Found: This Collection piece was found in the 1980s in Paris France by the Gentleman Thief and Collection Engineer; Arthur Lupin.

[Arthur Lupin]

History: Son of Arsène Lupin. After his father gathered the Lupin Collection, Arthur found the Collection piece and used it for his thievery calling himself the Phantom Lupin. Even with a firearm as his weapon, Arthur continues following the most important Lupin family rule: 'A Lupin must never steal a life'. Unlike all members of the Lupin family, Arthur never developed a new technique.

Trivia: The name is inspired by the song "Change the World" by Eric Clapton.
