When I get to school Monday all I hear about is Joey and Daniels engagement and people asking me questions about what it was like. "Guys leave Ly-Ly alone she needs space too." I hear Eden say from behind me "Thanks Eden, but what's Ly-Ly all about?" I ask "I don't know it's just something cute I thought for you." He says after a few minutes of talking he says he has to get to classes and so he goes. When I'm walking to my class I have a book balanced on top of my work books when I run into a boy with dirty blonde hair, storm gray eyes, and pale skin. He drops his stack of papers and I only loose my book "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry," I say putting my books down when I pick up one of the papers I see a pencil sketch of a girl who looks to be about 7 in the drawing "umm if you don't mind me asking who's this?" "That's my sister. We were separated when I was 11. I've been looking for her for 7 years. All I know is that she goes to this school," He says looking at the drawing "I know what she looks like she has long brown hair, beautiful eyes, and a sweet laugh but it's been to long that now if I heard it I probably wouldn't recognize it. Can you give these to people to help me?" He says looking like he was about to cry. Since Joey and Daniel always tell me to help people when they're hurt I just hug him at first he's stiff and doesn't move but then he hugs me back. This feels right some how. Then it clicked the 7 year old in the sketch, the boy, the way the hug feels right. "Hey if you don't mind can I see your leg?" I say at first he's surprised but he rolls up his pant leg revealing a scar the shape of a knife. "I think I might know who your looking for." I say I see a spark of hope in his eyes "You do please tell me where I can find her." He says looking at me dead in the eye "Your talking to her Joe. It's Lyra." I say at first he looks me in the eye then hugs me and we both just cry and he reassures me that he's with me now and he won't leave me. When a teacher comes out he sees me and Joe hugging and I realize that I've missed all of first period and next is Romanian. "Come with me to class there's someone I want you to meet." I say

When we walk into class I look at Daniel and motion that I wanna talk to him so he tells the class to read until he gets back then walks out with me and Joe right behind him. "Ly what is it? Also who is this boy?" He says looking at me "This boy is my brother Joe. And I wanted to ask if you and Joey could adopt him." I say crossing my arms "Oh Ly honey it's not that easy. Right now me and Joey can't take care of another kid it would be too hard." He says "Fine but did you know that you only have two kids?" I say getting a shocked look from Daniel "What no we have You, Rowan, and Ash. Last I checked that was three." He says looking at me then Joe and then back "Well actually since Joe is of age tomorrow and the contract that you and Joey signed saying that if I found a blood relative that I was willing to live with I would legally be able to go off and live with them." I say and once I'm done Daniels mouth drops wide open "Fine let me talk to Joey." He says after 45 seconds of silence. We go back into class but me and Joe don't pay attention since we grew up talking Romanian.

The rest of the day went slow until pick up. We walked out of school and I saw Joey sitting in his car waiting to pick me up just like every day but today Daniel was walking out with me so when we got to the car. Of course there are girls looking at me like 'why is Ly with Daniel Preda?' Or 'Who is the super hot boy with her?' Yes I guess my brother was hot but I never saw him like that but others did. He looked like a boy version of me but his hair was more blonde and messy. When we get in the car Joey just gives a look at Daniel. "Umm Ly who's this?" Joey says "This is Joe. Joe this is Joey," I say pointing to Joey and Joe "we have to adopt him or else legally he has to go to our house with my mom." I say grabbing his arm "Ly you know we can't do that with the twins and all." Daniel and Joey both reply "I thought it would come to this. Again legally if I find a relative of age and I'm willing to go with them then they can legally take me with no papers or forms. So technically you only have two kids since I'm actually supposed to be with Joe." I say crossing my arms "I become of age tomorrow and so then I can take Ly-Ly and we can leave. We didn't want it to come to this but we did our research." Joe says talking for the first time since he meet Joey or Daniel. With a quick glance Joey and Daniel nod their heads I'm finally with my brother again ,but something good always equals something bad in my life. Soon without knowing it my life would change for the worse with one phone call.
