History: Son of Texas the Kid Lupin. Unlike most members of the Lupin family, Thomas was more advanced in his mind than his body. He used the Collection piece to help power his invention better than steam-powered. He then developed a technique that allowed him to summon an electric attack through his gun.

Special Technique: Lighting Shoot; allows him to shoot electricity out of his gun to tazer his opponents and power machines.

Trivia: This piece resembles the Zyudenchi from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. The name is inspired by the song Thunder and Lightning by Argent and is a reference to electrocution.
