Everyone was watching this from glass window & felt very happy seeing their everlasting love & Neil's strong support for Avni.............

Neil kissed her forehead & comes out,,everyone was standing outside Riya comes to Neil and hugs him smiling with tears while Vidyut pats his shoulder & Prakash nods they all were proud of him...Neil goes to Harsh and touched his feet while he hugs Neil then he goes to doctor.......and asks for the papers which Harsh couldn't sign before.............

Neil:Doctor papers.....(forwarding his hand,,doctor smiles at him & gives papers to him while he signed it as her HUSBAND.........)

Doctor(smiling at him):Mr.Neil ajj tak humne iss hospital me dehej ki aag me jalte huye dulhan ko dekha he,,,ajj pehli bar kisiko dulhan bante dekha he(patting his arm)

Neil smiles,,just then the doctors arrived whom Khanna's called........

Prakash:Harsh-ji this is the top surgeon of Delhi & my close friend,,doctor he will help u in the operation (doctor nods)

Doctor(to the stuffs):Nayi dulhan ko Operation-theater me laya jaye........

Avni's stretcher was moving towards OT while Neil was walking beside it,,,Avni looks at him & he gave a assuring blink to her with a small-smile but deep inside he was scared like hell maybe more than Avni,,,She returns a painful smile which bring tears to his eyes but he didn't let her see this......Stretcher was about to entered into the OT when he stops & bend towards her giving a long kiss to her forehead,,Avni closes her eyes feeling all the love...................

Neil was sitting in the bench outside,,in front of the OT door with his face in his palms tears were falling from his eyes,,,Riya comes towards him & keeps her hand on his shoulder caressing his hairs,,,Harsh & Prakash was sitting on another bench together,,Vidyut comes with tea and gives to them he then moves towards Neil & sits beside him wrapping his arms around Neil's shoulder,,,Neil looks up at him with tears flowing down his checks Vidyut hugs him while Neil sobs in his arms............Ayesha was sitting in front of a Goddess-idol which is present in the hospital crying & praying for Avni............

Avni's operation was going on & Neil was restlessly sitting there remembering there first meet when they spend time together.....

All Khanna's goes to Mehta house,,,they all were sitting in the hall talking when Harsh asked Juhi to bring Avni down,,Juhi goes to Avni's room & saw her fixing her saree.......

Juhi:Di chalo bulava aya he apke saiya ki taraf se(teasingly)

Avni(blushing):Chup choti kuch zayada hi bolti he tu (Juhi laughs)

Juhi:Haa haa ab to buloge hi chalo jaldi waise bohot hot & handsome he Jiju(again teased while Avnie blushed heavily)

Neil was very eager to see Avni even though he has seen her photo & instantly liked her he comes out from his thoughts when a sound of payal hits his ear,,he looks towards the source of the sound & saw her legs then slowly he looks up and saw her finally,,there she was descending down the stairs looking down,,,and here Mr.Khanna got all flat on her,,she was looking breathtakingly beautiful in that red saree with cold-shoulder blouse while her long hairs were open adding more beauty on her.........................

Riya:Devar-ji apki hi hone wali he aise ghuriye maat kahi daar na jaye or reject kar de aapko(teasingly)

Neil looks away being embarrassed,,,,Avni finally looks at him & same was with her also.She was amazed by Neil she didn't saw him before not even his pic cz she saw having full faith on her chacha-ji...So now when he was in front of her she couldn't take her eyes off of him,,he was so perfectly perfect...............

They both were now sitting alone in the terrace both of them r silent..Neil breaks the silence starting a conversation..............

Neil:Listen Avni i won't beat around the bushes,,i'll straightly comes to the point I liked u when i saw ur photo itself,,But now I love u,,i know u'll find it crazy that we just met today & how can i love u but yeah it's true I LOVE U,,maybe it's love at first sight....so my ans will be yes for the marriage,,,if u didn't like me then u can say 'no'...........

Avni was very surprised,shocked & happy bcz he love her at the first meet itself...

Neil:Avni kuch to bolo,,pasand nahi ho kya(nervously while Avni nods her head no immediately,,Neil was surprised)

Avni(embarrassed):W..o..wo me

Neil(smiles):It's ok Avni u don't have to be nervous with me(holding her hand,,she nods),,,to baatao kya faisla he tumhara (smirking)

Avni(flushed by his touch): Wo me,,wo me,,Ialsoloveu (in a go)

Neil(smiling widely):I didn't unerstand (naughtily)

Avni(blushing):I also love u,,love at first sight (hides her face with her palms blushing heavily)

Neil smiles to the fullest & slowly took off her hands,,her eyes were closed tightly checks all flushed,,,,He cups her face then kissed her forehead with utmost affection while Avni blushed & closed her eyes feeling this new feelings,,Neil hugged her while she too hugged him back.....

Neil(whispers in her ear):I LOVE U Avni,,,ek hi pal me kisiko itna pyar karne lagunga,,itna chahne lagunga kabhi nahi socha tha.....

Avni:I LOVE U TOO Neil(smiling),,kabhi chodke maat jana...

Neil:Never ever,,waise hayee kitna accha lagta he mera naam tumhare muh se (keeping his hand on the left-side of his chest dramatically)

Avni laughs & Neil immediately takes a pic of her.........................

He kissed on the screen.....Just then the door opens & doctors comes out,,Neil along with everyone rushes towards them....

Neil:Doctor Avni...............(restlessly)

Doctor:Relax Mr.Neil & congrats the operation was successful but she needs to stay at the hospital for at last 1 or 1 nd half month...............

Prakash:Usske baad hum humari beti ko ghar leja sakte he na

Doctor:Ji zaroor..........

Prakash:Harsh-ji to itne din humari bahu apke amanat,,isske baad wo sidha humare ghar jaegi

In this whole month Neil took care of her like anything leaving everything behind he just spends his all time with her did every work of her from feeding her to reading book,,making her sleep, totally all,,,now it's time for her to go back home & also Avneil's wedding day........

In doctor cabin.........

Doctor:Neil har zakhm bhar jate he bass waqt ki zarurat hoti he,,Avni ke zakhm ko bhi waqt chahiye par ab wo apne aap ko tumhare nazro se dekhegi so.............

Neil(smiling):I know doctor....

Avni was sleeping when someone caress her head she slowly opens her eyes & was shocked seeing Ayesha smiling at her.........................

Ayesha:Ghar chal beti,,wo ghar jo tera maika he,,jaha teri maa he (tears run down from Avni's check,,,she nods & hugged Ayesha crying)

Neil entered & saw them hugging he smiles......

Neil:Chachi-ji tumhe lene ayi he Avni...(Avni nods smilingly)

Juhi along with others were making Avni ready,,her whole body was covered but was looking the most beautiful bride...........

Juhi:Barat achoke he (happily)

All were dancing,,Ayesha did arti of Neil....All rituals were done and now they r sitting in mandap,,when priest told them to stand for 7 vows Neil stands up when Avni was about to stand she fells back but Neil holds her on time & takes her in his arms & took 7 phera while Avni was admiring him.................................

At 'Vidai'Avni cries like anything,,,they were sitting inside the car Neil side-hugged her while Avni keeps her head on his chest & he wipes her tears..............

Avni was standing in front of the mirror looking at herself,,Neil enters inside & looks at her same time nurse came with medicines for dressing Neil take it form nurse and smiles at her

Neil:Thank u sister (nurse smiles & leaves closing the door)

Locking the door Neil comes to Avni who is now sitting on bed & makes her stand up,,,he holds her stole which were covering her and was about to remove when Avni stops & turns around Neil holds her by her shoulder and says

Neil(softly):MUJHE HAQ HE.................(Avni turns & hugged him tightly and Neil hugged her back)

[After that i didn't see anything how Neil did her dressing]

After 5 years.......... 

Avni's scars was now vanished,,,Avneil were now a happy couple,,they r leading a happy married life.........................................
