Poseidon's POV

I tried going after my son, but he just tore through the entire place in a blind rage, and I don't know if he knew that it was me in-front of him at one point or if he didn't care but I had to flash out to not be beheaded by his mouth. I reappeared in my seat in the council and I just broke-down crying. The others looked at me in sadness and Aphrodite, surprisingly, came over and helped me calm down enough to speak. 

"I-I don't know what happened to my son" I whispered and then turned to Zeus "what has happened to my son" he was shocked but didn't say anything and we all turned to Hades as he suddenly stood, said something to Apollo and flashed out. 

"What has that about" Hera asked and Apollo was shocked

"Apparently there's a mysterious figure that has just broken into his palace and it making it's way through the underworld" Apollo said "Cerberus has been injured and Mrs O' Leary is missing as well as Blackjack" he flashed out as well and was back a couple minutes later and I spoke

"Why was Blackjack in the underworld, he didn't die, did he?" I asked and Apollo shook his head

"No Percy entrusted Hades to take care of Blackjack and Mrs O' Leary when he went on a quest and he never returned for them since" Apollo said and turned to Zeus "what did you do to Percy without a vote by the council?" 

"I-I thought that Percy turned into a traitor and so I had the Hunt, well, hunt him" he said and Apollo and Artemis burst into outbursts. 

"So you tell me father that you had a hunch and acted upon it without reason and made us hunt and injure the only decent male that was left on this planet!?" Artemis yelled and Zeus nodded making her growl and flash out in silver light. 

"You had no right" Apollo said "and you Athena, you were supposed to spawn the smart ones, but apparently one wasn't smart enough" he flashed out as well leaving Athena crying in her seat and I decided that this meeting was over, and I flashed out as well reappearing at Percy's memorial in my palace. I fell to my knees and sobbed looking up at him scowling and leaning on his sword. 

"Oh my son, what's become of you" I said

Darkness' POV

I ran through the Underworld following the natural tug in my gut that lead me back to Tartarus, as much as I hated the place. Being a monster gave me a natural compass, other than death, to the place and I had to tear through the Underworld to get to it. Really I could've just gone to Greece or something when we discovered Arachne, but I wanted to tear through the Underworld to show them how powerful I was. I had to 'go through' Cerberus as well, but that wasn't much of a challenge. I was running through the third, or fourth level when the shadows next to me opened suddenly and I was slammed sideways by two black shapes. I got up growling and I saw two friends that I never thought that I would see again. 

"Mrs O' Leary, Blackjack" I said "how are you here" 

"Don't you remember, you left us down here when you went on your quest, and you never came back" Mrs O' Leary growled walking up to me "how dare you not come back, we missed you. Me more than him though" she said smiling and turning to Blackjack, who neighed in disapproval. 

"No you did not, I missed him more, and who was the one being given delicacies and special treatment from Cerberus" Blackjack said and Mrs O' Leary looked down in shame with, what was that, a blush?

"Oh does my companion have a crush, or something else" I said and she looked away trying to hide her face, and I turned to Blackjack. 

"Oh no I am not going to talk about what she has done with Cerberus" he neighed and it was all I needed

"You should stay here my friend, and take care of the children in your belly" I said smiling and grateful that someone had found happiness in dark times, and I turned to Blackjack "if you want to come with me to Tartarus and help me destroy him, then please follow, but I am not going to slow down and I am not going to put you in danger without it being your choice, and Mrs. Underworld no more shadow-travel till after they are born, it may hurt them. " she nodded and I gave them one last smile before looking at Blackjack to see him step back, and I sighed. 

"Okay then, but I'll be back for you sometime, maybe even both of you" I said looking at Mrs O' Leary "though I hope not" and then I turned and took off to the entrance that I felt at the edge of the third and fourth levels like a rip between them. I blasted through the doors of the elevator and arrived in the heart of Tartarus, the red sulfurous air smelling and looking like home in a way. I howled and a red portal appeared in-front of me, and my long time enemy came out if it, Tartarus. Wearing full armor with his swirling mask on and a long Pit metal sword in his hand as well as a tightly woven drakon-bone shield. 

"I have been expecting you for a long time" he said and I growled at him letting my wolf armor cover my face, fur, claws, legs, and tail. Making me look a-lot scarier, tougher, and bringing out the evil side of me out as my aura and armor. 

"Oh is the great Tartarus afraid of what, or how strong I've become" I smiled watching his shock-horrified face as he saw the armor come up and felt my aura come out "ever since I got my chains back I have gotten more and more powerful everyday, and now your power isn't even half of what my full power is, not even the full amount of power that I am showing off is my full power and potential" he sneered and got himself back together. 

"Then I'll just have to rip them from your grasp again and keep them forever, it was a big mistake passing them to that puny mortal" he said and then froze in shock as I used his Pit against him, and froze his body. 

"Yes, and it is the last decision you shall ever make again" I said and let him go and immediately after he realized that he was finally free he swiped at me with his sword, and the battle had begun.
