Dipper's POV
"Mabel?" I asked to the attic again. No reply. I was moving my head.
"Ow! Ugh! That hurts!" I said too loudly. I heard footsteps and mumbling from outside my door. The door open a crack. Grunkle Stan's head poked out.
"You alright kid? What's that bandage for?" He asked.
"Yes... It's nothing I hurt my neck a bit, and Mabel thought a bandage would help it heal..." I lied.
"Okay.... Where is Mabel anyways?" He asked.
"I dunno," I said.
"Okay, if you see her, tell her I need her..."
"Okay...."
He closed the door. I heard whispering, and footsteps fading away. I got out of bed. I tried not to move my neck at all. I went to the mirror. I slowly pulled a bit of the bandage off. A small stream of blood spilled down my neck. I got some tissues and cleaned it up. I got some more just in case. Things might get a bit messy. Once I knew the blood would stop from that area, I pulled more of the bandage off. I kept dabbing at my neck. Once most of the blood was done I rushed to my bed and pulled out the first aid. I picked out a bandage and some Neosporin. I don't know how much it would help from having your throat slit, but it'll do for now. I got the Neosporin and the bandage on. I went back to my bed to wait for Mabel.
I unwillingly fell asleep.

Mabel's POV
I found my way back to the 'Mystery Hack'... Stan really needs to get that fixed! I rushed through the door, and headed upstairs. Dipper was in his bed. I went over to him. He was breathing normally, his heart beat was good, his temperature was perfect. I decided not to wake him. I tip toed to the door and headed downstairs.
I heard parts of their conversation. They were talking about Clark. Ford found out who Clark was after, Dipper... Too late now... He went on saying, 'He needs to be protected.... He's not safe...'
"Too late now!" I said joining the conversation.
