Next Day

It's New Morning in the City. Everything was as same as Daily Routine in the Colony where Anupamaa stays, the only thing that was changed was the location of Anupamaa & the tremendous havoc going in Her Life & Her Heart since last few Days.

Despite all hardships going on in Her Life right now, Anupamaa was still in the Kitchen as usual preparing Breakfast palely. Her Eyes had turned even more Reddish and were swollen too depicting that She had cried all night in Her Room all alone.

She silently poured Hot Tea for Herself in a Big Cup and headed towards the Dinning Table carrying Kanta's Breakfast and few Rusk for Herself in a Bowl silently.

"Arrey yeh kya Anu ? Khaali Chai ? Naashta kaha hain Tera Anu ? Itni Subah Subah khaali paet Chai nhi peeya karte Beta..Jaa apne liye bhi jaake Upma laale..." offended Kanta noticing only Tea for Anupamaa worriedly.

"Maa nhi khaana mujhe kuch bhi.. Aaj sirf Chai peene ka maan hain aur waise bhi kaha main khaali paet Chai peerahi hu.. Yeh Sookha Toost [ Dried Toast ] toh khaarahi hu na saath main.." answered Anupamaa biting a piece of Rusk along with sipping a Tea smiling warmly.

While Kanta understanding maturely, sighs and nodded Her Head positively. Both Mother & Daughter were chit chatted with eachother when Kanta's Phone beeped with the Task Alarm leading Kanta to mentally prepare Herself for the upcoming bombarding fear fully. She literally closes Her both the Eyes and played with Her Pallu knowing what's exactly coming up next on Her nervously.

"Maa... Tera Aaj Ducter [ Doctor ] ke saath appuintmeant [ appointment ] tha aur tune bataya bhi nhi mujhe ? Kya karti hain tu Maa ? Hadh hain laper wahi ki..." yelled Anupamaa the next moment as expected by Kanta witnessing Kanta's Mobile flashing with a reminder of Doctor's appointment at 11 am Today angrily.

"Rehwa de na Anuuu... Kya karna hain Ductor ke paas jaake ? Main kaunsa Ek din main theek hojaogi waha Haspatal [ Hospital ] jaake ?" answered Kanta after gathering some courage in Herself trying Her level best to ignore the visit to Hospital carelessly.

While Anupamaa being Anupamaa sternly glared at Her Mother at first and then without uttering a word moved inside Her Mother's Room silently. Kanta on the other hand sighed relievedly but soon Her relievedness turned into horror slapping Her Head crying helplessly.

After all watching Her own stubborn Daughter coming out of Her Room carrying Her Medical File wasn't less than any electric shock for Kanta. She literally cursed Herself for keeping the File in an open Cupboard fearing to get Her entire Medical history getting revealed infront of Anupamaa hopelessly.

"Anu sunna.. Pleasshhh chod na.. Main theek hu.. Dekh main chal sakti hu acche se.. Naach bhi sakti hu.. aur toh aur main tez tez Walking bhi karsakti hu.." said Kanta yet again behaving like a small kid excusing Herself to avoid going School childishly.

Anupamaa whereas sincerely ignored Kanta's childish behaviour and moved out of the House silently. Kanta on the other hand feeling immensely weak lost Her strength and in no time finally fell down on the ground unconscious.

City Hospital

1 Hour Later

Anuj's Cabin

It's been a Hour since Kanta was admitted in the Hospital. The moment Kanta fell unconscious, Anupamaa hearing the sound of broken Glass entered Her House and in no time getting worried She called the Ambulance and got Her Mother admitted in the Hospital on time.

And now Anupamaa was all tensed pacing to and fro in Anuj's Cabin waiting for Kanta's report impatiently. Her fists too as usual played with Her Pallu & Her Eyes only glanced at the entrance of the Cabin every now and then sighing restlessly.

"Anu... Bas karo.. Tumhare aise walking karne se Reports jaldi nhi aayegi." said Anuj halting His work in middle noticing restless Anupamaa constantly.

"Anuj pata lagaiye na Reports kab tak aayegi ? Mujhse aur sabr nhi horaha hain Pleashh.." said restless & impatient Anupamaa instantly ignoring Anuj's words unknowingly.

While Anuj sighs & moves towards His restless Best Friend and then like any Gentleman He at First made Anupamaa sit on near by Sofa and then He Himself sat beside Her consoling Her maturely. He while sitting beside Anupamaa made sure He had a safe distance between Himself and Anupamaa avoiding any awkward moment for Anupamaa knowing Her nature very well.

"Anuj Pleashhh na jaiye ne aur Reports ka pata kariye.. Maa aise kaise behosh hogayi ? Sab theek toh hain na ?" asked restless Anupamaa yet again  turning towards Anuj worriedly.

"Anu . Sshhh bas.. Relax sab theek hain.. Aunty ko bas kamzori ke wajeh se chakkar aagaye the aur plus unke BP Levels and Sugar Levels fluctuate hogaye the.. nothing else to worry... Everything is in under control now.." responded Anuj assuring the tensed Anupamaa honestly.

Anupamaa on the other hand sighed in immense relievedness. Her cries which were already in the form of weeps and sobs now took up the speed and turned into a  crying feeling emotional. Her Eyes too shuts down and tears flowed from Her Eyes continuously feeling stressed.

"Anu Anu.. bas yaarr... Kitna rowogi... Tsunami laane ka irada hain kya ? Aunty bilkul theek hain toh ro kyu rahi ho?" questioned Anuj unable to understand His Best Friend's sadness confusingly.

"Anuj woh agr Maa ko kuch hogaya na toh main jee nhi paogi.. Kyu Kanha Ji mere saath hi aisa karrahe hain.. Ek taraf Meri jindagi ne itna bada dhokha de diya mujhe aur abb Maa ki tabiyat.. Kya karu main.." cried Anupamaa not able to understand anything about Her Life stress fully.

Anuj whereas as unable to see His Best Friend breaking down miserably gently passed His Hanky towards Anupamaa & then passed Her a Bottle of Water as well calming Her down maturely.

Anupamaa while in return wiped off Her tears with Anuj's Hanky and then caught the hold of the Water Bottle smiling back warmly. She gulped down the Water in a go feeling immense thirsty. Soon Her Throat gets filled up and She spills out the entire Water due to sudden coughing continuously.

"Anu... Aaram se..." yelled Anuj in all His tension rubbing Anupamaa's back in a fraction of seconds soothingly.

While Anupamaa somewhat felt relaxed by now and breathed heavily calming Herself gradually. She wiped off the Water from Her Lips from Her Pallu and glanced at hesitant Anuj confusingly.

"Anuj ? Aap theek hain ? Aur yeh paseena ?" enquired Anupamaa noticing Anuj's sudden changed behaviour confusingly.

Anuj on the other hand not able to understand what to say nodded His Head in full assurance and smiled back fake fully.

"Pakka na Anuj ? Aap theek hain ? Pata nhi mujhe laga aap kisi cheez ko lekar pareshan hain." said Anupamaa still feeling confused regarding Anuj's behaviour.

"Woh Anu... Woh I'm sorry mujhe aise tumhari Peet pe haath nhi lagana chahiye tha tumhe bina pooche.. Agr bura laga toh I'm sorry.. But main kya karta ? Tum itni joor se Khaasi ki mujhe kuch samajh nhi aaya aur maine tumhari Peet sehladi.. I'm sorry.." conveyed Anuj for His sudden awkward behaviour feeling immensely guilty and awkward.

Anupamaa whereas at first stared at Anuj being all stern. Her intense glare ultimately increased the Heartbeat of the already tensed Anuj ever more faster. He lowered His Eyes too feeling guilty. Sweat too formed on His Forehead unable to speak a word speechlessly.

But soon His lowered Eyes fluttered and He glanced back at  the laughing Anupamaa confusingly.

"Heeyy Bhagwaan... Anuj aap bilkul bhi nhi badle.. Aaj bhi aap Khaana khaate waqt apne Kapdo pe geerate ho.." laughed Anupamaa whole heartedly witnessing a stain of a Curry on Anuj's Shirt teasingly.

While Anuj frowned confusingly and glnaced at His Shirt immediately. His confused expression soon turned into immense embarrassment feeling speechless. Anuj immediately smiling sheepishly pulled out a Tissue from Tissue Box and tried to wipe it off from His Shirt nervously.

"Anuj... Aap bhi na... Idher laayiye main saaf kardeti hu.. Aise sookhe Tissue se saaf nhi hone wala yeh Daag [ Stain ].." said Anupamaa in between Her low giggles while wiping off the stain with Her wet Pallu carefully.

Anuj where as halted His cleaning & silently stared at the busy Anupamaa admiringly. He somewhere knew Anupamaa had smartly diverted the topic and had stopped Him from feeling guilty unnecessarily.

Anupamaa whereas understanding the awkwardness of the situation Anuj is feeling right now, smartly diverted the topic and took the opportunity in Her favour witnessing a stain on Anuj's Shirt instantly.

No matter how much limits their Destiny had built in between their relationship, the care and understanding which both Anuj & Anupamaa had 25 Years ago is still same even now. But the only difference their relationship has now was of Unsaid Feelings to eachother.

Even after knowing eachother very well, the fear of loosing their long lost Friendship had stopped them from conveying their care and understanding feelings for eachother helplessly.

"Thank You..." uttered Anuj to Anupamaa post Her help in cleaning the stain smiling warmly.

Anupmaa whereas in return simply nodded Her Head and moved back smiling back warmly.

Soon both heads towards the Exit of the Cabin marching towards Kanta's room silently.

Kanta's Room

Soon both Anupamaa and Anuj enters the Room of Kanta. Anupamaa sat beside Her unconscious Mother while Anuj examined the just arrived Reports of Kanta sincerely.

Even though Anuj is just a Psychologist by Profession but being a Doctor Friend of Anupamaa He Himself checked the Reports of Kanta personally.

"Sister, Pass this Reports to Dr Mehta and tell Him to Meet Me in My Cabin after an Hour.." ordered Anuj passing the Reports to the Nurse sternly.

"Sab theek hain na Anuj ? Maa theek hain na ? Tention [ Tension ] ki koi baath toh nhi hain na ?" asked Anupamaa witnessing a line of tension on Anuj's Forehead worriedly.

While Anuj not knowing what to reply stood their silent and stared at the unconscious Kanta tense fully.

"Anu right now all I can say is ki tum Dua karo ki sab theek hi ho Kanta Aunty ke saath.. Isse zyaada main tumhe filhaal kuch nhi bata sakta..." answered Anuj staring at equally worried Anupamaa blankly.

"Kya matlab Anuj ? Pleaashhh bataiye sab theek hain na ? Dekhiye aapku Meri Kasam bataiye kya aaya Reports main ?" enquired Anupamaa in all Her tension staring Anuj questionably.

Anuj on the other hand having no option due to Anupamaa's Swear closes His Eyes and Fists His Palms too helplessly. He after sometime sighs heavily and stared back at worried Anupamaa sternly.

"Anuj aapki Aakhein dara rahi hain mujhe. Pleashh abb toh bata dijiye Maa theek toh hain na ?" asked Anupamaa yet again but this time with Her most shaky voice & fear in Her Heart shivering miserably.

"Anuu.. Woh Kanta Aunty ko.. Woh.. Reppoorrttsss... Aunty ko..." fumbled Anuj as well in between His Words not knowing how to inform already stressful Anupamaa about Kanta's health speechlessly.

Anupamaa finally loosing all Her patience & getting irritated bursts out angrily and held the Collar of Anuj harshly. Her emotions which were filled with concern and fear thinking about Her Mother were now over powered by Her anger emotions not knowing Her own actions unknowingly.

After all any Lady who is already going through a tough time in Her Life would react in the same way as Anupamaa feeling the foot steps of the another upcoming storm in Her Life unexpectedly.

Her Eyes welled up with continuous over flowing Tears staring Anuj for His answer palely.

"Anu KANTA AUNTY KO MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION hain.. I mean in simple words... Aunty ko Dil main Blockages hain. Abb kitne Blockages hain woh hume Aunty ke Angiography karne ke baad hi pata chlaega... " revealed Anuj in One Breath getting mentally prepared to Face the upcoming reaction of Anupamaa expectedly.

He immediately & protectively held Anupamaa by Her Shoulders and moved towards the near by Sofa sitting beside Her comfortably.

"Anu dekho abhi yeh sab poori tareeqe se confirmed nhi hain . Ek baar mujhe Dr Mehta jo ek acche Cardiologist hain unse baath karne do then I will let you know the full details clearly. Tum pareshan mat ho please.. Sun rahi ho na tum Anu...." explained Anuj in His most soft consoling and comforting voice staring blank Anupamaa genuinely.

While Anupamaa sat their all blank staring the unconscious Kanta infront of Her emotionlessly. Her entire Body turned numb with coldness and Her Eyes too showed no emotions not knowing how to react to the News Her Ears has heard just few minutes ago speechlessly.

"ANUUU...." yelled Anuj in no time with all His concern witnessing Anupamaa too falling unconscious in His Arms suddenly.

He immediately picked Anupamaa in His Arms in Bridal style and marched out of the Kanta's Room hurriedly.

He entered another empty Room along with His few Staff Members and laid unconscious Anupamaa on the Bed carefully.

"Sister quickly operate the Oxygen Cylinder and check the BP levels immediately.." said Anuj in His most shaky and fear full voice sweating profusely.

His Hands too shivered and His Eyes too welled up in tension not able to prepare the injection properly.

"Dr Kapadia You move, let me handle this Patient..." ordered Harshavardhan like any Senior Doctor witnessing His Son's restlessness clearly.

The moment Harshvardhan entered the Room after getting informed by One of His Colleague about Anupamaa's state, He instantly rushed towards the Room & took over the Charge of unconscious Anupamaa professionally. Anuj on the other hand silently moved back and stared at the unconscious Anupamaa worriedly.

"Sister take Dr Kapadia to His Cabin.. I will be there in sometime." ordered Harshavardhan sternly.

While the Nurse obediently obeyed and moved towards the Cabin of Anuj taking Anuj with Her silently.

Whereas Harshvardhan sighs unbelievably and checked the Virals of unconscious Anupamaa professionally.
