Greetings Again

Éowren stepped out of her small den and looked to the sky, it was sunny, like always, but it had just stopped raining. The mud underpaw was damp but not enough to actually be sticky mud. A black lynx walked up to Éowren just then and meowed"We are going to one of your old friend's den today." "Who? Green Grass or Rowan and Elderberry or..." Éowren asked, very excited."Amber." The black lynx responded.
"Who again?"
"Amber, the orange cub you played with when you were little."
"Oh! Ok, I can't wait to see her again!"
Who ever Amber is... Éowren thought.

After a morning of packing, the lynxes were off. Éowren carried a bunny under her chin and two voles were stuffed in her mouth while her mother, the black lynx, helped Éowren's father, a white lynx, carry a huge deer. After an hour of complaints and walking with no stop, they arrived at Amber's den. It was a huge tree, towering way above Éowren with a hole in it, probably where you enter. Bushes crowed around the hole to hide it and the sweet scent of food wafted from the tree."Go ahead and knock on the wood so they'll let us in." Her mother meowed. What a strange way of letting someone in... Knock Knock! Éowren pounded on the wood with her paw, making it ache. Soon a gray lynx came to the entrance,"Come in, come in. Let me help you with that." The gray lynx meowed. Éowren walked in, relieved that the gray lynx at the door had taken her rabbit. She set the voles down in a huge prey pile and looked around. There were slabs of stone, and the smell of food wafted from a cold stone near a baby waterfall. Out from a room came a tall, orange lynx with a slab of stone in her paw, for some reason it was shaped like a cat."Hi." The orange lynx meowed."Hello! Are you Amber?" Éowren responded.
"Yes."
"Cooooooooool."
"... Are you Éowren?"
"Yes, that right."
"I haven't seen you in forever."
You've seen me before? Éowren thought.
"How about you go upstairs to Amber's room?" The gray lynx suggested.
"Sure." Amber meowed and lead the way upstairs. Éowren had never climbed stairs or even hear of what an "Upstairs" was so she felt awkward as she climbed up the stairs. There were two rooms, the one on the left contained a smaller lynx meowing and hissing while the right one contained toys, a nest and more. The one on the right was Amber's so she lead Éowren in."This is my room." Amber meowed. "What's this?" Éowren asked as she picked up a flat rock with writings and drawings on it."Careful, that's my cat drawing." Amber responded.
"Coool, what's a drawing?"
"A drawing is when you grab a flat rock and some graphite rock and start moving around the graphite rock on the flat rock to make it look like what you see."
"Ummm, say that again."
"Let me show you, like this..."
Amber sticks her tounge out and puts it on her lip as she draws.
"Oooooooo, a cat! Why doesn't it look like the real thing?"
"Because, it takes practice and skill to see all the areas that need shading, coloring and even just all the details."
"Coooool!!!!!"
