Day 4

"You're, uh, kinda bold with your statements." Blossom said.

Butch shrugged, "Are you telling me to not be myself?"

"Yup." Boomer said.

"No! I'm just saying maybe you can tone it down some." Blossom said.

Boomer rolled his eyes as he opened the marker cap. He started to color in but grumbled as Brick let out a loud snore. Brick decided to ignore everyone by sleeping real loudly. But Boomer feels that he's faking, also Boomer is angry that everyone is making to much noise. He's trying to finish his History homework, the typical color in the map.

Butch opened his binder and looked at Brick. He still felt like he went to far yesterday. Granted Butch doesn't know personal space, he's an only child who knows no boundaries. He always been loud, very open-minded and not afraid to say what's on his mind. So when he finally gets to met his hero, Nobody, the famous painter for the underdogs, Butch is gonna act like a little kid.

He sighed and closed his binder. He has zero patience for homework so he can't see why he's going to try. Butch hummed as he tap his foot on thr floor. Buttercup looked over and noticed he didn't have a tray or trying to snatch food off her plate. She caught that he's trying to avoid any sight of food. Buttercup pressed her lips together, grabbing her chocolate milk.

"Are you alright?" Buttercup asked him.

Butch nodded.

"You haven't gotten any lunch, usually you chow down on everything. So, why not?"

He shrugged.

"If you're trying to lose weight, you should know that not eating isn't healthy."

"Ain't trying to lose weight. I'm trying to think. Which is rare so, if you will."

She frowned, "You thinking? The world must be ending or aliens probed your body!"

Butch laughed and rolled his eyes. He grabbed his binder, raising it up high as he looked at Brick. All teens looked at Butch, shaking their heads 'no'. Butch smirked and slammed the binder on the table. The noise of echoed throughout the lunchroom but Brick didn't budge.

"Maybe he's out cold." Bubbles suggested.

"What is your plan when he wakes up?" Boomer asked.

Butch shrugged, "I am planning to apologize. I know I come off a bit strong, so I'm saying the most forbidden words known to mankind."

"Sorry we don't have Sprite?" Bubbles asked.

They looked at her, she opened her bottle of soda and took a small drink. She looked around and shrugged. Butch put his hand on her shoulder then shook his head. Bubbles frowned.

"No sweetie, I meant s-s-sorry." Butch said.

"You sound like you're gonna pass out by saying them. I think you need to pratice." Boomer said.

"Thank Grumpy Gary, also you have ketchup on your face." Butch said.

"Nope that's you. Little fact about me, I hate ketchup. Smells and taste nasty." Boomer said as he looked up.

Butch sighed as he slapped his hand over his eyes. Letting out a small string of curse words, the other teens laughed. Brick sat up and glared at them. His eyes bloodshot, terrible bags and his skin looked pale. Blossom looked over at him and gave him a small smile. Brick sighed.

"What are you guys laughing about?" Brick asked with a yawn.

Butch jumped, "'Sm iorry."

Brick raised his eyebrow towards the teen. Butch groaned and let out a loud yell. Brick rubbed his temples, then placed his chin on his hand. He tried not to close his eyes but he yawned. Boomer smirked and passed him his sketchbook, Brick greedily took the markers and started to draw.

Blossom peeked over Brick's shoulder. He drew a flower with petals falling off and a date at the bottom. She raised her eyebrow at the drawing. Confused about the whole drawing but didn't say anything. Brick looked over, he gave her a look but Blossom pointed at the drawing.

"Why are the petals falling off?" Blossom asked.

"It represents tears. My mom's friend just recently died so I made this for her." He replied.

"Isn't it kinda depressing?"

"Maybe to you. I see my mom non-stop crying, my family sees tears as a, uh, expression. We only cry when we can't say anything."

"But tears usually means saddness."

Brick shrugged, "If you can't tell, Pinkie. I don't go by usual. To me, usual is boring, I live in the unusual. That's the way to live."

Blossom face turn slightly red at the nickname. Brick didn't notice then went back to his drawing. Blossom gulped and turn towards the girls. She felt the left wide of her body get warmer. She glanced over and noticed that Brick slided closer to her. She turned with a smile.

Not caring that he moved closer.
