Shah House

Living Hall

There laid Anuj still unconscious on the Lap of Anupamaa all pale. Weakness & tiredness which Anuj had kept hidden from everyone was clearly visible on His Face by now.

His Head wounds too which were drying gradually were again all fresh with Blood bleeding from His Head yet again worrying everyone.

"Kaha tha maine Anuj se ki not to keep Vrath this Year but no He didn't listen. Ziddi jo hain apne Pyaar ko lekar.. Pyaar main yeh kaisa andapan ki apni hi Sehat bigadle yeh Ladka ? College main bhi aisa hi tha yeh.. Apni Mohabbat ko lekar Passionate tha. Kisi ke bhi nhi sunta tha when it comes to His Love." blabbered Harshvardhan all to Himself in His lowest voice while cleaning the bleeding wounds of His unconscious Son all worried & angrily too.

While Anupamaa's Ears turned alerted & Her Eyes shifted towards the worried Harshvardhan recalling His Words & recent happenings deeply.

"Kahi Anuj ne Shaadi mere wajeh toh nhi ki abhi tak ? Kya Anuj Aaj bhi mere liye Vrath rakhte hain ? Heyy Kanha Ji yeh sab kya hain ? Pleasshhh Dhayan rakh choo.." questioned Anupamaa all to Herself not able to understand the happenings around Her all tensed.

Admist all the tensefull happenings the thing which didn't go unnoticed by Baa & Vanraj was Anuj tightly holding Anupamaa's Pallu in His Fists turning them furious.

His Love which was only known to both Harshvardhan and Devika was now somewhat noticed by Baa & Vanraj too burning their Hearts in utmost anger & annoyance immensely. Not willing to create any Scene infront of all the Guests Vanraj & Baa stood there silently watching the drama happening infront of their Eyes unwillingly.

"Toshu, Samar jaldi uthao Anuj ne aur waha Sofe pe leetao.. Main Pppaaani lekar aati hu..." ordered Anupamaa running towards the kitchen in a rush all worried.

Soon Anuj was made laid on Sofa & Anupamaa too at the same time returned back towards Anuj yet again breathing heavily.

She sat beside unconscious Anuj & sprinkled some Water on His Face instantly confusing others immensely, while Anupamaa's Eyes only stared Her unconscious Best Friend & hoped to see Him in His Senses again emotionally.

"Anuuu... Dekh hosh aaraha hain Anuj ko.. Thank God.." cried Devika witnessing Anuj gaining His Senses gradually.

Soon everyone's Eyes shifts towards Anuj and a sigh released from their Mouth feeling relieved.

"Aanujjj... Tu theek hain na ? Shukar hain Anupamaa ne thoda Paani sprinkle kiya tere pe warna hume toh samjh hi nhi aaraha tha ki kya kare..." told Devika in worry praising Anupamaa emotionally.

Whereas the Anuj with much difficultly finally fluttered His blurry Eyes & stared all around Him holding His Forehead in Pain and ache.

But unfortunately the pain in Anuj's Head increased & He yet again closed His Eyes not able to hold His Eyes open anymore in immense ache feeling weak.

"Kya soch rahi hain Anu... Peela na Paani Anuj ko jaldi.. Khulwa uska Vrath pehle jaldi se. Subah se Anuj ne na kuch khaaya hain aur na peeya hain.." said Devika in immense worriedness towards Anuj in tension.

That's it and the anger held by Vanraj lost it's patience and He bursted out in a second shaking the entire Shah House in fear and terror.

"Vanraj stop behaving like a Kid.. Anupamaa koi khilona nhi hain ki jisne touch karliya woh uski hogayi zid karke. Paani hi toh peela rahi hain na Anuj ko, toh usme kya hua ? Tu bhi toh Kavya ko kitne baar Paani peela chuka hain jab bhi usku zaroorat padhi hain.." fired back Bapuji in His extreme anger shutting down His Son immediately.

"Beta tu peela Paani Anuj ko.. Kuch mat soch.." said Bapuji to Anupamaa assuring Her warmly.

Anupamaa on the other not thinking anything & unaware of the Water Glass She is holding finally fed the semi unconscious Anuj the Water emotionally.

"Abb kaisa lag raha hain aapku Anuj ?" asked Anupamaa with all Her concern in Her voice staring Anuj worriedly.

Anuj whereas nodded His Head and unaware of His act in immense pain wiped off the Water on His Lips with Anupamaa's Pallu unknowingly.

Anupamaa too in no seconds as an immediate reaction swiftly stared at Anuj for a while & smiled at Him keenly observing His never fading habit of wiping His Face with Her Pallu feeling nostalgic.

"Arrey Mummy yeh toh aapka Glass hain na ? Aap toh aapka Glass kisi ko touch bhi nhi karne deti even Papa ko bhi nhi toh aaj kaise aapne Dr Kapadia ko apne hi Glass main Paani peela diya ?" questioned Toshu noticing the Glass used by Anupamaa confusingly.

That's when Anupamaa comes in Her reality & Her Eyes along with the Eyes of entire Shah Family shifts towards the Glass & glanced at it in immense astonishment. Her Eyes opened wide in shock realising how unknowingly in tension She picked Her Glass to make Anuj drink the Water.

While Anuj, Devika and Harshvardhan too widened their Eyes in utter shock and stared at both Anupamaa & the Glass simultaneously.

"Haa wohhh shayad uss waqt had badi main mujhe samajh nhi aaya." answered Anupamaa in all Her tensed voice stealing glances from everyone nervously.

"It's ok Mummy.. I was just kidding.. Chill.." consoled Toshu understanding His Mother's nervousness maturely.

Vanraj on the other hand burnt in utter Jealousy & stared at both Anuj & Anupamaa furiously.

1 Hour Later

It's been an Hour since Anuj had gained His consciousness. All the Guests present in Shah House for Karwa Chauth Celebrations had gone too by now whereas Kapadia Family were present in Dining Hall along with Shah Family having their Dinner silently.

Anupamaa & Dolly were all busy in serving as usual while Anuj was busy in admiring Anupamaa affectionately. His Eyes only kept staring at the natural beauty of Anupamaa all dressed up in a simple Red casual Soothi Saree looking beautiful.

"Aaj bhi Anu khoobsurat lagti hain na ? Just looking like a Wow types... Hain na Anuj ?" teased Devika murmuring right in Anuj's Ears slowly tease fully.

"Haa Devika Anu aaj bhi utni hi khoobsurat lagti hain jitni woh College ke time pe thi.. Infact usse double guna Khoobsurat aaj lagti hain.." replied Anuj in return of Devika's question dreamily.

A wide smile too appeared on His Lips witnessing Anupamaa struggling to tuck Her Hair strand behind Her Ears while kneading a Flour in Kitchen irritatingly.

"Bas kar ghoorna Anu ko mere Dost... Nazar lag jayegi usse abb teri hi ya phir tu kahe toh Bapuji aur Harsh Uncle se baath karke tera permanent residence yahi ka nikalwu taaki tu Anu ko 24*7 ghoor sake ?." giggled Devika while taking Her Morsel in Her Mouth teasingly.

Anuj on the other hand chocked up and spills out the Water from Hn His Mouth feeling embarassed.

"Anuj Beta tum kyu na Aaj Raat yahi ruk jao ? Tum kaafi hadh tak gaye ho aur tumhara iss halat main Gaadi main jaana sahi nhi hain.." said Bapuji in between His Meal worrying for Anuj genuinely.

Whereas Harshvardhan & Anuj both halted their Dinner and stared at each other blankly. Their Minds were not able to understand what to reply feeling confused.

"Bapuji yeh aap kya keh rahe hain ? Anuj yaha kaise ruk sakta hain ?" asked Vanraj immediately unable to control His anger anymore admist His Meals.

"Kyu nhi ruk sakta Anuj yaha ? Jab Kavya ruk sakti hain jab bole jab yaha toh why not Anuj ? Mere liye jaise Kavya Mere Bete ki Dost hain waise hi Anuj mere liye Meri Beti ka Dost hain. Toh iss naate Anuj ka yaha rukna mujhe sahi lagta hain." smashing at His Son yet again Bapuji glanced back at His angry Son sternly.

While Vanraj sat there all numb not knowing what to reply to His Bapuji speechlessly.

"Yeh kya aap har baar Kavya ki toolna Anuj se karte hain Ji ? Kavya toh humare Bete ke Office main kaam karti hain toh uska aana jaana laga rehta hain aur yaha Vanraj aur Kavya dono hi Shaadi shuda hain per yeh Anuj humari Bahu ke Callege [ College ] ka Dost hain jo ki Kuwara hain abhi tak toh uska Aisa aana jaana har baar sahi hain nhi humare Bahu ke liye aur humari Ghar ke izzat ke liye.." defended Baa unable to handle Her Son's insult infront of the Guests angrily.

"Leela tu chup reh. Tu jo hamesha apne Bete ko bachati rehti hain na woh band kar. Aur rahi baath Anuj ko Kavya se toolne ki toh woh sab karne ke liye mujhe tum aur tera Beta hi majboor karte ho.. isiliye chup reh aur apna khaana khaa.." continuing ahead with His scolding Bapuji shuts down His Wife too on the spot furiously.

Whereas Anuj & Harshvardhan feeling embarassed glanced at each other at first & then stood up from their Seats gesturing eachother something secretly.

"Bapuji aap log please humare wajeh se mat ladiye.. It's ok agr Vanraj aur Baa ko pasand nhi hain humara yaha rukh na toh koi baath nhi.. We will take Your leave.. But please don't fight because of Us." requested Anuj understanding the seriousness of the matter maturely.

Bapuji on the other hand stood up too & once again as an Eldest requested Anuj for His stay Ignoring His own Son & Wife's anger sternly.

Anuj too having no option agreed & bids bye to His Father apologizing secretly yet genuinely.

Anupamaa whereas on the other hand kept witnessing the whole scene & smiled widely staring at Her Best Friend unknowingly.

Toshu's Room

Finally after the Dinner & some chit chatting with Shah Family, Anuj was sent to Toshu's Room for some rest. He had changed Himself into a Nightwear sent by His Father and was now on Bed surfing His Mobile when Anupamaa enters the room with a Glass of Haldi Milk smiling warmly.

Soon as Anuj's Eyes falls on Haldi Milk His expressions changed & His mood too changed frowning irritatingly. He immediately laid down and covered Himself with a Duvet all over His Body from Head to Toe pretending to sleep deeply.

"Nhi Anujj.. bilkul nhi.. aise Bacchoon ke jaise harkatein karne ka koi matlab nhi hain.. Yeh Haldi Doodh toh aapku kisi bhi halat main Peena padega.." ordered Anupamaa strictly understanding Anuj's frowning expressions & His acting of sleeping very well.

"Anuj main aakhri baar kehrahi hu ooth jayegi aur Haldi wala Doodh khamoshi se peelijiye warna baad main mat kehna ki maine zabardasti ki hain.." told Anupamaa for the One last time trying to convince Her Best Friend sternly.

But unfortunately Anuj being Anuj didn't bugde and kept pretending to sleep under His Duvet stubbornly.

"Accha aap aisa nhi manege ne ? Theek hain... KAKAAAA...." talking to Herself at first Anupamaa caled out Harshvardhan's name in a loud voice gaining Anuj's attention immediately.

Anuj whereas in no time instantly came out of His Duvet & drank the Milk in a go breathing heavily.

"Dad No Please No.. Don't scold Me... See I drank the Milk. Maine Haldi Doodh peeliya.. Dandna mat please..." blabbered Anuj in a go in One single breath closing His Eyes fear fully.

"Abb aya na Ooth Pahad ke Neeche.." giggled Anupamaa while taking the empty Glass of Milk in Her Hand back smirking victoriously.

Anuj on the other hand opened His Eyes & stared back at Anupamaa confusingly. His Eyes wandered around the whole room and found no One in the room except Anupamaa Herself smirking at Him evilly.

That's when Anuj understood & realised the trick of Anupamaa to make Him drink the Milk. He glared back at Her & passed His most deadliest look to Anupamaa furiously.

"Bas haa bas Anujj... Aise mat ghooriye mujhe. Maine apni jindagi main Teen Teen bacche sambhale hain toh mujhe pata hain aise harkaton ko kaise sambhalte hain.." said Anupamaa while pulling down the Curtain Blinds giggling teasingly.

"Anuuuu Yuckkk.... Chii tumne dhoke se Haldi ka Doodh peela diya... This is not Fair... Cheating hain yeh toh Anu.." cried Anuj like a small kid whining for a bitter Medicine stubbornly.

"Cheating ho wheating ho Dr Kapadia Ji.. Haldi Doodh toh peena hi tha aapko aur mujhe isse accha tareeqa nhi dhikha Doodh peelane ka.." said Anupamaa while giggling teasingly at Anuj.

"Hitler Anupamaa..." murmured Anuj grumpily in response sliding inside the Duvet to fall asleep annoyingly.

While Anupamaa shaked Her Head in utter disbelief & moved towards the Exit of the door chucking teasingly.
