The tv plays in the background, a tortoise popping up on the screen, as Butcher turns on a very long drill, now that he was back. Bellamy, Frenchie, and Hughie stand around watching him.
He turns to Frenchie and Bellamy with the drill and Frenchie shakes his head no slightly as Bellamy throws his head back, staring at the ceiling.
Whatever Butcher went to do didn't work, surprise, surprise. Bellamy was just so sure it would, Butcher being such a people person and all...
Butcher lowers his head at Frenchie's response before slamming the drill down onto the table. Frenchie looks up to the tv, the wheels in his brain turning, and nudges Bellamy.
"Hmm?" Bellamy snaps his head back up, turning to Frenchie. Frenchie nods towards the tv as he continues to watch in awe where as Bellamy looks between him and the tv smirking at Frenchie's face, knowing he's forming a plan.
Bellamy tilts his head at the tv, listening intently. "... the shell evolved to help turtles burrow underground..." The shell... hmmm.
Suddenly Frenchie hops off the counter.
"What are you doing?" Butcher looks at him.
"Shocking our invisible friend." Frenchie answers him with wide-crazed eyes. "I need him unconscious." He snaps his head towards the door and stomps to it with determination.
"Why?" Butcher doesn't follow.
"Because I got it." Frenchie says, ripping the door open.
Bellamy follows after him, clicking through what the tv said in his mind. Translucent's skin is his shell....
"Now what the fuck do you want?" Translucent asks annoyed.
"Shut the hell up." Bellamy snaps as electricity crackles and Frenchie shocks Translucent, causing him to scream.

Frenchie and Bellamy pull off latex gloves as Translucent begins coming to.
Translucent groans awake. "Something doesn't feel right."
"Oh, I'll bet." Butcher says, stepping up to the cage.
"I'm not ashamed to admit I have outdone myself." Frenchie grins from ear to ear.
"Hell yeah you have." Bellamy slaps his back before pulling him by the shoulders.
Once he releases Frenchie goes to squat down in front of the cage. "Now, the problem is the skin, no? It's, uh, hard like diamonds. But then I realized, it is just your shell that is hard, huh? Like a turtle." Bellamy nods, he was right. "But your insides? They're like the rest of ours... soft. So, how do you get to the... squishy insides? Through the mouth? Non. The stomach acid, the gag reflex. If I stick something down your throat, you may vomit it up." He explains, scratching the back of his head he clicks his tongue. "There's truly only one way..."
"The fuck did you do to me?" Translucent finally speaks up again.
"He stuck a lump of plastique up your bum, son." Butcher puts.
"Ass bomb." Frenchie whispers.
"Fire in hole." Bellamy chuckles, crossing his arms.
Translucent makes himself visible. "Oh, my God." He lets out.
"Now, you stick a little finger up there-" Butcher flips him off, "And try to fish it out- bang." He waves his hand before holding up a radio. "I trigger this- also bang." He turns to Translucent with a grin. "Savvy?"
"Oh, please don't kill me." Translucent starts to cry, holding up his hands. "I'll do anything." Bellamy rolls his eyes. "I'll tell you about A-Train." He stammers. "That's what the kid wants, right?" He looks over to Hughie. Butcher, Bellamy, and Frenchie all slowly turn to him. "I-I-I-I don't know where A-Train was going that night he killed the girl, okay, but I know where he was coming from." Translucent holds up his fingers, shaking them.
"What? Where?" Hughie jumps in.
"Popclaw's." Translucent nods. "He fucking... loves her. He doesn't think anyone else knows, but I know. I know a lot of things." A beeping sound goes off causing Bellamy to snap his head up and Frenchie glances out the door before walking out as Translucent continues. "But he-he's there every night. Maybe... now, even."
Ugh, Popclaw? Bellamy thinks to himself. Isn't she washed up?
"Popclaw? That's the hero with the..." Hughie tightens his fist as an example. "The sharp things coming out of her arms." He turns to Butcher and Bellamy for confirmation.
"Yeah. Real D-lister." Butcher says.
"Washed up nobody now." Bellamy comments.
Nobody really gives a fuck about you if you're not a part of The Seven.
"Anybody knows what A-Train was doing, it's Popclaw." Translucent stresses. "But that's all I know about that, I sweat to Christ. But I'll tell you anything else you want. Just ask." He ends with a smile.
Bellamy and Butcher glance at each other before Butcher nods at Hughie for the door and he leaves.
"Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait." Translucent hurries out. "Just... ask anything." He repeats.
"Now, normally, that would be just what the doctor ordered. But unfortunately- for you- we're out of time." Butcher finishes and him and Bellamy head out.
Bellamy smirks. "See ya, ya invisible cunt." He calls over his shoulder.
"No! Please! Listen, I know shit." Translucent hollers after them. "Dark shit! All the way to the top!" Butcher slams the door shut. "Wait, wait! No, no, no, no, no! Please, wait, wait, wait." Translucent continues. "Listen, I can help you. I'm fucking invisible! We can be a team!"
Butcher gets ready to push the button on the radio when Frenchie speaks up. "Butcher." Butcher turns around.
"A moment, s'il vous plait." Frenchie asks.
"What is it?" Bellamy sighs at what seems to be another problem as they head over to look at the screen Frenchie's sitting in front of. They look at the 4-way split screen of all different angle's outside.
"Here." Frenchie points before zooming into the top right screen.
Bellamy squints as something zooms by in the footage.
"What is that?" Hughie questions.
Butcher leans in. "Homelander."
It zooms by again. Fuck.
"That's Homelander?" Hughie asks. Homelander's here? Oh, shit. Oh, shit!" He begins to breathe heavily.
"Would you calm down." Bellamy turns to him. "Can't get your panties in a knot now." He grumbles.
He can't handle the kid working himself up right now.
Hughie looks at him with a wild expression before looking up.
"He could see us." Hughie says. "He's got X-ray vision. He can see through the fucking roof." He points up.
"And super fucking hearing." Frenchie snaps to Butcher. "You pull that detonator, he will hear."
On the other side of the door, Translucent stretches his neck up to see Hughie through the window part. He reads his lips. "Homelander."
"We got to throw him off the scent." Butcher says.
"But how?" Hughie asks.
Butcher tilts his head to Bell and Frenchie. "Pittsburgh."
Bellamy places his hands on his hips with a sigh. "Ah, hell."
"Oh, you cannot be serious, huh?" Frenchie throws his head back slightly.
"Deadly." Butcher states, slamming the detonator on the table.
"You know how much this will cost us?" Frenchie argues.
"Mhmm." Bellamy emphasizes in agreement, already pissed off enough at Billy to last a lifetime, and then some.
"Put it on the tab." Butcher tells them as he walks in between them, grabbing his jacket once again.
Frenchie glances over his shoulder at him as he leaves before quickly diving for his jacket and pats Bellamy's arm indicating him to come on before hurrying after Butcher. Bellamy shakes his head as he follows in pursuit.
"Guys?!" Hughie shouts after them.
Bellamy catches up to them as they exit the restaurant and make a b-line to the van, Bellamy opting for the back since Butcher takes the passenger seat and Frenchie behind the wheel.
"Where is it?" Butcher asks.
"Back door panel." Frenchie points his head towards the back.
Bellamy moves up the front as Butcher heads to the back and starts digging through stuff, clicking on the computer device. Frenchie gets out his phone, calling Cherie. The line rings a few times before she answers.
"Hello."
"Cherie. It's a burn." Frenchie tells her.
"You're joking. Now?" She asks.
"Yes, now." Bellamy says towards the phone, listening in.
Over the years he's grown more accustomed to Cherie, as she is more tolerable than most. But she still likes to push his buttons.
"No joke, I'm afraid." Frenchie adds.
"Fine." She sighs, taking a drag of her cigarette before putting it out. "I'll be ready in three."
"Make it two." Bellamy instructs before she hangs up.
"Come on." Butcher clicks, the computer status reading 'SEARCHING FOR SIGNAL...' "Frenchie, Bellamy, I'm getting shit reception here." He tells them. The fuck are they supposed to do? Bellamy throws a hand up, looking to Frenchie.
"Well, figure it the fuck out, huh?" Frenchie snaps.
Cherie hooks up a transmitter from her end.

Back inside... Translucent grabs the glass Hughie gave his earlier and starts pissing in it before tossing the piss at the wires, causing sparks to go flying. He then opens the cage.
As he opens the door to leave, Hughie grabs the detonator, holding it out towards him. "Get the fuck back in that cage." He orders.
Translucent makes himself visible once again. "Just take it easy. Okay?"

Back at the van, suddenly there's a knock on Frenchie's window. Bellamy looks up to find Homelander standing there. He motions for Frenchie to roll it down.
"Evening." Homelander nods.
"Holy shit." Frenchie lets out. "You're the Homelander. I am talking to the Homelander." Nodding happily.
"No way." Bellamy shakes his head in 'awe.' "We must be dreaming, huh mate?" He nudges Frenchie.
"Mm-hmm." Homelander looks off unimpressed before back at them. "Sir, I need to see some ID." Homelander tells him. "Both of you." He tilts his head towards Bellamy."
"What're you doing out here?" Homelander asks them as they both reach for ID.
"This is our place." Frenchie answers, handing Homelander his ID as Bellamy passes him his. "We, uh, we are opening a Fogo de Chao." He points towards the restaurant. Bellamy nods as Homelander checks out their ID's. "You know what a churrascaria is?" Frenchie asks.
"Yeah. It's a Brazilian steakhouse." Homelander replies, handing the ID's back. "Sir, I need to see in the back of the van." He states.
Frenchie quickly glances at Bellamy as he hands him his ID back and places his back in his wallet.
"Is, uh, something wrong?" Bellamy chuckles lightly.
"Yeah, no offense, you got a... warrant or something?" Frenchie cracks.
Homelander stares at both of them. "Well, if you got nothing back there, then you got nothing to worry about, right?" He smiles.
"Right." Bellamy nods, giving him a tight-lipped smile.
Frenchie chuckles, looking nervously as Homelander steps towards the back.

"Please get back in the cage." Hughie pleads, his grip on the detonator tightening.
Translucent holds his hands up, taking a step closer and Hughie's face drops as he pulls the device back.
"I'm not getting back in that cage, man." Translucent tells him. "I do, I am dead."
Hughie tilts towards him. "Yeah, well, if you don't... you're dead." He points out.
"Just think-" Translucent holds his fingers up, still trying to reason with Hughie. "You kill me, they'll never stop looking for you." He leans closer to Hughie. "You'll be glancing over your shoulder your whole life til they find you, which they will."

Homelander steps around to the back of the van, trying his X-ray vision to see inside, but can't.
Sweat pours from Frenchie's face as he watches through the side mirror. Bellamy holds his hand out low, motioning it down to signal to Frenchie to keep calm.
Butcher stands from afar, behind the dumpster. He peaks around the corner, watching Homelander stare at the van... He glances down at the laptop, quickly pressing a button while Cherie runs out of her place as it explodes into flames.
Homelander, now back at the window, snaps his head to the left, hearing the explosion from afar.
"Everything all right, sir?" Frenchie asks. Homelander quickly jumps into flight, leaving them behind.
Bellamy rests his head back against the seat at ease as Butcher stands up straight sighing in relief. He looks at Frenchie who sticks his head out the window, giving him a nod.

Back inside, Hughie and Translucent are still face to face.
"Look, you let me..." Translucent sucks in a breath, pausing to find the right words of persuasion. "You'll be the hero that saved Translucent. It's not too late." He nods. "You can still go home. Back to your life."
Hughie swallows, staring at him as he clicks the safety on the detonator.
"Attaboy." Translucent pats his shoulder and steps around him to leave.
Hughie turns around, watching him go before he turns to the poster on the wall he stared at earlier.
'Keep your hands clean!'
His breathing starts to rage as he turns back just as Translucent makes himself non-visible again. Hughie holds the detonator up and drops his finger down onto the button....
Bam!
Guts and blood explode everyone, drenching him in it. His ears begin to ring as he stares at the hallway and wall covered in what he had done. He slowly looks back at the poster before turning back to face forward, and finally drops the detonator hand down to his side...
Hughie just made his first kill.
He killed a Supe....
Hughie Campbell just blew up one of The Seven.
