Asks little skipping laddie

"Let's go outside and find out"

Daddy says to little sprout

He screws off the bottle's lid

Takes out a wand that is hid

Laddie watches standing near

With soft blows, bubbles appear

Bubbles bounding through the air

Little laddie stops to stare

Colors crossing roll and swirl

Gleeful giggles with a twirl

Running racing bubble chase

Laughing at his bubble race

Popping bubbles with his hands

"Blow more bubbles," he demands

Many bubbles in the air

Bubbles popping in our hair

Kitty swats and bubbles pop

Laddie spinning like a top

When the bubble soap is gone

No more bubbles on the lawn
