. "Oh relax, I'm sure your big furry security guard will handle it." Terra said with pride.

But we were proven wrong when Elana tried to make herself look tough, but got completely scared when Doris pointed her blade at Elana, causing her to scream in terror and run away.

"Oh, Elana..." I said as I hit my head with my hand.

"Nobody make a move, until someone tells me where the edge of the earth is!" Doris said in anger.

"Hey Doris, what do you think we should do with these four?" A flat earther asked as she pointed at the groomsmen. "Cause, I know my heart belongs to the flat earth theory, but these four are kind of hot."

"Hmm, spare them, they'll be a fine addition to our society." Doris said as she walked over to the groomsmen, mostly to Ruben. "Especially the red one."

The way Doris looked at him flirtatiously, while Ruben looked to have been confused and nervous, was enough to make me boil, sure I barely even knew him, but at this point, I think I've lost all my morality and have snapped.

So I grabbed Doris's arm, and with all my strength, thanks to a few lessons on self defense from Coco and Frank, I threw Doris, causing Doris to land on the mirror that Sean was gonna marry and break the mirror.

"Doris!!" One of the flat-earthers said as they all stared in shock of what I did.

"Ow...what were you raised by? Ninjas?" Doris asked in total shock.

"And there's more where that came from!" I said as I became aggressive. "If you don't leave now or leave Ruben alone, I will be sure to make you and friends as flats as your theories!!!"

This caused Doris and the other flat-earthers to run away, I honestly don't know how they became so scared after I just threw their leader to the group, but I was thankful that they left, so that there wouldn't be any further problems and I wouldn't have to miss my flight.

Sean then ran over to the now destroyed mirror. "My love! How could you do this to me Mal!?" Sean said in anger. "After all I put you through, this is the payback I get!? To see you kill my one true love!?!"

"Yeah, not even I would do that!" Terra said as she crossed her arms. "I mean, sure I would've thought of it, but I wouldn't do it! So at least don't be such a jerk and not ruin anything for us!"

"DonKt be such a jerk!? Earth to you, Terra, but may I remind you that the two jerks are you!?!" I said in complete anger as I snapped. "Your lucky that your little stunt didn't cause me to miss my flight to the Bahamas, or have gotten anyone else to get hurt!"

"Sheesh, Mal, your negative energy is really ruining the good vibes of my wedding." Sean said blankly, to which I took it personally.

"And you're not any better! You chose to force me to wear a dress in a color I didn't like, wasted millions of dollars on a wedding that's only to yourself, and you're so self centered, that you always have to make everything about you! You! You!!" I shouted right into Sean's face.

"Ugh, your sister is so over dramatic." Sean said as he rolled his eyes over to Terra.

"Yeah, dude seriously needs  anger management." Terra said, she then widened her eyes. "Wait, did we just agree on something?"

Sean then widened his eyes. "I think we did." Sean said in shock. "So what now? If we have something in common, what's there to do?"

"Well, we have a groom, and there's still plenty of people." Terra said as she smirked. "Sean, will you remarry me?"

Sean then became so happy. "Oh, of course I will!!" Sean said as the two of them shared passionate kiss, which caused the audience but me to cheer, I only watched in bitter anger.

"Fine! Enjoy the rest of your wedding!! I'll just and enjoy my day, without jerks like you!!" I said in anger as I threw the bouquet and the flower crown to the ground and stomped out of the wedding, I wanted to make sure I was far away from those two that almost ruined my chance of going to the Bahamas.

As the evening continued, Sean and Terra were celebrating their reunion, while some of the other guests were having fun, while I was sitting at a table by myself, moping on the complete idiot I made myself be.

"Are you alright?" I heard a voice ask me.

"Well, do I look alright?" I asked the voice while not looking at them. "I wanted to make this event perfect so that I could avoid any further conflicts that my sister and my now brother in law cause whenever they fight, but nope, I just had to make myself look like a complete jerk."

When I turned over to see the person talk to me, I was shocked to see that the person who asked if I was okay, was Ruben, as he then offered me a slice of cake from the wedding cake I got for Sean.

"Ruben? What are you doing here?" I asked in shock. "Weren't you supposed to be out there with the others?"

"Well, Sean didn't want me around because I attracted too much attention." Ruben said as he looked away and then gave a sweet smile to me. "And I wanted to thank you for protecting me back there, and wanted to see if you were okay?"

I felt my cheeks burning up when Ruben said that, I never knew that he could be kind enough to talk to a person he barely met, I then exchanged a smile to him. "Gee, you don't have to do that for me." I said while looking away. "That's too much."

"Also, here." Ruben said as he then showed a rose that fell from the bouquet I threw on the ground and put it on my hair. "I know that Pink isn't really your favorite color, but I just thought that maybe the rose would look good on you."

I then felt my cheeks burning up and my heart beating so fast, it was as if his kindness was making me forget about the horrible experience that I had during the majority of the wedding/birthday party.

"Th-thanks." I said as I exchanged a smile. "I uh, really liked your violin performance before the ceremony started."

"Thanks, I had another solo that I wanted to play, but Sean pushed me away before I could do it." Ruben explained as he got out his violin and boa.

"Well, if it's alright, maybe you could play it to me?" I asked while feeling interested in whatever solo that Ruben came up with.

"Oh, sure." Ruben said as he got out a sheet of music, got his violin and boa ready, and began to strung a beautiful melody.

Every melody that Ruben made, it was as if it made me forget all my worries and frustrations, and made me appreciate my time of being here, I know I hated most of the wedding/party, but somehow, Ruben was able to make it magical, and turn it into a completely different direction...and I enjoyed every second of that turn....
