Two hours and seventeen minutes, had passed since the infection first reached the school; at 1:33 PM.
Now that the time is 3:05 PM, the whole campus of Fujimi Academy has long since gone quiet.

The 16 students who escaped to the rooftop were all sitting around the Astronomy Club room, as they listen to their once living classmates bang on the barricade they set up. Some of the students on the rooftop, would cry in sadness when a scream of pain would rang out from somewhere.
Everyone is sad, they had to watch in despair, horror and fear when they would look on the ground floor of the school and see several students trying desperately to run, fight or escape the walking corpses. And fail miserably as they were killed by not paying attention or saw a familiar face and froze up which caused their death.

"Why... Why is this happening..?" A voice spoke up catching everyone else's attention and the other students turn to the voice to she Toshimi Niki next to her boyfriend, Jiro Kamata. "There has to be a reason.... Maybe if we can figure out what caused it, we can stop it. Or... At least protect ourselves..." Jiro wheezed out, as his throat started getting sore and dry all of a sudden.

"...We need to look around.... Find matches or a lighter around here somewhere... If we don't make a fire now..... We will be fucked, when it gets dark...." Then all of a sudden, Jiro started coughing up blood which caught everyone's attention.
As Toshimi held Jiro's arm the other students (except for Takashi) moved away from him. They all saw what happens to people once they get bit...

Jiro Kamata.... Was going to turn into a zombie...

The others watched in sadness and horror as Jiro started coughing up blood and as blood started running down his eyes and nose. He was dying.... Slowly and painfully....

"....Why.... Why. He got bit just a little. So why does it look so horrible....?" Toshimi asked out loud as tears ran down her face.... "....So...it..is just like the movies.... They bite, you. And that's it..." Jiro said as he accepted that his life was over, "But it can't be ture! Anything that happened in movies can not happen!!"

The other students kept quiet, as they looked at the couple in sadness, "But it DID happen. Too everyone else....." Jiro knew he was going to die, so he reached into his gakuen blazer pocket and pulled out a white box, tide in a red ribbon, and gave the box to Toshimi who looked at it in surprise as tears fell from her eyes... "... I was going to give you that tonight... But as things are now..... I want you to promise me something...." Toshimi looked up at her boyfriend as she clutched her gift to her chest, ".....I want you to live a long... Happy life with someone.... And not give up..... Keep fighting for as long as you can..... I-I ......L-Lo----!" Before Jiro could finish speaking, he coughes up more blood and falls to the concrete floor screaming in pain as he clutches his chest, the other students watch helplessly in despair as Jiro dies and Toshimi scream's and begs for him to live....

As the scream's finally stop the body of Jiro Kamata, lays on the floor dead and gone. His girlfriend; Toshimi Niki cries on his chest in despair. Everyone else keeps quiet letting the girl mourn in peace, the others were looking down in sadness but Takashi was standing up and looking at Jiro's corpse when he saw the fingers twitched.
Takashi takes a deep breath, as he grips his bat and moves towards the dead body.

"Get away from him, Niki."

The sudden voice caught everyone's attention as they turn their eyes to Takashi who was walking to Toshimi, and they remember what happens to people, once they get BIT.

"Why....? What are going to do...?" Toshimi looks at Takashi's bat and everything clicked, "NO! Please no! He is not turning!! He is not turning into one of THEM! Jiro's special!!"

"Get away from him..." Takashi spoke the truth, but before he could act, both Rei Miyamoto and Naomi Hashimoto stood up and moved the crying girl away from her dead boyfriend. Once Toshimi was out of arms length of the corpse, said corpse started moving and stood back up moaning and groaning. The teen's silver eyes are not completely white as the Iris and pupil shrunk down in sizes. The once pale tan skin was now an ash gray color, with dark circles around the eyes...

As the corpse groaned in hunger and started limping to the teenagers, Takashi raised his bat and said:

"I am sorry this happen to you, Jiro Kamata. May you finally rest in peace."

And just like that, Takashi charged at the moving corpse and killed it. It was soon followed by a female voice shouting out.

"Noooooooooooooooo!!!"
