History: An artist who can create perfect forgeries of great art to replace the originals for art thieves to steal before they got stolen. He used the Collection piece to help make any normal object into masterpieces of art. He then developed a technique that allowed him to turn anything into anything without the need for his Collection piece.

Trivia: This piece resembles Gunmazin in his tiki form from Chouriki Sentai Ohranger. The name is inspired by the song Who Made Who by AC/DC and is a reference to art forgery.
