History: A master ninja and master chef of Japan who had invented sushi and opened a restaurant to use as a cover for his thievery against the corrupt shogun. He used the Collection piece to help jump far distances to rob shogun castles. He then developed a technique that allowed him to jump far distances.

Trivia: This piece resembles Pink Flash's Prism Boots from Choushinsei Flashman. The name is inspired by the song Jumpin' Jack Flash by Rolling Stones and is a reference to resisting arrest.
