Walk wood slat

Hunt brown rat

With rose dawn

Spotted fawn

Runs through lawn

Then she's gone

As we stare

Big black bear

Gives us scare

Eats red pear

Footsteps shrink

What's that stink?

Makes eyes blink

Startled mink

See brown doe

Hear nose blow

Lying low

Near hedgerow

Barking dog

Chases hog

Hunters jog

Dark boot slog

Small brown lump

Sits on stump

Chipmunk plump

Quickly jumps

Green bullfrog

On brown log

Sits in bog

Under fog

Eagle cries

Way up high

As he spies

Fish swim by

In sunbeams

Waters teem

In cool stream

Small trout gleams

Dragonfly

Swoops from sky

Lands on thigh

Fragile guy

Nighttime boon

A full moon

Hear lone loon

Whispers croon
