Cinder's Pov
I tense up when I see Derik holding my foot. He gives me a questioning look but before he can ask me whatever he was thinking we hear footsteps near the door. He turns back around places my foot on the table. Someone walks into the room just as Derik turns around.
He gasps looking back and forth between me and the mystery person gaping like a fish. I quickly turn around to see who it is.
I am surprised to see Kai's face. He looks at me amused and says, "Cinder, I think you tricked my cousin enough."
I smile sheepishly and drop the glamour. He walks over to me and kisses me on the cheek.

Derik's POV (when Kai walks in)
I look up as the mystery person enters the room and gasp. It's my cousin, but that doesn't make any sense because Kai was already here. Both of the Kai's looked at each other. Kai #1 (The Kai on the couch) had a shocked look on their face. While Kai #2 (The one they just walked into the room) had an amused look on his face. Kai #2 said, "Cinder, I think you have tricked my cousin enough." I give them a confused look. "Who the hell is Cinder!" I think. Kai #1 gives Kai #2 a sheepish look and my jaw drops when he turns into the girl that I first met.

The real Kai walks over to her and kisses her cheek making me gasp. When they hear me gasp they turn to me and laugh but Kai tenses when he sees me near the foot. I mean seriously what is the bid deal about a cyborg foot. Cinder narrows her eyes at Kai and says. "You kept it. Why did you keep it?" Now I'm even more confused.

He answers nervously, "I kept it because it reminds me of when I found out the truth about you and I realized I just didn't care."

Her face softens but her voice is stern. "Ypu mean when I almost murdered Levana, found out I was a lunar, embaressed myself when my foot fell off, and then after all that got thrown in prison until I was going to be executed." He slowly nods and looks like he is about to say something but I intereupt him before he can. "WHAT ARE YOU BOTH TALKING ABOUT?"

Cinder gives me an odd look but Kai turns to her and says, "Derik has been living in the colony on Mars and since then the only message they got was that my father died." Her mouth opens in an O form but before she can ask anything else Kai answers my question. "Cinder was a cyborg mechanic that lived with her adopted family the Linh's... and that is what happened while you were on Mars."

Cinder looks at me with an amused expression and says, "Close your mouth you'll catch flies." I quickly close my mouth that had dropped somewhere during the story.

"So you," I point to Cinder. "started a revolution on Luna. And dethroned Levana." She nods. I turn and point ot Kai, "And you were going to marry Queen Levana until you were kidnapped by Cinder, who is your true love, and helped her start the revolution." He nods. So I turn to both of them and say, "And now you both are engaged which will also work as a peace treaty Luna and Earth." They both nod as I sit dow trying to take in all the information.

"Soooooooo," Kai says siting on one side of me while Cinder sits on the other. "When are Auntie Rowan, Uncle Dante, and your sister Tatum coming." I glare at him making him shrug his shoulders and say, "What? I want to know." CInder and I laugh as they lead me out of the room.

"This is going to be an interesting trip." I think as I exit the room

A/N

So what do you guys think. By the way Cinder and Kai didn't tell him that she's the new queen of Luna or that she is a cyborg. They didn't want to overwhelm him. So I just saw A Midsummer Night's Dream and it was hilarious because the sword that Pyramus uses to kill himself with they used a lightsaber instead. And at the end they played music and had the audience come down and dance with them. My friend Ian did the Carlston which I found hilarious and well it was a very funny play.
