This is the official book/guide for More Than A Rainbow (or M.T.A.R)

More Than A Rainbow is a suicide prevention project for everyone, although it is mostly targeted toward people in the LGBTQ+ community.
The admins of this account started it as a way to help others so they don't feel alone.
