Inside of Fairy Hills, Sprawled in the blankets of a queen sized bed, lays a sleeping Erza Scarlet.

As the sun rises, a glare of light strikes through her window towards her beautiful face. Receiving the annoying flash of light, she lets out a light moan and stirs in discomfort.

Raising a hand to her eyes to take off the grogginess of waking up, she takes the blankets off of her body and rises from her bed. Revealing her choice of sleep wear.

Wanting to have less clothing than usual when she sleeps, she decided to wear a sexy black lacy lineage that hugs her firm bubble butt and massive breasts, showing off her curves. Any man lucky enough to see such a sight would of had an explosive nosebleeds that would have sent them to crocus.

Honestly, Dying from seeing a goddess such as Titania, would of been a good way to go.

As Erza gets up from her bed. She heads to her restroom to do her business and takes a shower, Getting ready for the day.

While doing so, she thinks about the past events.

After the war against Alvarez, things have been more peaceful than usual.

Allthough Fairy tail made a name for themselves during the GMG, the war with Alvarez took the cake. Words spread of the achievements Fairy tail had with the most powerful members of Alvarez.

It only gave more excitement for the fans if they ever get the chance to meet the mages of fairy tail.

But...

...for the dark mages, it was a different story.

All they gained was fear of crossing paths with the fairies.

So they decided to hide, Not wanting to face the wrath of Fairy tail or the allied guilds, they decided to keep it on the down low.

...for now.

But either way, the war wasn't easy to overcome alone. Having to face off against Zeref and his forces, was a hard task. But Fairy tail and the allied guilds never gave up on fighting back. Tears, blood and sweat was a factor that many had to suffer. But such loss was great for the demise of the enemy they faced. By defeating most of the shields and taking out most of the armada, they were coming to a close with the war. After Zeref's defeat by the hands of Natsu Dragneel, the war came to an end.

Until it happened...

Of course, nothing ends so efficiently, defeating Zeref was the easy part. Having to face off the False dragon king, who just suddenly appeared, brought more chaos on the mages of Fiore than Zeref's army combined. The mages in Fiore face of the Dragon counterpart, while the dragon slayers face off the human form of Acnologia.

The battle was well fought on both sides, but in the end...

....it came with Acnologia's defeat, Fairy tail and the allied guilds won against the black dragon. With the 7 dragon slayer defeating his human form in the Ravines of time.

The chaos was finally over, no pun intended.

Thinking through the past of how things have gone. Erza has been keeping her focus on her pyro friend.

Ever since Natsu's battle against Acnologia, he has been acting more differently. He still has his fiery attitude when it comes to brawling with his guild mates, but he gets nervous when he gets in contact with certain people.

One time Mira was delivering the orders to some of the guild mates, one of those being Natsu himself. As Mira closes in on Natsu with a soft smile to give his order, he suddenly runs out the guild looking frightened. It's like he saw a ghost or something!

Another time was when Lucy surprised him by jumping on his back when he was sitting down eating chicken, she was practically pressing her double G breast on his back. She wanted to surprise him with wanting to go out on a mission.

She surprised him alright.

The reaction was instantaneous.

Natsu leapt off of his chair in fright and accidentally throws Lucy into a brawl. He got a Lucy kick to the face for that.

Not knowing what's happening with her beloved pyro friend, she decides to confront him on the matter.

Once Erza was done getting ready with her usual armor. She starts to head out towards her door. That's until someone started knocking from the outside.

"Erza? Are you awake?"

Levy?

Does she need something? Hope it isn't about the "books" She "took" from her room.

As Erza opens the door, she is confronted by a blushing and out of breath Levy.

Concerned by the out of breath bookworm she gently ask what's wrong.

Calming down her heart rate, she spoke with positive energy "Sorry for concerning you! I was just wondering if you could take care of lily while me and Gajeel go on a mission? We wanted to do this one task alone..and we didn't want to bother Lily for this specific mission.." Levy exclaims with a light blush on her cheeks

Take care of lily? That's weird, why would they leave lily behind?

Lily is considered a formidable asset for dangerous tasks on missions, to leave him behind is kinda weird, especially when Gajeel is letting Titania herself take care of the black cat... something's fishy...

"Is there a particular reason for me to take care of him?" Erza said,With a raised eyebrow and crossed arms.

"Well... me and Gajeel want him to take some time off from overworking himself on missions ... you know... take it easy for a while.. and with you being very good at... well... being "persuasive", you might take a load off his shoulders...." Levy said, as she laughs nervously with a light blush, scratching the back of her neck with a bit of embarrassment.

Persuasion isn't much of the word Titania would use to get what she wants. It's either you follow her orders or you get 2 weeks of sleep in a hospital bed.

"What would I get in return for keeping Redfox cat on a leash?" Erza asks as she holds out her hand with an intense stare. " I'll give you any "novels" you want for free" Levy said, as she gives a wide grin, Levy knows Erza wouldn't go against such a deal..

..pervert.

"Deal!" Erza accepts with a sparkling  gaze and a happy smile, she looks like a dog who got her favorite treat. Levy gives Erza a big hug and squeals "Thanks so much! we'll be back in a weeks time" now that she thinks about it what's the mission about? "What is this mission that gives you so much excitement?" Erza said as she gives Levy an accusing glare.

Levy starts sweating bullets. Not wanting to face the wrath of the scarlet knight, she relents. "Well another reason of the mission is that..." she looks up brashly.. "Gajeel and I haven't had much time together and lily would always be with us... we want to be alone for a while to, well, catch up...." becoming more flustered than it is , Levy blushes massively with steam coming out of her ears... she looked like she was about to faint..

Erza was very much in the same predicament as her friend, having to " catch up" has many meanings. How Levy phrased it is very much about being... intimate

"I-I see well I-I hope y-ou have fun!!" Erza said with a red hue on her cheeks. Having said enough, Levy runs out of fairy hills with a red hue on her cheeks and swirly eyes. Leaving Erza with her own devices.

(Sigh) 'They grow up so fast', Erza thought. As she walks out of her room and closes the door, she heads toward the guild, remembering that she needed to talk with the pink headed dragon slayer.

Natsu, p.o.v

What a glorious day to mess around the guild and such... well not really.. especially for the pink haired dragon slayer

"Fuck.."

He can't take it anymore!

The urges have been increasing every passing day. It was 2 weeks ago that Natsu went to the guild to talk about such urges with a certain iron eating dragon slayer. Though he asked about the situation, Gajeel brushed off his concern with saying he'll be fine. Although he thought of not concerning himself with his problem, as Gajeel said. It didn't work!

His urges still haven't left his system.

So today, he'll get his answers. Even if Gajeel has to take a Fire Dragon King fist to the face.

So as usual, with a signature kick through the doors and a big 'hello' and 'good morning' coming from all directions from all the other guild mates, he walks in with fast strides.

Going to the bar he sits on a chair, declining Mira of any food for he wasn't hungry. Food might as well make him nauseas for his current circumstances.

Going with the task in hand, Natsu starts looking from left and right, not seeming to find Gajeel. Weird, where could he be? Not having a scent on him in the area, It must mean he's out doing a mission or something

Damn it! He might as well set off to look for him.

He can't handle the feeling anymore..!

The urgency of the situation is bad enough in a way that he wishes to go on a mission for a couple of weeks to get his mind out of the gutter. He even asked Lisanna to keep Happy with her for a while, Lisanna didn't understand why but she went with it. His dragon instincts have been going wild for him to mate, forcing himself to do something he'll likely regret. Being in close proximity with the hottest woman in magnolia is not the best idea yet. Like, seriously, running from Mira hospitality and throwing Lucy to kingdom come was not a rational solution to his problems. He needs to leave for a while, but he still wanted a different solution.

That's why he was going to ask Gajeel for some help, to at least ask him what he could do. But seeing that not happening, he decided to go with his next plan. He'll just have to suck it up and stay locked up in his own home, nothing much of it. Just a couple of days,he hopes, he'll probably go back to normal.

Making his decision, he was about to get up and head towards the exit.

Just when Natsu was going to leave the guild and shut himself in his home. The doors were opened by a person well known in the guild, someone who would bark orders and give the scariest glares to anyone she deems worthy of her punishments, Erza Scarlet.

Although you would think she'd start yelling for everyone to start putting things in order,she only seemed to be looking for someone instead. As she looks around the guild she sees the person she was looking for, she stalks up to him with a fast but slow paste.

Walking across the hall as furniture was being thrown and brawls kept ensuing, but less roudier than before. She goes to the counter and sits right next to the person she wanted to talk to.

Erza meets the gaze of the pyro, who is having a nervous breakdown, she speaks.

"Hello Natsu, how are you doing today?" She asks nicely as she stares at him with a loving gaze and a soft smile.

Not expecting such a warm gesture by the scarlet knight, his mind turns into mush from her smile. Yes, Natsu could be dense sometimes, but was by no means dense as a rock, no sir. He knows when a girl is beautiful or pretty, even cute. He could say that keeping a dense attitude is what gets him out of bad situations of having to comment on a woman's appearance, women could honestly be hard to understand. From wanting your opinion to later beating the shit out of you because you answered truthfully, woman.

But there's one girl who he considers giving his positivity about her appearance, well worth it getting a beat down with an inch of his life. The woman being strong and sexy, while having a sweet tooth, she keeps a nice figure and looks like a goddess. The way she was looking at him was that of a caring lover wanting to blow his problems away.

Ah,his dear Erza,what he could do to ravage that body to next week...

Natsu shakes his head and pinches himself on his left forearm until he draws blood, not showing what he did to himself as he wipes it on his back. He looks straight to her eyes with a nervous glint and a shaky smile, trying to be convincing with his normal feisty personality... but damn is it hard to resist wanting to push her over the counter and pound her till she breaks.... damn fucking dragon instincts!

Natsu gives her a small wave above his head with a small sweat in his brow and gives her a wide shaky grin,"How's it g-going Erza? Had a good night sleep?" He could smell her so well...since she's sitting right next to him... their hips are two inches apart..smells like strawberries with vanilla... was it weird that he wants to "eat" her up?.. duh.. fucking instincts are about to go ballistic...

Erza was eating a cheesecake that she ordered while Natsu was having his inner turmoil, Erza gazes from her cheese cake to him while licking off some frosting she had on her lips, she likes that frosting with her strawberry... wonder if she would try licking his "frosting" from

....WAIT, STOP!!!

She is your best friend for fuck sakes!!!

No... He knows that it's more than that..

"Yes, I had a good night's rest and I feel more energized than usual" Erza said, she keeps staring at him with her loving gaze. Why is she staring at him like that? Does she see something on his face or something? What is it!! Wait her face changed to concerning, what now? Erza moves her left hand toward him. What is she doing? As she lays the palm of her hand on his forehead, like checking someone's temperature? Why??Oh wait, why is he breathing so heavily..?

Erza has noticed how Natsu would look at her weirdly. Is he not feeling alright? He looks like he's sweating a lot.. and he's breathing heavily, does he have a fever? He's really red! Maybe he's sick!

As she decided to see if her assumption was right or not, she drags her hand through his wavy hair to his forehead and yep, he's burning up!

Erza shows her concern as she grabs his hand and pulls him from his chair. Not trying to bringing attention to themselves, she quietly speaks to him, "You are burning up Natsu..this isn't normal we need to go to porlyusica..-!"

She was about to drag him to their guilds healer when he suddenly pulls his hand forcefully from hers, she looks at him with wide eyes and sees how his head is lowered with his hair shadowing over his eyes.

Before Erza asks what's wrong, he suddenly runs towards the guilds exit, leaving like a bullet.

Having caused such a display, everyone stopped what they were doing to look outside the guild in confusion then to look back toward the scarlet knight. What happened? Was there an argument? Did Erza say something offensive? Did Natsu finally talk back to the Mighty Titania ? No one made a single sound until..

Erza looks at the whole guild with a death glare, promising pain if they questioned her about the situation.

Everyone went back to what they were doing in an instant while sweating bullets, no one, And I mean NO ONE wants to die today.

So they let it go and acted like they saw nothing.

After she stopped giving her death glare to the guild, she thought of the situation. Did she do something to him? Was having close contact to much for comfort? Whatever it is, he shouldn't be acting like that. For god sake, they bathed together and would practically see each other NAKED.. and those "nights" she'd have with him. Especially when they bathe together, Natsu would wash her back and see her naked form but now he gets flustered at having any eye contact with her? It seems she has no choice but to go after him and see what's wrong.

With the idea set, she re-quips into her flight armor and heads around magnolia at fast speeds to look for the fire dragon slayer. Having caused said commotion herself, she left the guild bewildered at the current events. Now she's looking for Natsu?

He did do something!

Is she on the hunt for blood? May god be with him and that they hope to see their pink dragon slayer in one piece.

Erza going on said "Hunt" has been looking out for the pinky for a while. Having already looked around all over magnolia, she would ask people if they've seen the fire dragon slayer.

Of course they would see him at first sight! He has freaking pink hair!

But he went right past their sights!

In the end, she couldn't find him, and the sun was already setting down. Was she really looking for him all afternoon? She didn't even notice. Must've been her worry for him.

But...

...Why go so far for him?

It's because he would probably do the same thing if she were in a tight spot. Even when she was in a bad mood and would beat the crap out of him for no reason, he would try to help lessen her foul mood and try to make her smile.

What's this feeling that's in her chest? It's a warm fuzzy feeling.... it feels... nice.

As she thinks about Natsu... she has these happy and warm thoughts... why does she feel the need to feel his warmth? She doesn't know, for now, she has to keep looking. But where else could he be? ....

Erza's eyes widen in realization.

Of course! In the forest! That's where he lives, what an idiot!

With the Plan set, she sets off to Natsu's home.

As Erza goes through the forest, she finally reaches Natsu's home...?

Erza looks at the house of the salamander with amazement.

Natsu's house has been renovated, now having two floors, something she didn't know about.

When did he build it in the first place?

No matter, she'll get her answers. As she brings out a mace from her inventory to break down the front door.. she stops as she hears footsteps coming from behind her. As she turns around she sees Natsu walking towards her with his head lowered and his hair shadowing his eyes from her sight. At first she was about to demand for some answers but then she sees him stop tensely and looks up at her with an animalistic hunger, something that stops her advances of giving a piece of her mind.

The stare he was giving her made a shiver go up her spine.

What was that?

What Erza didn't notice at first was his lack of clothing. Natsu, Being wet for some unknown reason, has his upper body open showing his rock hard abs in all their glory and his chiseled chest that looks like it was crafted by the gods...

...in her opinion.

What the? What is she thinking!!

Knowing she ogled to much, she becomes flustered.

Erza directs her glazed eyes at the ground with a red hue on her pale cheeks. Why was she...?

Erza shakes her head and looks back up to the pyro.

No!she didn't come to set her eyes on his sexy bo-!!

Nope, not at all!

Getting back to her usual strict persona, she looks up ...

..to see his animalistic stare, something that makes her freeze again. But not only that, when did he cut the distance between them? What? When did he get so close? Their noses are so close to touching.

Their breaths linger, something that makes her face heat up.

Erza has a deep flush on her face but doesn't look away,"N-n-natsu...? What's wrong?" She asks concerningly.

No response, he just keeps staring at her with a predatory stare. Like she was his prey ready to be ravaged, something that made her gulp with nervousness. What's wrong with him?

She was about to knock some sense into her friend by beating him to the ground, but decided to go with another route, violence isn't always the answer.

Erza deciding to do something else, something she's done before, raising her hands, she presses them on his cheeks. She starts to smoothly caress them, trying to calm him down with her touch.

Natsu, Not expecting her touch, nuzzles into her  hands and closes his eyes.

it felt nice....

He lets a rumble out of his chest, surprising the redhead.

(Rrrrr)

Natsu was purring, what the hell? Erza was not expecting that from her fellow guild mate. But she doesn't stop her advances, it seemed to help him relax and not look at her like a piece of meat, something that got her excited at first ...?

Ah Erza, you and your fetishes.

Natsu opens his eyes slowly, he looks at Erza with a softer gaze, as she keeps caressing his face lovingly. Hee starts to slowly bring his hands to her's.

As he grabs them, he pulls them away to look at them. Erza releases a soft gasp, she doesn't retort, she lets him have his way with her hands.

With that in thought. Erza, still having her armor, of course has her armored gloves.

Natsu, Not liking them one bit from his advances to her pale hands, something he wants to grab dearly, melts the armored gloves.

Surprised by the action of the pyro , she tries to pull away, thinking she would get burned by the flames. At first that's what she thought but it didn't burn her, it just made her hands feel warm. Something that stops her panic, but still left her stunned by the events.

Has he always had such good control over his flames?

Seeing as her hands are now in the clutches of the mighty salamander, she waits with bated breath for what he does next. She sees how he brings her hands towards his face close to his mouth, his eyes sparkle with adoration.

Finally, he does something.

Her face goes crimson.

Having such soft and beautiful pale hands on his own fingertips makes him want to

... clean them?

No, lick them.

That's what he does next.

Natsu takes her left hand and starts licking each of her fingers at a slow pace, he would nibble her fingertips, her fingers would twitch from the tease. His left hand is occupied as it interlocks with her right hand in a firm hold, not wanting to let her go.

He could see how she stares at him with a red hue with her lips parted as she pants.

A scene he finds adorable.

Still looking at her with an animalistic gaze, he sets his task on her hand.

For the past few minutes he goes through the same work with having to lick her fingers at a slow pace and giving them butterfly kisses, he also would give the same treatment to the other hand, going on rotation on toying with the knights pale and soft hands.

His ears twitch, a slight grin spreads his lips

Ah ... yes

At that moment he finally hears it...

..he will never forget the sound that comes from those juicy pink lips of hers.

Erza didn't understand.

Why does she let it go on... ? Why doesn't she retaliate to his passionate touches?

Erza doesn't understand what Natsu is doing.
Why is he doing this to her? Why is he licking her fingers like that... and kissing them with his warm lips? Should she stop him now before he regrets it later? But she can't... it feels so good having him kiss and lick her fingers like that, he's treating them like some sort of lollipops. Oh no, she's about too...

Having such relentless attacks against her fingers was already too much for her to handle, from his close proximity and warm touches...

...the way he admires her fingers and plays with them. She couldn't help but let out her voice.

"Aaah~!"

Her voice was like a beautiful melody, making his heart beat at a faster pace than usual. As he dwells with her expressions and her voice. She looks at him in bliss with half lidded eyes.

She stares at him ...her eyes show want..

...is she begging him for more..?

How could he resist such temptations? But...

He gets closer to her, he lets go of her hands, something that greatly disappoints her, as she shows it by trying to reach out for them, to feel his warmth again. Something he doesn't allow as he grabs her wrists, making her release a gasp, he starts going forward forcing her to step backwards. He pushes her back on his front door, she's cornered.

Taking her wrists, he raises them above her head and watches as she squirms by his stone expression as he stares at her with half lidded eyes, his mouth formed in a thin line. She would have thought of fighting back, but feels to weak too do so... why?

She stares at his neutral expression with her flustered one, why does he stop his sudden advances?

Having enough with his stony gaze, Erza gives him a questioning stare while still looking flustered, she tried to get off his grasp, but she couldn't...was he always this strong? Erza looks back at the pyro, a beat of sweat rolls down her pale cheek.

Natsu looks at the flustered maiden, he gives up on his emotionless facade and gives a half lidded stare while showing his green slitted eyes, a sexy smirk displayed on his lips.

Why taunt her so much with so little action? What did he want?

He lowers his face towards hers and presses his lips on her nose, she releases a small squeak from the action. Her face red as he glides his lips slowly to her right cheek..... he stops above her lips..

Erza shudders as his breath collides with hers. She moves her eyes towards his without moving a muscle. It finally dawned to her why he hasn't done anything ...

..Is he waiting for her permission?

"Why do you want me to make the decision...?" She whispers, her eyes in question as he stays in her personal space.

Natsu's eyes widen in surprise.

Why.....? Why does he wait for her permission? What's holding him back?

Ah...yes... that's why...

With a light chuckle, He responds as he stares at her.

"Do you...?" She stares at him, "Do you like me...no...Do you love me, Erza ...?" he asks in a whisper, he shoots her a pleading gaze to seek his answer. He fears of her rejection...

something that will hurt him....

Yes, Natsu has known of Erza's love for a certain azure haired man for a while now.

For god sakes! The moment he was parted from his crimes, Erza went to him like a lost puppy. She wanted nothing but to recuperate lost time like there was no tomorrow!

It made him feel empty for a bit, even if it was for a couple of weeks, he wanted to keep her close by his side.

At first, he didn't understand such emotions that built up in his stomach, his heart would ache in pain.He probably thought of it as wanting food or something. But the feeling never left even if he had his fill.

So he decided to go to Porlyusica.

He asked for her help on the matter, although she was annoyed, she listened. She asked what he was feeling and such, he explained what his symptoms were and when they started.

The healer stared at him with a deadpan face at first , something that greatly annoyed him, he was ready to throw a tantrum.

He was about to tell her some nonsense, but he stops the moment she opens her mouth. She gave him the answer to his problems, with a knowing look, she gave him a soft smile. She says one word...

Jealousy

He was told the details of such words, yes.

It seems he understands it now, jealousy.
How he got the feeling and why he had it? It's of knowing that someone he cherishes in his heart... is with another, something the fairy healer told him about.

He was in love with Erza Scarlet.

Having to find out about his own feelings towards the redhead, he wished to someday take her from the clutches of that man.

But that was not necessary

In the end... Jellal committed a terrible sin, leaving Erza depressed.

The timing couldn't be any more of a coincidence, but it happened.

Being there at the time, he gave her his support. Being there for her, he was Hoping to confess his love too. But... such action couldn't be done, she was hurting... he gave her her space...he'd wait for the right time to say his true feelings...

Yes...

That time is now, to receive the answer he craves...Now is the moment of truth.. will Natsu have to deal with a broken heart.. or will Erza accept his love..

Widening her eyes, she thinks about the question for a second as she stares at his gaze. Does she love Natsu..? Is it where the warm feeling in her chest comes from every time their close to each other? From having to think about him..?

With his attitude and personality you'd think he wouldn't be much for Erza Scarlet. But.. he's always been there for her.. he's done so much for her.. how couldn't she accept his love?

Especially on that day...

When her heart broke into a million pieces..

Erza smiles softly.

... only later did she feel more alive...

..she has the fire dragon slayer to thank for that..

Flashback*

It's been a couple of weeks since Jellal has been partend of his crimes. Erza would spend time with him, trying to build up the lost time that they've been separated. She wanted to cherish new memories together.

She just hoped to rebuild their feelings towards each other...

At first it was fine, Erza and Jellal had some normal conversations about the past and future, nothing much. But Jellal has always had a far out look in his eyes during their discussions, he was spacing out on her. Not really paying much attention to her voice. He would sometimes give excuses of having to take care of something at his guild. Not wanting to make him wait to do what he must, she lets him go.

Her first thought was him lurking around for information about some sort of danger that was to come...

No, something was amiss ...But she didn't give much thought about it though, she wanted to think about the present.

Erza having her thoughts back on track during the time, decided to ask Jellal out on a date, something he hasn't done.

Although he accepts the invitation, he looked rather nervous. Why?

She gave it no mind again, She'll find out on their date!

She decided the location of where they would meet. The park in magnolia,with that idea set, She would finally tell him her feelings, she hopes he accepts them...

How wrong she was..

Deciding to meet at the location at 7 pm, Erza took her time on dressing up.

Wanting to look sexy for her date, she wore an elegant red dress that reached past her knees while wearing matching red heels, with her hair done in a bun above her head.

Walking with fast strides, not wanting to be late for her date, she gets nervous as she closes in to the location she would meet up with Jellal, but her nervousness disappears.

The sight before the maiden leaves her stunned.

Right before her very eyes is Jellal with an elegant navy blue suit that matches with his hair. Something she would say looked good on him, but it wasn't the way he looked that stunned her... but what he was doing.

There he was, pinning Ultear Milkovich, clothed with a white dress, on a tree, having a heated kiss.

What..? Why...

Why would he do this...?

Such display before her, she couldn't handle it.

Not able to see the sight before her any longer.
With a broken heart and tears rolling down the corners of her eyes, she begins to take steady steps backwards. She didn't want to alarm the couple, it would be too much.

Not paying attention behind her, she collides with something hard... but warm? turning around slowly... she sees the object blocking her path... no...

... a person.

She sees a surprising sight.

... she wasn't expecting to see him at such an hour.

Natsu Dragneel, Still wearing his casual clothing with his white scarf around his neck.Their he stood tense and looking towards the other occupants in the park. Who are still currently smashing their faces against each other, trying to mold their bodies into one, he could hear the sounds they make...

And the smell...

Disgusted, he looks down at the red beauty...

..only to see a sight that makes his insides boil

Erza was crying

She cries silently in anguish, nuzzling her face on his hands, trying to stop her own tears with his calloused hands. She cries of pain, He doesn't like it, not one bit.

If she cries of hurting, it brings pain to his heart, he'd rather see her cry tears of joy.

Having cleaned her last tears, he grabs her hand. Silent, he turns around and he starts walking out of the park with a slow steps, Erza in toe while having a gaze void of emotion.

Getting out of the park, he leads her towards the forest.

Passing through many trees, Walking down a trail of dirt, they reach their destination. An open space... they reach a familiar area... his home.

Going to his door with a lifeless Erza Scarlet behind him, still holding her hand, he opens the door to his home, he comes into a clean living room.

Whys it clean? Natsu had enough of having visitors complain of his way of keeping organized.

He showed them!

Leading Erza to his sofa, he sits her down slowly by the shoulders. He didn't want to put her more stressed out than she already is.

He helps on taking her heels off, wanting her to feel comfortable as she sits.

Standing up straight, he plans to go to the kitchen to get some tea, to calm their nerves. He sweat drops though, the thought of making tea... he might as well just give boiled water.

He'll think of something though.

Having the idea set, He starts heading towards the kitchen...

But he stops walking,  the feeling of something soft and cold grabs his hand.
Looking back at Erza, he stares at her with worry.

Erza has her head lowered with red locks shadowing her eyes, he felt her hand shake then he hears sniffling. He frowns.

she's crying again.

Erza finally looks up, she stares at him with red shut eyes, tears rolling down the corners of her eyes. Something that makes Natsu freeze.

he won't stand it...having to see the scarlet knight suffer...to cry in anguish

..not any more.

He sits down on her right side, he takes his arm and secures it around her shoulders, bringing her close to his shoulder to lean on. She sets her head on his shoulder, her lips quiver.

He didn't have to wait much longer, she began to sob.

..having the chance to let out all of her pain, she took it.

She sobs and sobs, Time passes to minutes to a couple of hours, Natsu doesn't try to console her at the moment, she needs to let it out.

He feels the tremors of Erza's body lessen, a signal he takes that she was done releasing her pain.

Hearing nothing but soft breathing, he thought she was asleep from being tired. The dragon slayer goes into thought... thinking of his home and it's Bedding.

He began to sweat.

No, The dragon won't let the scarlet knight sleep in such arrangements, he'd rather not be on the receiving end of 100 swords, he shivers.

With the decision made, Natsu is going to have take her home so she could rest more comfortably, he did not want her to deal with his hammock.

Still in the same sitting position, He was about to carry her to fairy hills. When suddenly, she grabs his sleeve. He looks at her hand then to her hidden expression that's cascaded by her hair.

Tense silence.

Erza raises her head, their faces not much apart from each other since she was leaning on his shoulder for comfort, they were only an inch away from each other. They're breaths collide, Natsu goes into a cold sweat, 'so close!', he thought.

She stares at him with bloodshot eyes, something that makes him grimace.

She starts speaking for the first time of the night

Her voice broken accompanied with a saddened gaze, she asks Natsu a question.
"Was..was..I.. not enough for him?" her brown eyes were ready to let out more waterworks,her lips begin to quiver.

She feels betrayed, knowing that the man she used to love is with another woman... was just too hard to pass ...

Erza was about to wallow up more into her saddened state... but her tremors stop abruptly..

His voice...

His words ...words that would make her feel ...alive again...

Plus he does something else that warms her heart...

Natsu stares at Erza with shock, he didn't expect such a question.

But he needs to say something.

He begins to speak, his words are spoken with all of the sincerity he has, "It's not that you weren't enough..." he tells her"...it's that Jellal made a big mistake, breaking your heart .. to let go of such a beautiful... kind...smart.. and strong woman like you out of his grasp..." she blushes at the compliments as she stares at his loving gaze "Erza...it's his loss for choosing wrong" He grabs her neck and puts her head on his chest while laying his chin atop of her head, he whispers to her with a fond voice "any man would wish to have such a wonderful woman like you Erza... I know I would"

he softly kisses her temple, something that warms her heart greatly

How he makes her warm up and feel so loved... she can't help but feel thankful for having someone like Natsu in her life. Making herself comfortable on his chest, she wraps her arms around his upper back. She later closes her eyes to snuggle on his chest.

For some time in the night they sit together on the couch, embracing each other. Natsu gives her comforting words to stop her gloominess.

Although she keeps her eyes closed, she listens to his words, paying close attention so she could keep the compliments he enlists about her in her memory bank.

Who would've thought that Natsu Dragneel could be so good with words? She guesses he could be mature at times too.

Still Keeping her in his embrace, Natsu tilts his head a bit, he looks at the clock on the wall, time flies. It's been three hours after the drama that's happened. Since it was already late, he thought of escorting Erza back to her abode. He doesn't want her to suddenly come across the tattooed fellow, he'd go berserk on his ass.

Natsu raises his chin from atop of Erza's head and looks down to her face, he smiles softly.

What a sight.

Erza, having loved the warmth coming off her fellow pink haired friend, dozes off on his chest. Having let her hair loose from the bun, some hair would cover her right eye, she snores softly as she sleeps with a small smile, her face content.

Although he didn't want to wake her up, he also didn't want to discomfort her by sleeping in his home. His Hammock isn't much for comfort really, sleeping on the couch? Might as well sleep on the damn floor.

Natsu, making up his mind, Brings his right arm from around her, careful not to do something he'll regret, he moves his hand to nudge her right shoulder slowly, " Erza...". Her eyelids start to flutter slowly, she releases a tired sigh as she wakes up from her light nap. She looks up at Natsu's neutral expression with a questioning gaze from his chest, her eyes half lidded.

The warmth of a campfire is what she feels, how she didn't take the chance to be by his side every time to feel such ecstasy, she would gladly take it.

So being woken up from dozing off his warmth gave her displeasure but she stops from the thought.

He woke her up for something...why? She doesn't want to... doesn't he know how comfy he is?

He ignores the face of displeasure coming from the redhead.

Seeing that he got her attention, he dwells on telling her the time and wanting to take her home.

Erza's eyes widen a bit, she frowns from the thought, she was displeased with having to leave his side. She doesn't want that, she keeps her arms wrapped around his upper body with a firmer grip, she nuzzles her face on his chest. Something he notices, he looks down at her with a questioning gaze, a light blush grows on his cheeks. Does she not want to leave?

Erza tilts her head back from his chest to look up at his questioning gaze , she gives a look of wanting with a small frown, she begins to plead, her voice comes out in a whisper. "Please... let me stay with you.." she lays her face back on his chest, her arms still wrapped around him "let me have the chance to feel your warmth... I don't want to be alone tonight..." She hugs him tighter, shaking a little as she buries her face deeper into his chest "Please..."

Natsu was surprised, honestly. You would never expect the Fairy Queen to beg.

Though it was something he considered bad...He couldn't get the feeling off his chest...he felt really ... good.

The fact that she wanted to stay with him, warms his heart.

Looking down at the redhead as she hugs him with all her might, he takes his hand to her red locks, stroking his fingers through her hair. A small purr escapes the knighness as she nuzzles onto his hand. A smile appears on his face from the action, he chuckles later as he sees her face grow a heavy blush, she stares up at him with her nose still buried on his chest, she stares at him with glazed eyes. Natsu gives her a loving gaze with a soft smile , something that makes the redhead hide herself back to his warm confines, not wanting to show herself from her embarrassing actions.

It seems he'll have a guest over for the night, but it will mostly be for comforting his friend.... Also, he wouldn't like someone from the guild to see her current state, even if they wanted to know what's gotten her so depressed, she would probably shun them away, her feelings would bottle up. Something that would be devastating.

No, she will return to the guild with the same strict gaze and bark orders, have a happy cat expression after eating her first bite of strawberry cake.

He will make her feel whole again, no matter what it takes.

With that in thought, Knowing she would rather stay then go back to Fairy Hills, he decided that they should get more comfortable.

Natsu, while being hugged by the scarlet maiden, started to pat her back, getting her attention, she looks up from his chest with eyes that clearly speak cuteness,something that deserves a wording of kawai!!!, but he keeps his face sincere as he speaks with a fond whisper "Alright... but let's get more comfortable, neh?"Looking up at his fond gaze, she nods. Understanding what he means, she slowly releases him from her clutches and stands up, Natsu following suit.

Erza, with a red hue on her pale cheeks, feels flustered by her actions.

But it was worth it!

Such scene wasn't kept hidden from the Fire dragon slayers eyes, He looked at her flustered expression, is she giddy on her feet?

He shrugged off the thought, the scarlet knight excited of staying over,honestly, not for a while.

Shaking his head out of the gutter, he starts to undress, he takes off his vest, sandals and scarf, staying with his white trousers.

Leaving his worked out chest and abdomen out in the open, plus his strong arms.... something that Erza is used to seeing..

Not paying attention to the redheads turmoil, Natsu Lays his vest on the coffee table close to the couch, he then sits back down, he waits for Erza to change into her night wear, but he sees her spacing out, he looks at her with his toothy grin, a raised brow in question at her direction.

Not wanting to keep him waiting, she glows brightly for a bit. Once the light dies down... the pyro was in for a big surprise...

Being released from the dragon slayers hands, Erza took the chance to wrap her arms around his back, calming his tremors in his body. She then lays her head on his shoulder with her face close to his neck, she closes her eyes to bask in his warmth.

Natsu closes his eyes and wraps his own arms around her waist while putting his chin atop of her head, he inhales the intoxicating scent of her hair.

Finally, The answer he was craving for...
