History: An honorary knight and son of Yoshito Lupin who founded the Lupin Order: a watch of knights made by thieves who steal from corrupt nobility. He used the Collection to help disguise his weapons to make them appear like props in a theater play.

Trivia: This piece resembles Goggle Pink's Pink Ribbon from Dai Sentai Goggle V. The name is inspired by the song Dress You Up by Madonna and is a reference to kidnapping.
