Golden dawn slips between

Glass and concrete towers

As we walk city streets

Lined with pots of flowers

Many sun reflections

Early morning dazzle

Shading eyes from sun's glare

Starts our daily frazzle

Shadows are a haven

From bright sunbeam glitter

Drinking morning beverage

As we quickly skitter

Morning in the city

Hints of Mother Nature

Sets aside our worries

Eases daily labor
